Chapter 1137: A conversation with Ryan and Amanda.

The revelation of the truth behind the so-called help of creatures from the world of Fire and other worlds plunged the living room into gloomy silence.

“Secondly, the damage to the innate element will not disappear anywhere, and if you do not find a way to repair it, the Path of Magic will remain inaccessible.”

“What about the other one?” asked Amanda, unable to contain her curiosity.

“I don’t know myself yet. We haven’t thought about it seriously until today, but there’s probably a way to hide the moment of the breakup from the Patron and gain time,” Idan admitted, not trying to come up with a solution on the fly.

“As for the restoration of the destroyed foundation, we have one way, but it is not suitable for mass use. If we want to help many people, we first need to find a more effective method that can be used en masse.”

“So I’m sorry, Auntie, I can’t help you right now,” — Idan apologized.

Hearing these words, Amanda did not lose her optimism. His confession gave her hope that the situation wasn’t so hopeless and she still had a chance.

“There’s no need to apologize, Idan, I understand you,” she said with a slight smile.

Idan, looking at her smile, couldn’t help but ask a question.:

“Tell me, Auntie, who is your Patron? It’s not Saelina from the Flaming Ifrith clan, is it?”

“Huh? What? No, not her. My patron is from the Flaming Eagle Clan,” Amanda replied after some surprise.

“The Flaming Eagle Clan, right?” asked Idan, remembering how in Oasis City, after meeting Estelle, along with the Flaming Crane clan, led by Elira, there were also groups from the Flaming Eagle and Flaming Condor clans.

“It would be easier to help you if your Patron was from the Flaming Crane clan,” sighed Idan. But then, remembering that Livia was her subordinate, he added, “Although something can be done about that.”

“What’s your relationship with your Patron?”

“Well, how should I say… pretty close,” — Amanda said, blushing.

Ryan, who was watching their conversation, noticed the reaction of his aunt and Idan and decided to clarify.:

“As far as I know, her patron is a rather attractive Platinum—ranked Flaming Eagle who has charmed many women from the Blake family.”

“Don’t tell me he’s your lover?” blurted Idan.

“Huh? What? Of course not!” Amanda began to deny, but her face said otherwise.

“Most likely, it was his aunt who fell for him, not him for her,” suggested Ryan, who had experience with many girls who tried to attract his attention and quickly recognized Amanda’s reaction.

“I just like him. He’s so strong and wonderful on his own,” Amanda admitted with a sigh and laughed ironically. “I thought that by becoming his contractor, I would be able to be closer to him and I would have the opportunity to see him often, without realizing that I was driving myself into a trap.”

Idan didn’t judge her, instead he thought about Amanda’s age and asked:

“By the way, Auntie, are you single?”

Hearing his question, Amanda blinked in surprise and after a short pause answered:

“No, I’m not married yet.”

“I had a fiance who was chosen by my family, but he died three years ago in a disaster.”

“Oh!” Idan exclaimed, immediately remembering the story of Arabel, whose first fiance, chosen by her family, also died in the same Disaster.

“Ryan, do you have a girlfriend?” Idan couldn’t resist asking.

“No,” Ryan answered bluntly without hesitation.

After receiving such an answer, Idan did not pursue the subject. Instead, he turned his attention to Ryan’s future.

“Ryan, you’re not a Contractor anymore. Now you are free to cultivate freely, not only along the Path of Mastery and the Path of Magic, but also through the accessible Kingdom of the Path of the Beast Tamer.”

Amanda, turning to Ryan, couldn’t hide her envy.

“The Path of the Beast Tamer?” asked Ryan, noticing her gaze.

“This is a unique path of soul cultivation related to beast taming,” Idan replied, surprising both of them.

“The Kingdom has all the necessary guides to learn both the Path of Mastery and the Path of Magic, as well as to master the Path of the Beast Tamer,” Idan continued.

Upon hearing such a confession, Ryan and Amanda were overcome with excitement.

“But since you joined the Kingdom and took your oath, I have a special offer for you,” Idan added.

“What’s the offer?” Ryan was intrigued.

“Since you have an innate affinity with the element of fire, and you are my older brother, I suggest that you drink a potion that will change your bloodline and become an Alpha of Fire, just like me,” Idan voiced his suggestion.

“Alpha of Fire?” asked Ryan, puzzled.

Instead of answering, Idan, right in front of Ryan and Amanda, was transformed: his hair was on fire, and his eyes flashed with a bright flame. Idan’s rank jumped from Gold to Platinum, and his presence became completely different.

Amanda and Ryan, both having an affinity with the element of fire, whether innate or received from the other, felt a powerful pressure and an irresistible desire to bow down before him.

“This is…” Ryan managed to say, unable to take his eyes off the completely transformed Idan.

“Alpha of Fire,” — Idan said with a smile. “I suggest you become like me.”
