"Aside from being fairies, are there any other methods to enter this illusion barrier of the fairyland?"

Sitting on Kai’s back, Lia stroked Lyria’s head with a smile on her face as she asked the question.

Lia was sure that she was not a fairy, and even Kai had confirmed that she had no fairy bloodline in her.

This made Lia confused as to why she was able to pass through the illusion barrier without facing any major troubles.

’I have faced so many troubles in my life as an awakener that once trouble doesn’t happen, it starts to feel odd and suspicious...’

The illusion barrier didn’t cause her trouble, which was a good thing, but it not working on her was also a cause of trouble in her mind, as it raised many new questions that she had no answers for.

"Hmm... Nova might know more about it... she’s the oldest fairy in the city of Kenorland! and she’s the one who takes care of the Temple of Nature all the time..."

"We can meet her once we go to the temple!"

Even Miria, who was busy teasing the little golem, spoke.

"Yeah! Nova is the smartest! She knows everything! Although she’s not a royal fairy, she’s strong!"

Lia nodded her head at those words.

"Good, then I will meet this old fairy called Nova then..."

At Lia’s words, Lyria and Miria giggled as they spoke.

"Don’t call her an old fairy to her face though... she get’s angry at people who say that to her... hehe..."

Lia nodded her head.

"I see; I will have to be careful then..."

[Talking about ways to bypass this illusion barrier... I have only seen one individual cast such powerful Illusion barriers...]

[But if this barrier is from 2000 years ago, then this is likely not his work, as he wasn’t at rank SS back then...]

Hearing Kai’s words, Lia frowned a bit and asked,

’Who are you talking about?’

[A fellow called ’Marik,’ who’s famous with the title of ’Great Illusory Holy Beast’... but I prefer to call him, ’Annoying Old Fart’....]

Lia had never heard or read anything about this so-called ’Marik’ person, and thus she had no idea what Kai was talking about.

’But if even he didn’t create this barrier... how would they have created such a powerful barrier, then?’

’Do fairies also have SS-rankers of their own?’

[No, if fairies had SS-rankers, they wouldn’t have been so easily bullied by everyone...]

[Perhaps they have used some powerful legendary artifact to create this barrier... even I might have to work quite hard if I want to open a safe passage through it...]

’Wow... this barrier really is quite strong then if even you will need to put so much effort to deal with it...’

Kai is literally one of the strongest divine spirits among all divine spirits in this world; if even he feels helpless against something, then obviously that task is very difficult.

Hearing Kai’s words, the thought of Rio looking at the shattered barrier with an awkwardly expressionless face appeared in Lia’s mind, causing her to giggle a bit.

"I can totally imagine him accidently breaking apart the entire barrier while trying to open a small passage and then looking at the collapsing barrier with a fed-up look on his face... hahaha~"

Even Kai nodded his head as if he could also see that happening.

[I fear that if he ever found out that you got hurt and I wasn’t able to protect you properly... he might become a psycho and start injecting miasma in me like some kind of suspicious medicine with his sword...]

"Hahaha, you have quite a wild imagination yourself... Rio won’t do something like that..."

Her purifying an area in direct control of miasma was a direct slap to the face of miasma and corruption; it was so humiliating that now miasma doesn’t let healers enter the spirit realm anymore.

Just when Lia and Kai were busy talking about various things, Lyria flew atop Lia’s head and pointed towards a silhouette in the distance.

"There it is! The ’Temple of Nature’! Located in the center of Kenorland, it is a place that every fairy in this city loves from the bottom of their heart!"

"It’s the most beautiful place in this world! Hehe~"

Lyria’s words grabbed Lia’s attention, and she looked in the direction Lyria was pointing at.

Near the horizon was a massive temple so wide and tall that it could be seen clearly from so far away.

There were lush trees and golden pillars; the architecture of the temple made it look extremely beautiful from even such a long distance!

*Ding!* *Dong!*

A giant golden bell hanging atop the tallest place of the temple rang with a pleasant ring that brought liveliness and vitality to this amazing scenery as birds of various kinds flew in the sky as if singing praises to the beauty of the temple.

Flowers flew with the wind as their refreshing scent enlightened the mood even further.

Seeing this scene, a smile appeared on Lia’s face as she spoke.

"It’s indeed very beautiful... No wonder they call this place the city of flowers..."
