Chapter 1238: You have guests here.
Chapter 1238: You have guests here.
Accompanied by a man who introduced himself as Eighth, the young man went out into the inner garden. There he noticed Arabel, and his face first reflected surprise, and then a familiar soft smile.
“We meet again, charming lady,” he said as he approached her.
Arabel looked at him only for a moment and then returned to her contemplation of the spring without saying a word.
The young man obviously expected her to ignore him, so he wasn’t too surprised.
Fifth, who was standing next to Arabel, kept a serene expression on her face. Eighth did not interfere either, although his gaze lingered on the young gentleman for a moment, as if warning him not to disturb other visitors.
At this time, in the back of her mind, Arabel, who had assumed the image of a White, found herself surrounded by her other versions.
Pink Arabel and Black Arabel looked at her menacingly:
“Just try to talk to him, otherwise we…”
“Or what?” the White said with a slight smile, and at that moment Arabel herself couldn’t help but smile back.
The young master saw her smile and froze for a moment.
Mistaking her smile as a sign, he started a conversation.:
“I didn’t have time to introduce myself last time.”
Arabel turned to him, puzzled.
“My name is…”
The young man was about to give his name when a translucent system window appeared in front of Fifth.
She quickly read the notification and, turning to Arabel, said:
“Lady, I apologize for interrupting your conversation. You have guests here.”
“To me?” — Arabel asked in surprise.
“Yeah. They are waiting for you in the guest area. Would you like to meet them?”
Arabel immediately understood who he was talking about. It looked like the notifications had reached their recipients faster than she expected.
She smiled slightly and replied:
“Okay, I’ll meet them.”
“Okay,” — said Fifth, touching the system window, making it clear that they would arrive soon.
Fifth one, closing the system window, stepped forward:
“This way, follow me.”
Arabel nodded, cast a quick glance at the young master, and followed the Fifth.
The young master frowned. For the second time, he was not allowed to finish.
Eighth, who was standing next to him, calmly said, “Young master, we should continue our walk. Lady is going to spend time with her guests.”
“Yes, of course,” the young master replied absently.
He took a few steps after Eighth, but still looked back.
Arabel was already leaving the inner garden.
All this time, another figure was watching him—a young girl with long black hair, accompanied by a woman similar to the Fifth, but with pink hair.
“Eleventh,” the girl said softly, glancing in the direction Arabel had gone. “Who is this woman?”
“Information about visitors is confidential,” replied Eleventh.
“But you know, right?”
“Of course.”
“And you still won’t say anything?”
“Of course.”
The girl’s gaze turned cold. She pulled out a jade talisman and sealed Arabel’s image in it, preserving it.
This, of course, did not escape the attention of Eleventh.

Arabel stopped abruptly, following the Fifth.
“System…” she called.
But there was no answer.
Lowering her gaze, she gently touched her chest with her palm. Only now did she feel the familiar warmth in her chest, which was quickly followed by an unaccustomed heaviness. Almost immediately, two small wet spots appeared on the fabric.
Arabel froze, realizing what was happening.
“Milk…?”
[Host. After exiting the recovery capsule, automatic lactation monitoring was discontinued.]
“Automatic control?” asked Arabel, frowning. “What happened to my milk while I was sleeping?”
[Host. No need to worry. Breast milk was regularly expressed during your sleep.]
“Was the milk expressed?” wondered Arabel, then worried. “Where did it go?”
[A portion was given to your partner to feed the children. The remaining milk was processed and placed in storage.]
Arabel froze for a moment.
“But it’s only been seven hours outside…”
[That’s right. However, your body has been in an accelerated time flow for seven days. During this time, a significant supply of breast milk was accumulated.]
“Did the treatment change my hormones somehow?”
[No. The restorative procedure did not interfere with the natural hormonal balance. Lactation proceeded as usual, and regular pumping helped to avoid stagnation and supported milk production.]
“So I can still feed the kids?”
[Absolutely.]
The tension that had been gripping Arabel all this time finally eased.
“How many days will the remaining supply of milk last for my babies?” she asked a new question.
[With the current needs of the twins, about a few days. The exact time will depend on their appetite.]
Arabel breathed a sigh of relief. So, the treatment won’t take anything away from her. She will be able to take her babies in her arms and feed them, as she wanted from the moment they were born, and they will have enough accumulated stock until her return.
“Lady Arabel?” called Fifth, noticing that she had fallen behind, and Arabel hurried after her.
When they reached the right room, the door opened automatically, and Arabel saw a group of women she knew.
As soon as they noticed Arabel, they immediately headed towards her.
“Arabel!”
“You’re really here!”
“Why didn’t you tell us yourself?”
“Have you already given birth? When did this happen?”
Several voices fell on Arabel almost simultaneously, and she was quickly pulled inside and surrounded by them.
The fifth only adjusted her glasses, trying to hide a satisfied smile.
Arabel managed to tell them that everything was fine with the children and that she had come to the Center for postpartum recovery.
“So you’re going to spend the whole day here?” Cristina asked, adjusting her glasses.
“That’s what I was told,” Arabel replied. “Fifth has put together a complete recovery program for me.”
Women exchanged glances. Judging by their faces, no one was going to leave.
“Can we accompany her during the procedures?” Tamer asked.
“With Lady Arabel’s permission, you can stay with her,” Fifth replied politely. “However, the closed area is intended exclusively for the Center’s clients. Even the Master’s colleagues are no exception.”
Women exchanged glances again. Half of the women who came were the Hosts of the Supreme Systems, and they knew perfectly well how strictly the rules were followed here. It was useless to argue or try to take advantage of his position.
“In that case, I will also use the services of the Center,” Lustina was the first to say. “I’ve been working too hard lately. I definitely need to rest.”
“Me too,” the Alchemist immediately supported her. “I’ve been planning to get a full checkup for a long time.”
“And my back still hurts after the last assignment,” Cristina joined in, although she was moving completely freely a few minutes ago.
Arabel looked at them with mild suspicion.
“You’re just looking for an excuse to stay, aren’t you?”
“Of course not,” the Chef’s wife replied with a straight face. “We really haven’t had a rest in a long time. It’s just a pleasant coincidence that you’re here today.”
The others hurriedly nodded.
Arabel couldn’t help but smile.
“Good. I don’t mind if you join in.”
Fifth adjusted her glasses. Her professional smile widened almost imperceptibly.
