The family went straight to the police station upon reaching the county town.
Tan Shaoting explained the situation. They couldn’t quite understand the local dialect, but Su Yuanyuan was slightly better at it than them.
Tan Shaoting made a call. The person on the other end was very happy to hear the news and said they would arrange for someone to come over right away.

The couple didn’t rush to go back, just took the kids out for a look, so they wouldn’t fuss.
The two really liked being outside, especially where there were a lot of people, that’s where they wanted to go.
The four of them had dinner at an outside restaurant. Even though Tan Shaoting disliked it, he didn’t complain and ate everything.
After eating, the two still didn’t want to go back. The couple couldn’t help but stroll around outside, drawing a lot of attention.
