Chapter 1773: Yuhao, the God of Feelings

Chapter 1773: Chapter 1773: Yuhao, the God of Feelings

At this moment, Dai Yuhao had already entered the range of that golden light. With a gentle motion of his right hand, he struck a palm toward Lan Xuanyu’s direction from afar. At the same time, his eyes brightened, dazzling radiance flickering within.

Dai Yuhao, having been in the Divine Realm for many years, had under the deliberate guidance of Tang San, already stepped into the ranks of the God Kings. Although he had only recently reached this level, his exceptional talent and inheritance of the power of the God of Feelings made his overall strength exceedingly strong.

He was not just Twin Martial Souls; under fortunate circumstances, it could even be said he had a triplet martial soul. Among these, his natural Martial Soul was his eyes, known as the spirit eyes. The spirit of Spirit Ice Douluo came from his eyes.

However, at this very moment, when he focused his spirit eyes upon Lan Xuanyu and saw the unstable nine-colored glow surrounding him, his eyes felt a faint stinging sensation.

This discovery couldn’t help but surprise Dai Yuhao. One must understand, at what level was his cultivation? Regarding eyesight, even in the entire Divine Realm, there should be none stronger than him. Yet, the light emanating from Lan Xuanyu gave his eyes an intense feeling of stimulation, even an oppressive sensation. This was an unprecedented experience for him.

"Ang——" At this time, Lan Xuanyu, already oppressed by the external pressure and after returning the Dragon Power borrowed from his parents, was not fully conscious, showing a tendency to erupt instantly.

The Dragon God Spear in his hand pointed forward, and its aura suddenly locked onto Dai Yuhao.

Dai Yuhao’s eyes shone with soft colored halos, transforming into two strands of faint colored light encircling towards him. The task Tang San assigned to him was simple: to wear down the immense and potent divine power on Lan Xuanyu at this moment, extending the time he could endure in the Dragon God assessment, while also stabilizing Lan Xuanyu’s emotions as the first to act.

These beams shot from the spirit eyes not only possessed the effect of spiritual shock but also carried an emotional detachment effect. Dai Yuhao had a very strong control over his various abilities; should anything go awry, he could respond immediately, ensuring not to harm Lan Xuanyu.

Lan Xuanyu, however, paid no heed to any of that. At this moment, he had lost his senses. The dragon roar from his mouth became increasingly loud, to the point where even the space surrounding Dai Yuhao began to undulate with distorted nine-colored waves, making him feel a sense of suppression in his bloodline.

Faced with the two beams shooting from those eyes, Lan Xuanyu’s own eyes suddenly exploded with strong, dazzling nine-colored light that abruptly shattered the beams released by Dai Yuhao. Simultaneously, the Dragon God Spear in his hand thrust towards Dai Yuhao.

Dai Yuhao raised his right hand, and a series of illusory lights shimmered behind him, revealing altogether six figures, among which were two women. One woman was entirely snow white, her long white dress swirling gracefully as her figure suddenly expanded.

Dai Yuhao made a grasping motion with his right hand, and a pristine long sword materialized out of thin air into his grasp. With a slash of the sword, a snow-white sword glow, as thin as a fine thread, instantly reached the sharp point of the Dragon God Spear.

If Lan Mengqin were here, she would surely notice that this sword strike bore a great resemblance to her soul skill, Snow Sword, only much more powerful.

With a crisp "ding," the snow line shattered, but Lan Xuanyu’s body also halted, and then a soft colored light surged towards his body from all directions. Affected by these colored lights, Lan Xuanyu showed a momentary confusion in his eyes, and his subsequent attack actions slowed down slightly.

This was the spirit eyes’ glow he seemed to have dissipated earlier. Although the impact from the spirit eyes was dispersed, the emotional power contained within hadn’t vanished. Taking advantage of their clash, it silently infiltrated, exerting its influence. As a God King level God of Feelings, dealing with him was by no means anything easy, far beyond what a pseudo God King like the Mother of Deep Red could compare to.

The God Kings present from the Divine Realm all had deities as their foundation.

However, just as Huo Yuhao was channeling the power of emotions to influence Lan Xuanyu, his expression suddenly changed, as an indescribable sense of oppression suddenly descended upon his heart.

