Instead of answering Essora’s question, Сristina asked a counter question.: “Do you want to attend the wedding of the owners of this place?”

“Of course I do,” replied Essora, overwhelmed with the desire to witness this grand event—the wedding of her rescuers and the leaders who sheltered her.

“Then postpone taking the potion until the end of the ceremony,” Сristina suggested. “After you drink it, you will enter a special state during which your bloodline will undergo purification. The whole process will take more than one day.”

Essora opened her eyes in surprise, looking at the potion in her hands. She remembered how several girls had already changed their bloodlines, and a creepy pulsating cocoon appeared around them.

“So I’m going through something like this?” she thought, looking at the potion.

“Okay,” Essora nodded, agreeing with Сristina’s suggestion.

“Tch,” the Creepy guy clicked his tongue, expressing displeasure, but remained silent.

“This will be a lesson for you to respect your elders, little girl,” the creepy guy burst out laughing and, leaving them alone, disappeared from the room, going in search of more.

Essora looked at the two of them in disbelief, holding her sphere in her hands, not understanding what was going on between the two.

“Bastard!” — Сristina cursed out loud as soon as he left.

“Even if Essora drank the potion now, he would still have to leave without waiting for the end of the Bloodline purification, which without the artifact of time would have dragged on for several local days,” Сristina thought, fuming.

“Oh, the Blacksmith!” she exclaimed, recognizing another old monster and his very noticeable wife.

The Blacksmith saw Сristina and nodded slightly, understanding Idan’s intentions.

“So I’m the weapon, and she’s the ring?” he suggested.

“That’s right,” Idan confirmed his guess.

The Blacksmith smiled and stroked his thick beard.:

“And what’s that? There’s a weapon, and a ring, too. How are you going to combine them?”

“I don’t recall agreeing to anything like that, especially to you,” she said, pointing a slender index finger in Idan’s direction.
