Chapter 2251: Is it finally happening?
Chapter 2251: Is it finally happening?
"We need to tell him."
The first wife declared.
For a moment, no one spoke.
The words sounded simple, but they carried weight. They weren’t just talking about news anymore. They were talking about a future.
A... fragile future.
A future that could be hurt with a single mistake.
Felberta’s gaze moved around the room, meeting each pair of eyes one by one. She didn’t rush. She didn’t force a smile either.
"We cannot hide it. Not from him."
Then, she looked at Amaya and—
"And not from ourselves."
She spoke.
Amaya’s jaw tightened, but she didn’t look away.
Felberta continued.
"A child isn’t a secret. A child is... a responsibility."
Her voice turned firmer.
"A living piece of Nux.
A living piece of... us.
If something happens, if we make even a single mistake, we will regret it for the rest of our existence."
Skyla swallowed; those words felt... much heavier than she expected. Lane’s fingers curled into the edge of her sleeve.
Aeliana’s stare stayed sharp, but she nodded as well. She too understood that it was important.
Lyriana didn’t nod at first. She looked like she wanted to refuse, but then her eyes flickered, and she exhaled through her nose.
"...Fine,"
She muttered.
Felberta’s shoulders loosened a little.
"No matter what happens,
We will protect the child."
She spoke.
"That is obvious."
Vyriana snorted.
Again, none of the women liked this feeling, but some things couldn’t change, no matter what.
"We protect the family."
Ember nodded too.
Felberta nodded at the women, then her eyes moved to Shadow next.
"And you,"
She said, voice clear.
"No more peeking. Not unless we truly need it. We won’t be making a habit out of it."
"Hah? You talk as if I was the one who wanted it."
The Universe’s Goddess snorted, not taking any blame whatsoever. That was when Amaya glared at her.
Again, they had not forgotten the Sharnoth incident.
"Okay okay, stop glaring at me, will you?
I already learned my lesson anyway."
She muttered, then a teasing, superior smile appeared on her face and—
"Nux already made me realize that I was a bad girl in his own way~
I have indeed learned my lesson~"
The woman spoke as she licked her lips; her silky sheets that covered her body began falling ever so slowly, almost deliberately.
The rest of the women felt their mouths twitching at those actions.
This was... definitely not a good time to tease them, and Shadow realized it very quickly, so she straightened up and wiped that smirk off her face.
"Yes. Learned. Fully."
She coughed as she sat straighter, covering her body completely.
The room didn’t laugh. But the tension eased quite a bit; it felt... familiar to see Shadow act like she normally does.
And then—
Felberta sighed.
"Call him,"
She spoke.
The words made the room go quiet again. No one disagreed, but they all knew that the moment they called him, everything would become... real.
"I’ll do it,"
Evane took a step forward.
Felberta nodded lightly.
The Elf closed her eyes. Just like all the women, her bond with Nux was always there, and the moment she reached out for him—
Space folded.
A ripple spread through the chamber, almost as if reality itself was being rewritten and—
Nux appeared near the bed, as if he had always been there.
He wore his usual teasing smile. His eyes were relaxed, almost amused. When he sensed almost all the women together in Shadow’s room, he expected to see Shadow throwing pillows at someone, or Skyla bouncing around with some new nonsense.
"Did you miss me that—"
But the next moment, his words stopped.
Because the room didn’t match his smile.
The air was heavy.
The women weren’t laughing.
Even Shadow wasn’t acting shameless.
As for the chamber they were in... half of it... no longer existed.
Nux’s smile faded in an instant.
Like the women, Nux too could sense their emotions no matter where he was. In fact, as the Universe himself, his authority over the bond was even higher than Shadow’s. He could see even their deepest thoughts without any trouble at all.
But Nux rarely did that.
It felt... wrong to him.
Like he was spying on them, not to mention there have been times when the surprise the women had prepared for him was ruined just because he sensed their excited emotions, so the women too strictly told him not to sense their emotions and promised to tell him the moment they felt sad or lonely, even if it was for no reason at all.
Anyway, what was important was, Nux had absolutely no clue what had happened, especially since he was with Sharnoth right now.
But the moment he came here—
He no longer needed their bond to sense their mood; he could see it on their faces.