In the very next instant, a nine-colored dragon head’s virtual shadow quietly manifested in the void, opening its dragon mouth, unleashing a silent roar at him. Inside the dragon mouth, a nine-colored gun glow shot out, appearing in front of him in an instant.

"Good heavens," Dai Yuhao couldn’t help but exclaim. With a circle of his right hand, a golden halo was inscribed in the void—precisely the Heavenly Circle.

The dragon head and the nine-colored gun glow in front disappeared within the encirclement of the Heavenly Circle, yet even so, the six virtual shadows behind Huo Yuhao became momentarily blurred.

He was the founder of the Spirit Pagoda, and the shadows appearing behind him were all Soul Spirits he possessed back on the Soul Land, which accompanied him throughout his journey to becoming a God King.

Though they could become independent deities after entering the Divine Realm, due to the calamity that almost led to the realm’s collapse afterward, these Soul Spirits felt it was safer to remain by Dai Yuhao’s side.

This dragon head’s virtual shadow was the true force contained in Lan Xuanyu’s thrust earlier, unleashing brilliance akin to the Dragon God’s Breath.

Beholding this exchange, the God Kings from the Divine Realm watching from afar couldn’t help but display astonished expressions.

Although unfamiliar with Lan Xuanyu, they were extremely familiar with Dai Yuhao. By now, Dai Yuhao had essentially become Tang San’s right-hand man. During the merging of multiple Divine Realms, Tang San, along with his companions from his original Divine Realm, dared to single-handedly challenge multiple others. At that time, Huo Yuhao was the absolute main strength. Back then, he hadn’t even reached the level of a God King.

Among the God Kings present, not more than five could confidently proclaim to defeat Huo Yuhao one-on-one. Even beating him required a significant price. Naturally, these individuals were seasoned God Kings who previously presided over their Divine Realms. Some of these God Kings had a cultivation level not even beneath Tang San’s.

At this point, they all acknowledged that Tang San’s grandson, currently inheriting the power of a God King and yet to achieve a genuine deific position, was still in struggle through the God King assessment. Even so, he managed to draw evenly with Dai Yuhao. While it’s true that Dai Yuhao couldn’t unleash his full strength to avoid harming him, such prowess was enough to evoke a chilling sensation. Yet, that overwhelmingly domineering aura kept rising; though Dai Yuhao’s influence seemingly stabilized his emotions somewhat, the energy fluctuations within him didn’t lessen under the pressure.

Beside Tang San stood a blond man, none other than the God King of Light, Changgong Wei. Among the several God Kings, only he and Tang San were the most powerful. (For stories about the God King of Light, Changgong Wei, refer to my book "Child of Light.")

"Brother Tang San, your grandson is remarkable! The divine power within him is no ordinary God-King level. Even without a deity position, he’s already so powerful once he successfully inherits, and has a deific position, his strength may be immeasurable. Our Divine Realm might..."

Tang San nodded and said, "I am aware of the power this child is inheriting. Our original Divine Realm was actually a part of another realm once; that exceedingly powerful realm near to a Divine Planet was called the Realm of the Dragon God. Back then, the rulers were not our human deities but the Dragon Clan. The former Dragon God was the Supreme God King of the Realm of the Dragon God. At its peak, this realm alone had nearly twenty God King level powerhouses, stronger than our currently combined Divine Realm. Later, for some unknown reason, the Realm of the Dragon God broke apart, leaving our previous Divine Realm with less than a tenth of its original power. The Dragon God had been the sole Supreme God King of the Realm of the Dragon God. My grandson, what he is inheriting should be the power of the Dragon God. This includes part of the power once belonging to the Dragon God in my son and daughter-in-law. But these powers belong to the former Dragon God; ultimately, if he is to embody the Dragon God, he must unify all these powers. Thus, my son and daughter-in-law should be able to enter our Divine Realm, but my grandson must create a Divine Realm of his own. The Dragon God never could join any Divine Realm; though I’ve never seen the former Dragon God, there’s much to be understood through the history he left behind."

Changgong Wei nodded, saying, "Yes, that would be ideal. I just feel the power contained within him is far beyond common God King level. His strength might demand the creation of a Divine Realm that belongs to him, as the Dragon God always did. Though I have never seen the former Dragon God, so much is inferred from the history he left behind."
