Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 1267: The bill

Chapter 1267: The bill

– 25,000 System points.

“Eh…” Arabel sighed, watching the amount in her account decrease.

As a result, 32,939 System points remained.

She checked her spatial ring.

Lina’s broken sword was gone, as were all its fragments.

“It’s only 25,000 System Points,” Idan whispered, leaning into her ear.

“I know,” — Arabel replied. “But it’s still too expensive.”

“And this is coming from someone who once spent 90,000 System Points in one sitting,” Idan recalled.

Arabel, blushing with embarrassment, hastened to object:

“This is completely different. Then I was buying things for our children.”

Idan just laughed in response, not wanting to continue the argument.

He wasn’t particularly worried about wasting System Points.

He still had a large supply of Fire Elemental Crystals that he hadn’t sold yet.

And tomorrow, a “Reset” in Limbo was expected. As soon as he settles things with the Dragon’s parents, Elira and the others can return to mining Fire Crystals.

If Nemo can conquer the Lava Lake by then, it will be just wonderful.

In addition, there were also Ice Caves.

Milena and Ned have already started preparing for an expedition to extract Ice Elemental Crystals.

Idan and Arabel spent the rest of the day at the family home.

They took care of their children, fed them, and in between these activities indulged in lovemaking. During these moments of intimacy, they discussed their immediate plans and the upcoming Ascension Trial.

The next morning, before the “Reset”, after the children were fed, both left the Family Home.

“Mua” Arabel kissed her husband on the cheek and went in search of her parents and Idan’s mothers to discuss with them the possibility of leaving the children under their supervision during her absence.

Idan started preparing for a trip to the Lava Lake.

The first thing he did was find Hailey at the restaurant.

“Oh, Master!” Hailey exclaimed happily when she saw him.

Idan nodded back at her, and his gaze involuntarily fell on the Baby Dragon, who was sitting next to her, devouring the food with gusto.

“Have you forgotten that today is the “Reset” and we will go to the Lava Lake?”” Idan reminded.

Hailey’s smile faltered and quickly disappeared, and her gaze darted around.

“O… of course not! I haven’t forgotten!” she replied, and in her voice Idan detected a note of hidden fear.

Idan frowned.

“Is something wrong?”

“Huh? What? No!” — Hailey quickly shook her head. “It’s just that I’m really worried about meeting my so-called parents…hehe…”

She laughed nervously.

“Graaa! Graa!” growled the dragon, whose muzzle was stained with food.

“Yes, yes, today we are going to visit your parents,” Hailey said, and the dragon wagged its tail with joy, and its four wings fluttered with excitement.

“At least someone is happy about the upcoming trip to the Lava Lake,” Idan thought, looking at his Baby dragon, and turned around and headed for the exit.

On his way out, Sofia called out to him, “Leader!”

Idan stopped and walked over to her.

“Here,” she handed him a piece of paper.

“What is this?” he asked, picking up the paper.

“The bill,” Sofia replied, barely able to contain her laughter.

“The bill?” asked Idan, noticing that her gaze was fixed somewhere behind him. He ignored her gaze and turned his attention to the piece of paper. It was a bill for food in excess of 8000 System Points.

He raised his eyes and looked at Sofia.

“This is the bill for the food that your two dragons ate, Leader. They said their master would pay,” Sofia said with a smile.

“My dragons?” Idan’s eyebrows rose.

“I only have one…” he began, but before he could finish, he suddenly realized who, according to Sofia, his second dragon was.

He turned to the side where Hailey and the baby dragon were sitting, but the table was empty and they were nowhere to be seen.

Idan used his power over the Kingdom to find the two, and found them running away towards the Simularium. Surprisingly, despite his impressive belly, the baby dragon ran faster than Hailey.

“Since when did Hailey start thinking she could eat at my expense?” thought Idan.

The baby dragon was one thing, he was his contract partner, but Hailey… She was just his subordinate.

“Okay, I’ll talk to her later,” sighed Idan, taking another look at the amount. He looked up at Sofia.

“Platinum rank Fire Element Crystals, eight pieces?” — he suggested instead of System points.

Sofia’s eyes sparkled with anticipation, but she didn’t rush to answer. “Twelve Crystals, and we’re even?” she asked.

“Deal,” — Idan said, pulling out 12 crystals and handing them to her.

Sofia happily accepted them and quickly hid them.

As a result of this deal, both ended up winning.

Idan was able to save System Points. If he had sold the crystals to the system first, he would have received about 1,000 System Points for 12 Platinum-Rank crystals, which was much less than 8,000.

Sofia also purchased 12 Platinum-Rank Crystals on more favorable terms, given that such Crystals can be purchased from the System at a price of 500 to 1000 System Points apiece.

After completing the deal, Idan exchanged a few words with Sofia. During the conversation, he found out that Esmari came to the restaurant at night to eat with Esma and her sisters.

After saying goodbye to everyone, Idan left the restaurant.

Using his power in the Kingdom, Idan quickly tracked down Esma and Esmari. They were talking to Arabel at that time, and he did not interfere in their conversation, knowing that Arabel, if she needed his help, would certainly turn to him.

Idan spent the rest of the time before the “Reset” began communicating with numerous acquaintances, receiving information about the current state of affairs in the Kingdom.

Milica left, taking Eulalia and Nemo with her. Lina did not stay away and followed them. Lovis was nowhere to be seen, and Idan assumed that he had most likely followed Lina.

As he found out, Milica had arranged to bring Nemo to her friend today, who agreed to examine his wounds and, if possible, heal him and also remove the seal.

Towards noon, a reset occurred.

After a while, it became known that the remaining two Temples had appeared in the Valley of Lightning and in the Caves of the Insect Swarm.
