Chapter 1405: More Unity Clones

Chapter 1405: More Unity Clones

Thankfully, he was able to contain the cores of those five Unity Creatures before he defeated them. After all, he knew that with those cores, he’d be able to create five new Unity Clones to add to his army of Clones.

He closed his eyes and let the Unity Cores fly away from his hand, all hovering in a line a few feet apart from each other.

Then, Michael closed his eyes. He focused on the formula for creating his Unity Clones, and then, a golden magic circle appeared underneath these Unity Cores and began to gather prismatic motes of light from their surroundings.

All eight mana types from the environment rushed towards these Unity Cores as if they were some kind of lure, clumping themselves until they formed a bigger and bigger ball of Unity.

Then, limbs began to form for the legs and the arms. After that, the Unity began to form more features, like the face, the different characteristics that made each Unity Clone different from each other.

Of course, since he was here already, he made sure to implement the Unity Armor into these new Unity Clones, making them have the same power as his other Clones.

It wasn’t long before a golden light all emanated out of their chests, blinding everyone for a few seconds before subsiding.

Now, there were five new ’people’ standing in front of Michael, all blinking their eyes as they took in their new surroundings. They looked at their hands in wonder, then at each other, before they all turned to Michael and bowed.

Instinctively, they knew that he was their creator and therefore should follow his commands from the very start. It must be said that Michael didn’t program them to follow him. It was already intrinsic by the fact that they were his clone.

"I shall name you Lima, Mike, November, Oscar, and Papa."

Lima and November were the only ’women’ in this new group of Unity Clones, while the others were male, all exhibiting the same features and faces that would perfectly fit their names.

"We thank our creator for bringing us to life," Lima said, bowing towards Michael. "We will not disappoint you."

Michael nodded as they all bowed towards him in deference. Their Unity Armor looked like they were incredibly sturdy and durable.

And Lima’s armor, in particular, looked like a certain person’s armor. With spikes jutting out of the surface of her armor like they were thorns.

This was on purpose, as Michael had designed Lima with the express intent of making her inherit Draco’s power and his spearstyle!

He wanted to teach the Rebornian soldiers how to properly use their spear. However, he didn’t have enough time to teach them himself. So, he decided to make Lima as their instructor by imparting her with the knowledge of Draco’s spearstyle embedded into her very personality.

Now, he was very sure that he if gave her a spear, she’d be able to use it with the same mastery and proficiency as the bloodthirsty Draco.

Michael tossed her a spear, with a diamond tip made out of Unity. It was the same exact weapon that he used to show Eldea his sword style.

She took the spear and held it in her hands with a strange glisten in her eyes. She inspected it for a second, tilting her head as she felt something stir within her own heart.

Then, she waved the spear around. It felt natural in her hands. As if it was something that had always been missing from her body the entire time.

And now, she was whole.

She began to perform the movements of Draco’s spearstyle in perfect mimicry.

Perhaps, mimicry wasn’t the right word. After all, it felt like she wasn’t copying Draco. It was as if she had inherited his skills perfectly! Now, she could exhibit the same power and skill as Draco, despite only being born literally just a few seconds ago.

"I have a new job for you, Lima. You are now in charge of the Spear Division of the Rebornian Army. Your job is to find talents within our pool of soldiers and recruit them into your Division for training.

Teach them the bloodthirsty style of the spear. Teach them how to wield it properly. That is your one and only instruction," he said to her.

Lima looked at her spear once more, before slamming its bottom on the ground with force. "Thy will shall be done," she said with the utmost seriousness.

Michael nodded, satisfied with her response. And without even his prompting, Lima immediately bowed and turned towards Alpha.

"Alpha. I wish to see the entire list of Rebornian citizens," she said.

Michael was interested after hearing that. "All of our citizens?"

Lima nodded. "Yes, creator. I do not wish to simply use our Rebornian soldiers for the Spear Division. I shall also scour the entirety of our nation for talents that will fit our army."

Alpha immediately interjected. "I have already scoured our nation and asked them who would like to be conscripted to our army. Therefore, it should be obvious that the rest of the citizens do not want to be part of our army."

But it seemed that Lima wasn’t satisfied with that. "They do not know what they want unless we show it to them. If they are talented with the spear, they will understand the need for us to recruit them. Even if they do not want it initially."

Hearing this, Michael was a bit surprised. Lima looked like she was exhibiting a really... bloodthirsty personality.

Was it because he imprinted Draco’s own swordstyle and therefore his personality into Lima? Or was it because of something else.

"Do not worry, creator. I will not force those who truly do not want to defend the Rebornian nation. However, I understand that some people also wish to be pushed before they truly accept the truth. I am willing to be the one to do that..."

Then, without saying anything else, she exited the premises, seemingly determined to do as Michael instructed.
