Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1819: Circles

Chapter 1819: Circles

Nathan monitored her condition. When it looked like the circulation had become normal, he stepped back, retracting all her power.

*Cough!*

*Cough!*

Khlina coughed hard, making Hgahuku panic.

But before he could open his mouth, Nathan said, "Calm your breath. Slow down. It’s your new heart, so try to control your breathing first."

Khlina felt like there were thousands of ants crawling in her chest, but she endured it and gradually built a new rhythm. It was just a temporary one, but this was probably the first time she felt breathing was so easy.

"This..." Khlina coughed a few more times, but she looked surprised. Her complexion had also changed for the better. "Pardon me. I’m trying to hold back my cough."

"It’s fine. It must be unbearable. It will settle down eventually."

"Y-Yes." Khlina took a deep breath. "Is this how... normal people breathe?"

"Well, you have to ask the others, not us." Nathan chuckled and finally walked back.

"I... thank you from the bottom of my heart, Benefactor." Khlina placed her head on the floor.

Hgahuku and the old chief followed right after.

"It is fine. This is just a part of the agreement, so you don’t have to worry about it." Nathan waved his hand.

"That’s right. May I know what the agreement is between you and my brother?"

"It’s something simple. He will guide me here and give me some information about this world. In exchange, I won’t harm this world as well as treat you as a bonus."

"May I become the proxy for that agreement?"

"You may." Nathan nodded. He didn’t care from whom he received the information.

"Thank you very much." She glanced at Hgahuku and the chieftain. "Please prepare everything for our guests."

They wanted to hug her, but it was a formal discussion. They should suppress their happiness for a moment.

"This makes me look like a bad guy for not allowing you to have a moment with your family." Nathan chuckled.

"Ah, no, no. How can that be? You are our benefactor, so of course, we will treat you as a priority." Khlina waved her hands. "Please ask whatever you want..."

"Nathan Reckmoon. You may call me that."

"Yes, Esteemed Sir Reckmoon."

Nathan paused for a moment before sighing. In the end, he asked his questions. "You possess divinity. I guess this Conqueror of the Mist is at such a level..."

"I apologize, sir. It’s not that I want to breach the contract, but I’m afraid I’m unable to provide much information about my teacher."

"Even after all that?"

"Yes. Khlina doesn’t dare to provide any information about her teacher in a way that will cause him problems. If you insist, please take my life instead. I’d rather die than become a traitor."

Nathan closed his eyes. He could respect that decision. If Iris made the same decision as her master, he would definitely be happy about it.

After all, it would look as if Iris was, in her own way, protecting him.

Nathan waved his hand. "In that case, I will change my question. Does your master have equals in this world?"

"Yes, sir. There are three great warriors in this world. They are Alahambad Warrior, Misty Frost, and Conqueror of the Mist."

"Do you have someone stronger than them?"

"Not that I know of." Khlina shook her head.

Anubis added, "It looks like they are only at our level. They have yet to become a true god. Now that I have almost become a true god, I know for a fact that at least one of them will be able to find us the moment we enter this world. So, the fact that they are equal and no one is stronger, they must be at our level."

Nathan nodded in understanding.

Khlina looked surprised, never expecting Nathan and Anubis to be so nonchalant.

Then again, the women behind him also exuded an aura similar to Nathan’s. In other words, there were more people like her master entering this world than the inhabitants.

If they went on a rampage, the world could be destroyed.

Nathan raised one finger. "In that case, can you tell me about this world? For example, the mist, those creatures, and even the power structure in this world."

"Very well." Khlina accepted it. "This world is called Mistalfa. There are three great tribes here.

"They are the Great Mist Tribe, the Forest Tribe, and the Night Tribe. Even though we’re the only ones with ’Mist’ in our name, all of us are adept at fighting in the mist.

"The reason we are known as the Great Mist Tribe is that we’re able to absorb the mist into our bodies.

"The Forest Tribe is known for its ability to integrate with the forest, while the Night Tribe is adept at fighting in all situations, including complete blindness."

"So, does each tribe have a powerhouse like your teacher? Maybe multiple?"

"There is only one for each tribe." She shook her head. "This village is just the outer layer of the Great Mist Tribe. If you go further, you will be able to reach the true Great Mist Tribe."

"I see." Nathan thought for a moment. "Do you use different kinds of power from each other?"

"We do have our specialties due to the traits of our races. However, there is one power that is used by everyone."

"Hoh?" Nathan looked interested. "What is it?"

"We are using the same spirit energy. By utilizing this spirit energy, we are able to fight. I’m sure that you saw it when you checked my condition earlier, sir."

Nathan remembered her condition. There was something like a solar system in her body. "Indeed. Something like orbital systems or something."

"Yes, sir. To circulate our power, we are creating circles. Each circle will be able to contain one big ability. By utilizing this power, we’re able to fight against the mysterious creatures."

Nathan crossed his arms. "Do you perhaps have something like an instruction manual? I’m kind of curious about this power."

"Of course." Khlina didn’t mind giving it, considering most people had learned it already. She just made sure not to give something bestowed by her teacher. "Please wait for a moment. I will fetch it for you."

Nathan nodded while thinking, ’Circles, huh? What’s next? Aura?’
