Nodding, Xu Feng didn’t plan on delaying this advancement. The second major update was approaching, so he was worried that if he missed this chance, he might really have the difficulty multiplied.

"The Divine World is about to shift to the next phase: the era of Tier 2. Just having you alone isn’t enough to hold the fort." Xu Feng commented.

Carmen, being a tier 2 player, had caused great deterrence to those who harbored evil intent toward their guild. But that wouldn’t be maintained forever.

"Ahh, you want to send me to become a raid slave labor?" Carmen frowned and instantly knew his wicked intention.

"How could that be?" Xu Feng gasped in shock. "Rather than being a slave labor, you are the leader of the slaves. All of them must obey you."

"You say that, but I have to do all the work."

"Are you sure it’s not your voidlings doing the work?"

In response to his question, Carmen simply smiled and pointed at her cheek with a playful grin.

"You’re playing with fire now, Carmen." Xu Feng warned solemnly.

"Fire?" She giggled in amusement. "Even if there’s fire and I get burned. Don’t I have the Healer Guild Leader to heal me?"

Upon hearing that, he could only lament his pitiful fate.

With an exhausted sigh, he leaned close to her and was about to plant a kiss on her cheek, only to find himself kissing the empty air.

"Jeez, I know you are thirsty, Guild Leader." Carmen snickered and watched his appearance with joy.

"Did you really think I’ll let you give me a kiss this easily? Want the kiss? Then you’d better succeed in your Tier Advancement. Maybe I’ll give you a chance once that’s done."

Having said her piece, Carmen directly booted Xu Feng out of the party, opened up a Void Portal, and vanished from there.
