Chapter 28 – Migration and the Devil
When the decision was made to move the peaceful dark elf village, I decided to do my best to help out, but I was deemed ineffective and put in charge of looking after the fairies and keeping them from interfering with the work. I asked Claretta-san to take care of the injured, and a livestock search team was hastily formed.
We decided to scour the mountains for chickens and pigs.
Fortunately, the fairies cooperated with us, and we were able to capture all the livestock, but it was still an exhausting affair, no doubt about it.
…Whew, I want to go to sleep now, but I’ll try a little harder once I’ve caught my breath.
Felicia and Ines will take care of the dark elves, and I will have to take care of the fairies.
