Upon hearing this, Huo Jiayuan reached out to playfully swat Yunyi, but Yunyi dodged swiftly.

Yunyi then noticed Huo Jiayuan’s reddening ears and decided to stop teasing, "What’s for lunch? I only had a cup of milk this morning and am actually quite hungry. Director Qiao has surgery this afternoon, and I need to assist. It’d be good to eat early and catch a nap before heading back."

Huo Jiayuan, knowing Yunyi had surgery duties this afternoon, decided not to goof around, "I’ve cooked stew, I’ll cook you some noodles now."

With that, she prepared to head to the kitchen.
