The ambush on Allen was soon made known to all the people in the world alliance.

As the world alliance was currently going through a rough time, Allen decided to use this ambush incident as a major turning point for the entire alliance and the thousand-year war!

Since there were too many SS-rankers from various races that had been involved in this ambush, Allen decided to keep the races that had a major population pool and only punished their representative SS-rankers instead.

Moreover, using this opportunity, he further strengthened the regulations of the world alliance and made everyone compromise to his whims.

With absolute power, Allen firmly united the world under one banner, forcefully pushed for the discarding of many old norms, and established a unified rule.

To prevent all the races being defamed by the actions of their representative SS rankers during the ambush, Allen made the choice of placing all the blame on the shadow dragon race!

Thus, Allen chose them as the scapegoat; the entire ambush and betrayal scheme was turned into a ploy that was made by the shadow dragons and the demons together.

Using this method, Allen minimized the damage to the world alliance, and many races avoided severe punishment.

After becoming the scapegoat and taking all the blame for the wrongdoing of the various other races’ SS-rankers, the shadow dragons had no home left in the material world, and thus they readily agreed to being exiled into the spirit realm.

Of course, Allen, being a generous hero, exiled the shadow dragons to a part of the spirit realm that was untouched by miasmic corruption and had a decent living environment.

Unfortunately, the luck of the shadow dragon race was always horrible, and their newly acquired territory was soon coveted by miasma and destroyed over decades of slow poisoning.

Aside from the shadow dragons, the other exiled races were mostly annihilated after being exiled and never reappeared in the main material world again.

The situation of the world alliance stabilized, and Allen personally searched for Zain, only to realize that the situation was hopeless.

Zain had been ambushed alone in the demon continent by dozens of peak SS rankers, and they had used the power of the ’God of Decay’ to weaken him.

By the time Allen managed to get to the demon continent to look for him, it was too late.

To make up for his mistakes, Allen purposely increased the attack intensity of the world alliance and launched many campaigns to invade the demon continent and destroy all demons residing in it.

By the time Bela recovered from her injuries, almost half a century had already gone by, and the world had completely surrendered to the world alliance.

"The realm above the demi-god realm is the ’SSS-rank’ and signifies the level of a ’True God’! A being at that level has complete ’Godhood’ and complete authority over a certain ’Law’ of the ’universe’..."

"If my guess is correct, the ’God of Decay’ has complete authority over the ’Law’ of ’Decay’ and has partial influence over the ’Law’ of ’Miasma and Corruption’..."

Hearing those words, Bela frowned a bit and asked,

"But isn’t the ’Law’ of ’Decay’ a sub-law and a part of the ’Law’ of ’Death and Destruction’? Why is someone with the power of the ’Law’ of ’Decay’ siding with miasma?"

Allen could only shake his head at those words.

"I don’t know about the origin of the ’God of Decay’ either. I have asked the ’Heavenly will,’ but even it doesn’t know when and where that entity came from..."

"Miasma always tends to behave in an unpredictable manner; there’s no knowing how it created that being in the heart of the sea of miasma..."

"I think we will need to visit the very heart of the sea of miasma if we want to know all the mysteries of the ’Sea of Miasma’... but with our current level of power, we are unable to do something like that..."

Bela sighed after hearing Allen’s words and spoke in a dispirited tone,

"If reaching rank SSS was so easy, we would have both reached it by now. The problem is that gaining complete dominance over a ’law’ of the universe is no small feat."

"It’s like asking a newborn baby to kill a peak SS-ranker with a single attack!"

Allen nodded his head and spoke,

"The good news is that the so-called ’God of Decay’ is likely not a true ’SSS’ ranker either."

"Just like you mentioned earlier, the ’Law’ of ’Decay’ is a sub-law of the ’Law’ of ’Death and Destruction’... controlling this ’sub-law’ completely can indeed elevate an individual to a higher realm than a demi-god..."

"But unless the other party completely controls dominion over the ’Law’ of ’Death and Destruction,’ they would never be a true ’SSS’ ranker in the truest sense..."

Hearing those words, Bela nodded her head,

"Like a cheap imitation of a real artwork, although it is similar to the real artwork, ultimately it’s still an imitation and not a true artwork..."

"Now that I think about it... if the other party can create an imitation... how about we do the same!"

"If we utilize the power of the various ’Laws’ of the universe, maybe we can create a ’Pseudo True God’ of our own!!"

As she spoke those words, even Bela herself did not know that in that moment, she was actually laying the foundations for the creation of the ’Sword of Promised Destinies’, which would ultimately bring her own demise.
