"What nonsense are you saying?" Kong Ming scolded lightly, his eyes still locked on Karoos. "If I don’t come here and help you, those citizens will still be caught."

What he meant was that he alone would have struggled to save anyone if Karoos really went on a blood hunt.

Meanwhile, Kong Ming frowned deeply upon noticing Xu Feng was shrouded in dark energy.

It had to take him a while to actually sense Xu Feng was in a much more terrible condition than he could have imagined.

But then again, it was precisely because of his condition and his still being concerned about the evacuation that made Kong Ming deeply admire the former.

That was until he noticed there was an arrow key in the right corner of the prompt. He struggled a bit to press it and opened further details.
