The three kings and the pope from Gratzel stood on one side. The two emperors from Erendtall were standing on another. Last but not least, the two presidents and the king from Qion stood on the last side.

King Julius explained, "So, the embassy for Gratzel will be placed at the harbor of Vesse. It is under the jurisdiction of the Beast Kingdom, but thanks to the kindness of the Beast King, this harbor will now become an autonomous region under the United Nations.

All of them were surprised by the idea, but they thought it was indeed a good one. There were no objections, so the Federation’s president announced, "In that case, let us end the meeting this time. I thank everyone for coming."
