Chapter 533: The Three Legendary Swords. Part-1.

Fate cannot control Rio or govern his future, as he’s an ’Anomaly,’ a glitch in the matrix of this world.

But it can give Rio suggestions, and it’s up to Rio to follow them if he wants to or not.

Rio needed to save Liam either way, so he decided to follow this suggestion and came to the dwarf kingdom.

’The power of fate and destiny really is quite strong... no wonder those protagonists in the novels and movies are so strong and near unkillable...’

Fade was also a protagonist, and his life would have been very smooth sailing too if not for the presence of an ’Anomaly’ like Rio.

"You said earlier that this is a very dangerous and uncontrollable weapon and the ’law’ of ’Absolute Destruction’ has manifested in it..."

"Then how come you managed to create such a powerful weapon... Is it possible to even create something like this? How did you make a ’law’ of the ’world’ manifest into this weapon..."

Kehrid sighed at Rio’s words and explained patiently.

"The thing is I created three ’Legendary Swords’ in my entire lifetime, and all three were created around the same time and for the same person..."

"That extraordinary person was King Allen Von Reinhart! He was a ’Child of Heavens’! He was blessed with heavenly luck! And the world itself!"

Kehrid narrowed his eyes as he continued to speak.

"The heavenly luck is a very powerful existence; to help its favored child, it can go to any extent!"

"I was already a very talented master smith and an SS-ranker by the time I met him, and he needed weapons that could withstand his immense strength while also fulfilling particular functions!"

Rio could already guess what Kehrid was going to say next.

"I truly believe that his ’Heavenly Luck’ influenced me in that time and to provide its favored child with ’Legendary Weapons,’ it used me as a medium..."

"I created three powerful blades with extremely precious metals that just ’happened’ to be available by sheer ’coincidence,’ and then I happened to reach a perfect mind and body ’flow’ state in that time by ’coincidence’..."

"Finally, three different ’laws’ of the ’world’ happened to manifest into my creations... once again by sheer ’coincidence’ all by themselves..."

What Kehrid was trying to say was simple.

He only created a basic foundation for the weapon; everything else was done by the ’Heavenly Luck’ and the ’World’ itself.

All this was done just so King Allen, ’The Chosen One,’ can have weapons that could improve his strength tremendously!

Kehrid raised one finger and spoke in a solemn voice.

"The first sword was ’The Sword of Destruction, Vinash.’ The ’law’ of ’End’ and ’Destruction’ manifested inside it and evolved it to an absolute artifact of mass destruction."

"This weapon was first used by King Allen... I don’t know how it ended up in the treasury of the demon king later on, but Kevin Flash stole it from there..."

"Last time I enquired about its location, I found out that Kevin Flash had died and the ’Weapon’ had gone missing ever since..."

Kehrid looked at Rio and a faint smile appeared on his face.

"I quite happy that this powerful weapon has not been lost and there’s a new inheritor who’s able to deal with this weapon even better than that weirdo himself..."

Rio was surprised by Kehrid’s words.

"Wait, you mean even King Allen could not control this weapon? That can’t be possible, right? he was such a strong person..."

Kehrid smiled at Rio’s words and said,

"Do you think anyone can fully ’control’ a ’law’ whose only motive for existence is ’Destruction’ of the ’world’ and ’end’ of everything..."

"That sword seems to have formed a bond with your soul itself, which is actually very weird... I don’t know why this has happened..."

"But right now it’s in a very suppressed state, as you are still too weak to handle it, but when you get stronger, it will also unseal itself..."

Kehrid stroked his beard and asked in a confused tone,

"Actually, I am also surprised... why is this ’uncontrollable’ weapon behaving so ’docile’ and ’calmly’ when it’s with you?"

"It’s very weird... Are you perhaps an ’illegitimate child’ of the demon king or something?"

Rio almost punched that old dwarf in the face at that question.

Kehrid frowned at Rio’s words and said,

"Well... this weapon is hell-bent on wanting to destroy the ’world,’ so it might favour ’demons’ and corrupted beings more compared to others..."

"Demon Kings are perhaps the best host for this sword... but still, even then it will not be this ’docile’... you are clearly not an ordinary human, as you claim yourself to be..."

Kehrid waved his hand and refused to believe Rio’s words.

"I will never drink wine or beer in my life again if you turned out to be a normal kid. I bet my life on this sentence..."

Rio could only sigh helplessly at those words.

He did not want to reveal the fact that he was a transmigrator so he changed the topic.

"Forget about me; talk about the other two swords. I want to know about them too..."

Kehrid didn’t want to dig too deep into Rio’s secrets either, as he had no motivation or reason to do that; he knew that everyone in the world had secrets that they didn’t want to tell anyone, and it was a better idea to not dig too deep into those hidden secrets.

"The second one was ’The Sword Of Salvation, Astra’! I named that weapon ’Astra’ because its powers and properties resembled that human woman ’Astra’ a lot..."

Kehrid had met ’Astra’ before along with King Allen, and he knew about her powers.

"Astra was a very kind person and similar to her, this sword was also working on the same principles..."

"The ’laws’ of ’love, care, and protection’ manifested in this weapon and created a sword that could bring ’salvation,’ ’hope,’ ’purification,’ and ’protection’ to all beings!"

"It was not a ’weapon,’ to be specific; it was an artifact that could ’save’ millions of lives and even heal billions of beings at the same time!"

Kehrid felt very proud when talking about this particular sword.

"It was a very lovely weapon; unlike ’Vinash,’ even ordinary people could hold it and they won’t get any injuries; at most, they won’t be able to use its powers..."

"In fact, back when I was creating it, I accidently cut my finger when put ’Vinash’ away and when I held ’Astra,’ it automatically healed me without me even needing to activate its powers..."

Kehrid smiled sightly as he once again stroked his beard and said,

"That weapon seemed to have a little bit of consciousness of itself; it could choose its user, and it could even dull its own blade if it wanted to just so others wouldn’t get hurt by its edges..."

"It was King Allen’s favorite weapon! I think he took it with him when he left this world... I seriously have no idea about its current whereabouts..."

Rio felt quite fascinated hearing about such a weapon.

But he instinctively knew that even if he got his hands on that sword, he likely wouldn’t be able to use it, and that sword would probably not choose him as its owner.

’A villainous sword like ’Vinash’ suits me more to be honest...’
