Chapter 1927: God Realm

Chapter 1927: God Realm

Nathan looked around after he ascended to the so-called god realm. This god realm looked like a small plane.

They were teleported into the middle of a massive lake in a small gazebo, surrounded by a hill on all sides. Then, they were greeted with a bridge directly leading to the land where they built the castle.

The castle didn’t look like a normal castle for a kingdom. Rather, it looked like a mansion. It sat quite neatly on the slope.

More importantly, Nathan could see the density of energy here.

Nathan said inwardly, ’The energy is quite dense here.’

’Yeah. That’s normal for a realm like this. Because the space is limited, all that energy will be concentrated here.

’Besides, true gods will need a lot more energy if they want to evolve. At the same time, this is also a good opportunity for the servants. I’m pretty sure that the servants here are at quite a high level.

’In exchange for serving the goddess, they will be able to use this dense energy to get stronger. In addition, they might catch the attention of the goddess to maybe become her husband or her disciples.

’Hence, there will be a lot of people who would like to serve the goddess in this place.’ Garuda explained. ’That’s what Lord Vishnu did.’

’Won’t it cause the lower realm to have less energy?’

’Yes and no. While this place has its energy concentrated, it doesn’t change the fact that the energy will still be circulating. If you look up, you may find the sky, but this is just a miniature of the sky.

’You can think of it as something existing in a different reality. This is still located in the world, but not in the same reality as the rest of the people in the world.

’So, the energy will pass through this spot. The only thing that will change is the flow of energy. I’m not talking about the density of that flow, but rather the speed. The flow of energy will become faster, and with enough realms like this, it might speed up so much that the realm might disappear. So, it’s not a problem for the people in this world. This place is just drinking and peeing at a higher speed, but the output and input are the same.’

’Peeing... That’s quite a unique comparison.’ Nathan chuckled.

’Besides, having gods protecting this world should make the people safe.’

’I can’t deny that.’ Nathan nodded in understanding.

"Goddess Catalith." A butler and a maid rushed to the bridge as they were in the middle of crossing it. They didn’t look old, but their strength was quite high, like Anubis said. "We’re sorry for not being able to receive you right away. Please punish us."

Catalith waved her hand, treating it as no big deal. "I was the one who returned all of a sudden. These people are my guests, so treat them with the highest respect."

"Yes, Goddess." Both of them were curious about this group. It looked like they were led by a human, but they couldn’t discern Nathan’s strength or the people behind him.

Still, they saw another maid following behind Nathan, making them think Nathan was someone of important status.

At the very least, he wouldn’t dare to bring a maid when visiting a goddess unless he thought he could do it.

Catalith nodded to Nathan. "Let’s go. I will show you the laboratory."

Nathan agreed and walked beside her. "I wonder what kind of research you have been conducting here."

"There are a lot. I can’t tell you everything about it because there are simply too many for me to remember."

"Anything that is related to the alien or the black cell?"

"Hmm." She thought for a moment. "There may be a few that might catch your interest. The first one is the alien’s characteristics as well as their abilities. The aliens have supernatural abilities, right? I believe that this is actually not something unique to the aliens. Rather, it’s possible for all of us. It’s just that their race has evolved in a way that such a mutation allows each of them to possess one supernatural ability."

"Ah, yes. I have some suspicions about the mutant core. You see, the mutant core has more energy, right? At the same time, you must have seen the energy from the aliens with divinity, right?"

"Of course."

"The core of those aliens is stronger than what they’re supposed to be. So, I wonder if it has something to do with the divine body."

"Divine body?"

"Yes. When we cast away our mortal body and form a divine body, we become something different, right?"

"Indeed."

"So, what if the mutant is actually some sort of divine body or maybe a pseudo divine body? The cores of those aliens are also giving more energy, like the mutant cores. So, I’m thinking that mutation is just a way for the aliens to acquire a divine body."

Catalith looked up. "Are you talking about the fact that mutated aliens are actually the candidates to become their gods?"

"Something like that." Nathan nodded.

"That’s a very interesting theory. That will make it easier for them to actually figure out which aliens they need to cultivate on. I guess I will check it. If it’s proven, then mutants will be our priority, especially high-level mutants."

"Indeed. We can’t let them grow stronger until we defeat the black cell." Nathan nodded.

"At least until we defeat the black cell. We don’t know if the aliens are going to be hostile or not after that." Catalith shook her head.

"I doubt. If we can defeat the black cell, I doubt they’re going to be hostile. I mean, how do you expect to fight against someone who has defeated the enemy you can’t defeat?"

"Fair point. They may prepare underhanded tricks or arrange for more planets to attack that person. After all, when a ’monster’ is killed by another ’monster,’ that new monster would be the new threat. If you intend to defeat the black cell, you will practically become a new threat, even for us." Catalith nodded in understanding. "An ironic causality."
