Chapter 1311: Well, let’s continue as planned
In an instant, all the Awakened disappeared from the Kingdom and the Land.
Life on the planet has not stopped.
The Awakened ones were an important part of the world, but they were not its foundation.
This was the third mass teleportation.
In the central continent, the Federation and all its structures knew about the upcoming event and that all the Awakened Ones would disappear for a while. They were sure that the Awakened Ones would definitely return.
They were prepared for this, as were the creatures from the world of elements.
Less than ten minutes later, a massive teleportation took place, and an urgent meeting was held in the Kingdom, in the Guild building, in the command center, led by the King and Queen.
All the participants in the meeting were in Junonia even before the teleportation began, and therefore were not subjected to it.
Idan, Arabel, Irene, Arslan and Leo received from their Systems only a task and a ban on reverse teleportation to Earth until it was completed.
In front of more than a dozen screens, Leo was intently sorting through incoming messages from Guild members scattered across the continent of Ludelia.
Behind him, Idan, Arabel, Irene, and Arslan were also closely watching the screens, studying the messages.
“Apparently, most of them received the same tasks – to conquer any one Dungeon,” Irene summed up.
“Yes, even the newbies who came to Junonia for the first time were given the task of conquering the dungeon,” Arslan added with a sigh. He couldn’t figure out if they were lucky or not.
In previous mass teleportations, each Awakened received a personal task related to the development of their own Systems.
“It seems that the initial “learning” stage ended with the transition of the Earth to the middle stage of growth,” Idan suggested. “From now on, everyone follows the same rule.”
Something like this has already been anticipated. Idan and the others had to accept the fact that the old rules had changed.
“Dan and I got another task,” Arabel said to Irene and Arslan. “What about you?”
“So are we,” Arslan confirmed.
“Irene and I have been tasked to enter one of the seven Unconquered Dungeons on the Labirelia continent.”
Arabel was slightly surprised, but then a smile appeared on her face.
“World Quest,” Idan said, rubbing his chin. “Our task seems to be related to the World Quest and the Throne of the World King.”
He came to this conclusion because they had previously received another task from their System.:
[“Help your champion conquer all seven Unconquered Dungeons and uncover their secret.” The completion period is 1 year and 6 months.] (Chapter 240 «A conversation with Nemo»)
Idan opened the task list and read it again.
“Unlike the others, we are not required to conquer Unconquered Dungeons, but simply to ‘Enter,'” Idan pointed out the difference.
“You’re right,” the others nodded.
“Conquer any one dungeon,” Irene muttered and made her suggestion, “A System Dungeon and a Dungeon Simulator. It looks like we were all prepared for this stage in advance.”
Hearing her words, Idan and the others thought about it and couldn’t help but agree that she was right.
The System Dungeons that had appeared as a result of the Third Disaster had indeed prepared them for this, and now their systems required them to conquer a real dungeon.
“Well, let’s continue as planned,” said Idan. “Leo, you keep coordinating the Guild members. Now that we know that they all have to conquer the dungeon, it’s important that they form groups.”
Then Idan turned to Irene and Arslan.
“Help Leo coordinate the Guild members. As for your assignment, put it on hold for now. We don’t need everyone to go to Labirelia. One person is enough to open the portal.”
“Good,” Irene and Arslan agreed, acknowledging his reasoning. Indeed, there is no need for everyone to travel to another continent. It’s better to do other important things.
“Meanwhile, Belle and I will gather information about the presence of dungeons near the Ellarium and the possibility of conquering them in order to help Leo, Sofia and the others complete their tasks,” Idan added.
“Oh, I’m all for it!” exclaimed Arabel, looking forward to diving into the world of the dungeon.
They hadn’t been to the Dungeon Simulator yet, and she was looking forward to it.
It was decided that Leo, Sofia, Edgar, his sisters, and four newcomers needed to familiarize themselves with the dungeon simulator so that they would not be completely inexperienced in real dungeons.
“I’ll take care of that,” Arslan offered himself as a mentor.
“As for going to the dungeons directly, we will go there when Nemo, Lina, Esma and Milena’s groups finish their business in Limbo and return to the Kingdom,” Idan summed up.
After the responsibilities were assigned and the immediate plans outlined, Idan and Arabel left the command center.
“So, are we going for a walk?” Arabel asked, taking her husband’s hands and looking at him expectantly. “My parents will look after the children, so we can safely go in search of the necessary information and at the same time visit Ellarium, the hometown of the Master.”
“Why not?” replied Idan, smiling. “I’ve been waiting for you all this time, and I don’t even know what’s outside the Adventurer’s Guild building.”
Idan opened the portal, and he and Arabel appeared hand in hand in a rented room in the Adventurer’s Guild building.
After leaving the room and entering the large registration hall, Idan remembered that he and his wife had not yet been officially registered as adventurers.
“Let’s register?” — He suggested.
“Register?” — Arabel looked at him in surprise. “Why?”
“What for? To become adventurers,” Idan replied.
“I know that, but why would we register if we already have an adventurer plate?” asked Arabel.
“What?”— Idan froze. “What plate?”
Arabel rolled her eyes.
“The one that we received along with the Beginner Adventurer Kit* on our first day of meeting after we got into Limbo,” she clarified. (*Chapter 20 «Rewards»)
Only then did Idan remember.
They were already adventurers. He just forgot about it.
