Upon returning to their room, both Xu Feng and Carmen plopped onto the bed with an exhausted look.

"I’m done attending such a film festival." Xu Feng complained.

Although he did have some unclear romantic ties with others, he had never actually made a move toward them. Moreover, who said being close to a woman meant they were in a romantic relationship?

Men and women could also be good friends.

Sometime later, Carmen dragged Xu Feng away from the bed and entered the shower room.

Shortly after saying so, she closed her eyes and quickly fell into deep sleep. The activity they did in the shower room was too much, and it was her first time.

Upon looking at her sleeping posture, Xu Feng flashed a gentle smile.

"I’m glad I met you in this timeline."

He moved some of her hair away from her eyes and covered her with a blanket.

While Xu Feng admired Carmen’s sleeping body, elsewhere, a group of 12 people lay dead on the cold ground.

"Young Master, these people have all been dealt with." An old butler bowed toward a young man.

The young man clenched his fist, his eyes blazing cold.

This young man was none other than the heir of Razor Technology, Edgar.

The people he sent to kill Xu Feng ended up trying to kill him in return.

"Should I personally end that ignorant brat’s life?" The old butler inquired.

"No need," Edgar shook his head. "This matter had already alarmed the authorities and that shrewd Kara woman. Any more actions and my dad will intervene."

"Understood." The old butler obliged the command.

"Start informing the men to prepare themselves. As soon as the Divine World finishes the major update, we will launch an offensive strike against the Vanguard Guild. Their training hall method must be mine!" Edgar was determined to obtain the Vanguard Guild’s method in training its people to become so strong.