"What happened?
Are you all alright?"
He asked, his voice filled with concern. He sensed if their bodies had any injuries, and other than Riona, whose hand stung a little, the others were fine.
Nux narrowed his eyes.
No one answered his question right away. Felberta stared at him for a long second.
Then—
"Allura is pregnant."
She dropped the bomb.
For a moment, Nux didn’t move.
"...what?"
"It’s true."
Shadow nodded quickly, as if she wanted to prove she wasn’t lying.
"I saw it."
Nux’s lips parted slightly.
His gaze moved, almost unconsciously, as he looked through the walls and glanced at Allura, instantly sensing their bond and... a new existence that linked them.
And the moment he sensed it—
His face changed again.
Shock didn’t vanish; it transformed into something far, far brighter.
Something warm.
Something... almost childlike.
Joy hit him so suddenly it made his breath catch.
"A child..."
He whispered, like the words themselves were unreal.
His eyes shined as he laughed; his heart could no longer hold the excitement.
He looked like he wanted to smile again, like he wanted to grab someone, spin them, do something stupid.
But then—
He froze.
His mind didn’t need to connect the dots to realize what had happened; he knew these women too well, he knew exactly what they were thinking, he knew exactly what they were... feeling.
The conflict.
The jealousy.
The... hurt.
The... bitterness that they were trying to hide.
And in an instant—
His joy faltered.
He looked at the entire room again, he saw the women’s faces, their body language, how they tried to hold back the flood of emotions they were feeling.
And then—
He saw Felberta.
Because Felberta was the first.
And she was holding the heaviest thing right now with the calmest face.
Nux went quiet.
His eyes lowered slightly.
"...I..."
He began.
But no words came out.
What could he even say?
He had no idea; he couldn’t think of any words that would comfort them, and for a man who claimed to know his women well and wouldn’t stop talking about how he would make sure none of them were ever sad in their entire life...
It was... like the sharpest sword was cutting his heart into small pieces, slowly, as painfully as possible.
His throat felt a lump, confused as to what it should do.
And Felberta saw it.
Of course she did; as the first, it came to her naturally.
So she smiled.
A beautiful, real smile.
"We are fine,"
She spoke with an earnest look on her face, one that would have fooled everyone.
But—
"You do not have to lie to me,"
But not Nux. He called her out immediately, his voice gentle but firm.
"I know you wanted to be the first,
I know that you are... unhappy."
He did not know any other way to describe it; Felberta’s emotions were far too strong to fit under a single word.
But then—
"Oh, I am."
Felberta nodded as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"I am not just sad.
I am extremely sad.
My mood is the worst it has ever been."
The women reacted to those words; Skyla blinked, she did not think Felberta would say it out loud. She expected Felberta to... lie. To say she was fine, bottle up her emotions so that Nux could truly feel happy and excited about his first child.
That was just the kind of woman Felberta was.
"Fel—"
Nux stared at Felberta, pain flickering in his eyes, but before he could say anything, Felberta raised a hand, stopping him.
"And this is why you are going to make it up to me,"
She declared in a smooth, soft voice.
And Nux—
He froze again, not knowing how to react.
And Felberta did not give him time to react either.
She leaned forward slightly, her gaze turning... hungry in a way the room recognized instantly.
"And you will give me what I want."
She demanded as she pulled Nux closer to her by his collar, looking right into his eyes with... desire in her own.
And Nux—
He could only gulp.
This was... a little too sudden.
His mind, however, understood what was about to happen and usually, he would be the one enjoying this the most.
But—
The situation wasn’t exactly the same as it usually was.
This time, the situation was... different.
Because this time, it wasn’t just Felberta who was looking at him with those hungry, urgent, and desirous eyes.
The rest of the women were no different.
Because the moment Felberta said those words out loud... it unlocked the same thought in every other woman’s head.
If she can demand it...
Why can’t we?
And now—
Every single one of them was staring at Nux with the same urgent, needy, desirous eyes.
And just then—
"Is it finally happening?
Am I getting the orgy I have always wanted!?
Are you all coming to the dark side???
We have cookies!!!!"
Edda exclaimed in excitement.
"No cookies for Allura though,
That bitch doesn’t deserve it!"
