Amidst the ongoing chaos in the area, Miki dragged her broken leg and walked forward while leaning against a half-broken wall.

Her right leg was horribly mutilated and bent in an abstract shape; just looking at that horrific injury would be enough to make an ordinary person faint!

Miki was busy enjoying a happy time with her friends when a sudden teleportation happened.

Link and the others were all teleported away, but she wasn’t!

A powerful aura appeared in the sky above Island Ptichka and suppressed all the awakeners that were trying to help stop the demons.

Looking at the newly appeared demon in the sky, Miki’s entire body went stiff, and goosebumps appeared all over her body from the dangerous aura radiating out of that demon.

"An SS-ranker!? What is such a powerful demon doing here of all places!?"

All awakeners trying to stop the demons fell at a disadvantage right away, as they were all suppressed by the powerful demon demigod in an instant.

The demon demigod seemed like he was not in his right mind at all; he didn’t even seem to properly react to the outside world, and the only thing revolving in his head was just violence and the thirst for blood!

The powerful demon tilted its head and set its eyes straight on Miki, who was trying to use a healing potion to heal her injuries.

Healing potions can heal beings that are associated with mana but work like acid for demonic entities, and thus demons hate them a lot.

Seeing Miki, who had a healing potion in her hand, the demon demigod immediately became angry and rushed toward her to attack!

Just when Miki thought she was going to die, a familiar power came to protect her and stop the demon.

An arrow the size of a three-story house came flying from far away and hit the demon straight in the head, sending him flying towards a volcano island!

The demon crashed into the volcano, and the entire island cracked open from the sheer force of the impact!

Before Miki had time to realize what was going on, a teleportation portal opened near her, and a familiar voice entered her ears.

"Miki, take this portal and go to the underground bunker; I am leaving the task of keeping the refugees in the bunker safe to you."

It was her father, who had come to save her.

"Dad! A person with greenish hair and pupils teleported Rio and the others away! He was wearing strange white clothes, and he had a lyre in his hand! Tell Uncle Ashtel about it if you see him!"

Riku was about to leave and confront the demon, so Miki didn’t hold back and immediately informed him about the matter.

"A man with a lyre?... Okay, I will tell Sir Ashtel if I get to see him. Now, go!"

Miki nodded her head and dragged her injured body inside the teleportation portal that her father opened.

After Miki left, Riku flew in the direction of the shattered volcano to deal with the demon general who had brought an entire battalion of the demon army to invade their nation.

He looked towards the sky and prayed in his heart.
