Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 1266: What do I think?

Chapter 1266: What do I think?

“Is there a restriction on the Sacred Sword?” — Idan put down the reward and paid attention to the System’s message about the results of the analysis.

“And what do you suggest we do about it?” — he asked the System.

[Everything is at the discretion of the Host]

[The Supreme Blacksmith System is willing to remove the restrictions for a fee]

“Hmm…” Idan thought about it.

The Sacred Sword did not belong to them. It belonged to Lovis. So they didn’t have to worry about it. Or they could benefit from it. They could tell Lovis about this and help him remove the restrictions on the Sacred Sword in exchange for something.

While he was thinking, the door of the house opened and Arabel appeared on the threshold.

She looked at her husband, met his gaze, then turned her eyes to Lovis and took out the Sacred Sword from the spatial ring.

After flying out, the Sacred Sword hovered in the air for a moment, and then rushed towards Lovis and began to circle around him.

The Sword did not remember what had happened to it, but it felt that it had not seen its partner for a very long time and missed Lovis very much. Lovis could feel it. Without a doubt, it was his partner. However, these vivid emotions made him frown and look at Arabel.

It was written on his face that he wanted to ask something, but he did not ask.

“The analysis is completed. Thank you again for lending us the Sacred Sword,” Arabel said, handing it back. Then she turned to Lina.

“Lina, pass me your broken sword.”

Lina unhesitatingly took out the sword along with the scabbard and all its fragments and handed them to Arabel.

Arabel carefully took them and hid them in her spatial ring.

“As soon as the sword is restored, I will inform you.”

“Okay,” — Lina said without a shadow of doubt. Instead, she felt a slight tremor of excitement, confident that her sword would soon be restored and she would be able to get her partner back. That much she believed in Arabel and her words.

The Sacred Sword let out a hum, attracting everyone’s attention.

“Ahem!” coughed Lovis. “It demands the promised hot bath.”

Idan and Arabel exchanged glances, and then Arabel turned to the System.:

“System, give me some suitable bath remedy.”

Instantly, a long list appeared in front of them, including various bath bombs and oils.

Idan gave Arabel the choice because he didn’t know much about such things himself. He usually used what his older sister or mother bought for him, and he never bought anything like this on his own.

1,000 System Points — that’s how much Arabel spent on buying several items, including a towel. She handed them to Lina.:

“There is a bathroom with hot water on the first floor.”

Lina accepted the funds with a smile and turned to the Sacred Sword.:

“Come on, I’ll bathe you.”

The Sword hummed happily and followed Lina.

It all looked a bit comical and funny: “A sword taking a bath?”

“Well, my wife and I must leave you,” said Idan, getting up. He addressed Lovis: “Make yourself at home and stay here as long as you wish.”

Lovis nodded at them, holding his granddaughter in his arms. He was in no hurry to leave and wanted to spend some more time with his daughter, granddaughter and, of course, with Nemo to get to know him better.

Idan and Arabel returned to the family home. Eulalia also went about her business, leaving Nemo, Sierra and Lovis alone.

“Dan, what do you think about the restrictions placed on the Sacred Sword?” Arabel asked as soon as they entered the family home.

“What do I think?” Idan smiled, looking at his wife’s worried face. “I think we should take this opportunity and help Lovis to remove these restrictions in exchange for some kind of service or fee.”

“That’s what I thought, too,” Arabel agreed. “But I can’t think of what exactly to ask for.”

“Let’s take our time and think carefully first,” Idan suggested as he opened the Sacred Sword analysis reward.

[The right to unlock the second form of the “Vow of Light” artifact.]

[The host must choose the desired shape independently.]

[After completing the selection, this system will turn to the Supreme Blacksmith System to make improvements.]

“There is no list of available forms here. We have to choose the right one ourselves,” Arabel remarked, carefully examining her system window.

“It looks like it. Have you already decided on the second form for the Vow of Darkness?” asked Idan.

“Not yet,” Arabel shook her head.

“I don’t even know what I need. Apart from the sword, I don’t know how to use any other weapons yet. What about you?”

“Me?” I’ll probably choose the staff,” Idan shared his choice. His decision was dictated by the fact that lately he has been actively studying the art of wielding a staff under the guidance of Milica.

Arabel, after some thought, closed the system window without making a choice. The system did not insist on an immediate solution.

Instead, she decided to focus on restoring Lina’s sword.

“System, how do we restore Lina’s sword?” she asked.

[Host. You can make an individual order from the Supreme Blacksmith System through the “Trade” function to restore and strengthen the sword.]

“That’s it? Just like that?” Arabel stared at the system message in disbelief. If she wasn’t mistaken, individual orders were already available to them. “What about the Sacred Sword? Why did we need it?”

“Belle,” — Idan said, gently hugging Arabel from behind. “Don’t jump to conclusions, honey, let’s explore all the available recovery features first.”

Arabel turned her head, pouting slightly, but still agreed with his suggestion.

“The prices have remained the same, they are simply absurd!” — Arabel was indignant. As before, the most affordable individual order cost 25,000 System Points, and this is only a Diamond-grade item! It was five times more expensive.

“This is not a standard product, Belle. This is an individual order, created specifically for one person, taking into account all its features,” Idan explained.

“Even if it is, it’s too expensive!” objected Arabel.

Idan didn’t argue with her. Right now, they didn’t need an individual order to create a new item, but only to restore the old one.

When they found the item and saw the price, Arabel’s indignation subsided a little.

Recovery didn’t seem that expensive—5,000 System Points for a Diamond-grade item.

“Pfft,” Idan could barely contain his laughter, and Arabel turned to him suspiciously. “What’s so funny?”

“Here, look,” — Idan said, showing her what he had found.

Restoring the Will of the sword and creating a new shell in the image of the Sacred Sword — 25,000 System Points.

Arabel’s right eye twitched at the sight of the price.
