Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1901: Excited Iris

Chapter 1901: Excited Iris

"Is this... going to disappear?" Machina asked.

Iris shook her head. "No. My power of creation is different from the power of forging. The power of forging requires materials to convert raw materials into an item. On the other hand, my power of creation can create something out of nothing.

"As long as I have enough information about the materials, I will be able to create them. Of course, producing something out of nothing will need an enormous amount of energy, compared to the power of forging.

"But once it’s built, it will stay there forever. There’s a reason why each god of creation is terrifying. They’re able to create things with just knowledge. As long as they have enough energy, they can create everything they want."

"Does that mean you can create another god?" Machina tilted her head in confusion.

"I may, I may not. There are still too many things I don’t understand. Before creating another god, I will need to create a human first. I don’t have the necessary information about humans, so I am not able to do it.

"Most of the time, gods of creation will create things that can support the creation of lifeforms rather than the lifeforms themselves." Iris explained.

"I see." Machina looked down, contemplating. "That’s quite interesting. Should I give you all that information?"

"Well, I don’t like to do it, especially now." Iris shrugged. "I mean, I can play god and the like, but right now, the priority is to defeat the black cell. Playing around will just waste time unnecessarily."

"I understand." Machina nodded in understanding. "In that case, may I know what you’re interested in?"

"Robots, spaceships, and weapons! I want to look so cool with all those weapons!"

"However, the power of technology hasn’t reached the threshold of yourself."

"Divinity?" She chuckled. "You don’t have to worry about that. My power will turn it into divine weapons.

"I see. In that case, I shall bring everything to you."

"Before that, I want to see what you’re currently working on. Since I’m here, I should help out a bit."

"Understood. This way." Machina led her to the workshop. Inside her workshop, a lot of machines had been set up, making it look like a small factory.

"I am trying to get parts for this kind of machine." Machina projected a small machine. "This is called Gionotor. It can produce this small item that will be perfect to create a lens that is capable of capturing light from a much further distance."

"Oh?! Should I just make the lens for you?" Iris asked.

"That might be quite useful, the lenses are just parts of the telescopes." Machina showed the telescope she planned to make. "There are millions of components we need to build this thing, and I have to make more later. So, it will be better for us to create the components one by one and assemble everything. This way, we can make it again in the future."

"Fair enough. In that case..." Iris raised her hand, reading the information about the parts she mentioned. Within a few seconds, she built one. "Something like this? How many do you want?"

Machina first inspected the part and nodded. "I’d need a lot more. I plan to make a lot of telescopes, so according to the calculation, three machines need to be produced. Each machine will require 29 of them, so another 86 of these."

Iris smiled and snapped her fingers. This time, it took her only an instant to produce all 86 of them.

Even Machina paused as if she were surprised. "That’s amazing. You don’t need that much time?"

"Yep." Iris nodded. "Once I build it, I will have the memory and everything I need to create more. I just have to use it and apply more power to produce more of them."

"That will be very convenient. "You are amazing, young lady Iris."

"You flatter me." She chuckled. "Well, is that all?"

"Not at all. There are many parts I’d like you to make. With your power, I should be able to speed everything up by at least ten times."

"That’s good. Just give me all the information about them, the quantity, and so on." Iris smiled. "I’ve always wanted to help my master, and well, this is also quite an interesting topic for me. So, yeah, I’m quite happy to help. In exchange, please work on me for other projects."

"Understood."

"Well, it should be quite easy, right? I mean, Master can use his time domain to accelerate our time."

"Of course." Machina nodded.

"Hey." Nathan suddenly took a peek at the workshop and called them.

"Master?! Do you need anything from me?" Iris’s eyes brightened as she waved her hands.

"Ehm, yes. By the way, Machina, have you done everything I asked you?"

"Yes, Master. Do you wish to leave this place? In that case, I will need a few hours to erase everything and return everything to the original setting."

"Okay. In that case, please set it so that we can leave tomorrow. Do you need to inform the empire about this?"

"Don’t worry. They will know about it. I’ll send a message to them, or do you want to add anything?"

"You can take care of the rest. We’ll just leave according to the adjusted plan." Nathan smiled, satisfied.

"Understood."

"And there you have it, Iris. I’m aware that you’ve just arrived, but we have stayed in this place for too long, so it’s best for us to leave tomorrow. Machina has all the necessary knowledge and blueprints, so we don’t exactly need the empire. But if you still want to, you can revisit the empire later."

"I’m good, Master. Machina is more than enough. After all, creating everything from scratch sounds more rewarding." Iris smiled.

"That’s good. In that case, I will see you tomorrow. I will talk to the others first about our departure tomorrow. Just don’t forget to greet everyone else, okay?!"

"You got it!" Iris nodded.

There were a lot of things she was excited about, so Iris ended up being together with Machina for the rest of the day. Of course, she stopped from time to time so that she could meet Selena and the others.

Now that everything had been prepared, they could finally continue their journey.
