Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 421: Raid Points

Chapter 421: Raid Points

"Raid Points? What is that?"

"Could you clarify it a bit more, Lady Monica?"

The crowd was confused by the new term, Raid Points, and wondered how they could use it to bid.

"How are Raid Points worth in terms of bidding?" Blake questioned softly.

"And could the Raid Points be accumulated if they are in the same group?"

Monica was silent for a second, mainly because Xu Feng didn't tell her much during their walk to the 2nd floor.

At this moment, Xu Feng patted Monica's shoulder and whispered, "Good work, I can handle this from here. You can just bring out the sets and have it prepared."

Nodding, Monica swiftly exited the scene to bring over the equipment sets.

"I supposed you must be Blake, the Guild Captain of the Solaris Guild, right?" Xu Feng stepped forward and greeted the latter.

"Indeed, I am." Blake politely responded.

"Great, then I will answer your questions now. Raid Points are equivalent to contribution points, except they are graded by us in different criteria to determine the points value you deserve during the raid. Each point is equivalent to 1 Copper Coin and yes, they can be accumulated by those in the same group." Xu Feng announced it loud and clear for everyone to understand the concept.

"Can the Raid Points be traded with?" Blake pressed further on the matter, seemingly trying to get a thorough understanding of the concept rather than a simple gouge.

"Yes, the Raid Points can be traded with real-world currency if you wish. I doubt anyone would want to trade them with in-game currency since their values are essentially the same." After responding, Xu Feng clasped his hands to end the questionnaire sections.

He then changed the topic, "Anyway, everyone is probably anxious by now, so may the representative of each guild and team come with me to the third floor. From there, we will discuss the raid strategy, along with the equipment set for you all to know how amazing it is."

With that said, the majority of the crowd laughed heartily and readily agreed with Xu Feng's suggestion.

The only ones who held extremely sour faces were the likes of Soulstrider, Emberwolf, and those in their group.

This small rebuke had totally left them ashamed, humiliated, and isolated. All sorts of different emotions ran through their minds, but that wasn't even the most infuriating part.

It was the fact that they could not do anything against the person who caused them such misery.

"Um, should we follow them along, Soulstrider?" Emberwolf walked toward him and asked in an unsure tone.

Soulstrider's face darkened at the ridiculous question of his. It was infuriating enough that his useless subordinate misinformation had caused him to become a clown, but even his supposed partner in crime was equally dumb.

"If we don't follow them, then what are we supposed to do, Emberwolf?" Soulstrider snorted and made his way upstairs.

They were only prohibited from buying the Elemental Warrior Set, but as winners of the slots, Xu Feng can't possibly neglect or isolate them from discussing the raid strategy.

Not to mention, Soulstrider seriously doubted if they could even sabotage the raid without the other guilds or teams watching them intensely.

With the introduction of the Raid Points, he was even more worried about how one could earn them.

'Just what is wrong with the Reaver Guild to mess with such a person? Are their brains legit like Emberwolf's?' He cursed inwardly.

Sometime later, Soulstrider arrived at the third floor, only to realize the size of the room was far from his expectation. 'This much space is only used for a meeting?'

Astonishment appeared on his expression, given his Astral Guild couldn't even afford a scale of this size for their building. Both were 1-star buildings, but the difference was so vast.

"Since the representatives of Astral Guild and Sky Hunters Team finally made their way here, let's introduce ourselves shall we?" Xu Feng ignored the astonishment on Soulstrider's face and proceeded to ask for everyone to properly introduce themselves.

Of course, Xu Feng long investigated and knew about them, but it was a good formality. After all, the livestream had officially started without their knowledge.

'Got to keep up appearances.' Amused, Xu Feng really wanted to see the two of them try to mess around further.

Though he doubted they might do so after he had humiliated them downstairs as a warning.

After his declaration, Gentle Wind from the Silver Wind Guild took the lead, mainly because she had been informed beforehand of the livestream along with Autumn Breeze.

Since Cool Wind and Shadow Blade of the Vanguard guild had some close relationship with them, it was better to let them in on some of the secrets.

"I'll start off by saying I'm the Guild Leader of Silver Wind and occupying Dawnshire City." Gentle Wind smiled lightly and continued, "This person here is my companion, Autumn Breeze."

"Hello, everyone," Autumn Breeze waved her hands.

Meanwhile, the atmosphere turned somewhat awkward as everyone subtly understood the implication behind this action.

Xu Feng only allowed one representative from each guild or team to be here, but the Silver Wind guild actually had two people. That was a privilege, to say the least.

It would have been fine if there were more members of the Vanguard guild here, but any other and it showed that they have a very intimate relationship with the guild.

'Guild Leader is occupied with real-life stuff and puts me in charge, but this is bad news.' Among the crowd, Ardent Lance from the Tyrant Fist Guild was worried about this piece of information.

To ensure that the Vanguard guild would remember their guild, Ardent Lance quickly chimed in after Gentle Wind was done with her introduction.

"Nice to meet everyone here, I'm Ardent Lance from the Tyrant Fist Guild. We have done quite a business with the Vanguard guild and their services are always top-notch." Ardent Lance cupped his fist and proclaimed, clearly trying to paint a picture of them being cozy and friendly.
