On the other side, Nyx was standing in front of the alien. Her opponent was an alien that looked like a mosquito.
It flew toward Nyx with its massive body.
Nyx simply waved her hand. Her original power was similar to Tiamat’s, so she was never scared of this alien even though she only had 25 million ena in her body.
Nyx waved her hand as a massive blast of dark energy hit the alien.
The alien sucked open its mouth and devoured the dark wave.
The tentacles on its body stretched toward her.
In that instant, all the other familiars sprang into action.
Risa and Lilith raised both arms. "Bloody Garden!"
Stems were rising from the ground, circling around like a complex system within a bush. It continued upward and captured the alien.
Once it surrounded the aliens, flowers and thorns formed at the same time. The thorns were meant to pierce through the body and suck the blood to let the flower bloom.
As expected, it was harder to pierce this divine body.
"It’s not enough..." Lilith frowned.
"I’m sorry. I haven’t become a vampire progenitor yet. I was supposed to evolve after another few sessions with Nathan..." Risa apologized.
"No worries. You’re doing well right now. I guess we have to rely on others this time." Lilith smiled.
As he said, Ying Zhen rose into the sky and raised his sword. Flower petals started to gather around his sword as Ying Zhen unleashed his sword strike.
"75th Blossom, Spring of Sorrow."
His sword strike cut down one of the tentacles. Amphitrite immediately used her power to cause the blood to flow like a stream, allowing the thorns to suck the blood.
Of course, Selena wasn’t the only one fighting. Rather than having Bella as support, Selena and Luna agreed that it was better to pair her with another fighter.
And that fighter was Koraxa.
Koraxa leaped into the air and spun his spear.
A red magic crest appeared behind him.
"Ferentea Crest. Hundreds of Blades." Koraxa thrust his spear as though he were thrusting a hundred spears. The power was much more powerful than Ying Zhen’s attack, allowing him to destroy another tentacle.
Of course, he was accompanied by his familiars. In the end, he and his familiars managed to sever five tentacles in total.
The blood that came out was enough for the flowers to bloom.
"It’s yours now." Nyx shouted, trying to stop the alien from moving.
Selena opened her eyes. She had been circulating her energy like crazy. The moment she released it, the eruption was so powerful that it blasted everything within fifty meter radius.
Selena didn’t pair with Lilith this time. She was trying to use her new powers.
With a snap of her finger, a magic crest appeared. Yes, she had learned to use the magic crest. In fact, there were three other people who had learned this power. They were Sera, Noelle, and Alavenya.
Flora wanted to learn it, but she focused more on her divine rules than this power. After all, she wanted to get the divine body first and worry about other things later.
The crest bore the symbol of Nathan’s household. Actually, it was the emblem that Selena and the girls had created for the household, and Nathan had approved it.
For their family emblem, there were four azaleas in the corner, representing harmony in the family. In the middle, there was a ferocious wolf’s head. In the end, Fenrir was Nathan’s longest friend and familiar. He had witnessed everything that Nathan had encountered in this world.
Nathan had considered him like a brother, so in honor of their relationship, Nathan approved Fenrir to be there even though there were much stronger symbols such as a dragon.
Last but not least, the frame was made to look like a gate. No one understood when Nathan asked them to change the symbol to a gate rather than a frame.
This gate represented the connection between Earth and this world. Nathan wanted to remember that he was someone from Earth, even though he chose to live here. His power originally came from Earth after all.
This was Nathan’s family emblem. It might not look the strongest or the most ferocious, but it represented everything that Nathan had.
Selena used their family emblem to create this magic crest as Koraxa instructed.
Selena raised her hand. "Garden of Eternal Doom."
The magic crest shone dimly like a big moon. It illuminated the flowers that Lilith and Risa had created, allowing the flowers to bloom to their peak before bursting.
Bam!
The burst caused a powerful wave of energy that caused the alien’s flesh to splatter all around the area. The petals violently flew around the alien.
Nyx couldn’t help but smile. This summoner of hers was truly talented. It might not look like much because it was released in the sky, but if Selena used this power of hers on the ground, a massive mountain might actually crumble.
The attack caused massive injuries to the alien’s body. Unlike Luna and Bella, Selena and Koraxa possessed higher offensive power.
That was why it was quicker for this alien to go berserk. It realized that if it played around too much, Selena might kill it before it could unleash its full power.
Seeing the sudden eruption of energy, Nyx immediately flew back. "Move away!"
The alien spread its energy and blasted everyone around. Koraxa and a few other familiars, including Ying Zhen, ended up getting launched away. Some crashed into the ground.
It flew toward Nyx, trying to destroy the last person that was able to stop its attack.
Nyx raised her power to the maximum and joined both hands. "Darkness of the Beginning."
The entire world suddenly turned dark as though night had fallen, but the moon had been swallowed by the eternal darkness.
The alien continued onward and used the divine body to neutralize this power. It blasted open the darkness, causing it to disappear.
However, its body was injured even more. The momentum had decreased significantly, but it was still enough to hit Nyx.
Nyx gritted her teeth as she crashed into the ground, her left arm bent in the opposite direction. "That’s definitely annoying."
