Chapter 813: The Guardian of Light
Chapter 813: The Guardian of Light
The light gradually began to fade, returning the Kingdom to its former shape. The residents who were still under the influence of the phenomenon were slowly recovering.
Idan, one of the first, opened his eyes and fixed his gaze on the sky, where the Light source was still shining brightly, attracting the gazes of others.
It was difficult for many to see Lucinda hidden behind this light, but Idan, who had an affinity with the Element of Light, clearly saw Lucinda's true form in her Spirit Form.
Like him, Arabel, and Sierra in their Spirit Forms, Lucinda's body in this form became the epitome of the Element of Light, woven from pure energy and soft radiance. Her figure, surrounded by golden light, with long flowing hair, dressed in flowing ethereal robes, radiated the energy of light. A radiant aura emanated from her figure, creating a sense of unearthly beauty and spiritual power, conveying a sense of purity, wisdom, and the transcendent nature of the element of light.
Lucinda was overwhelmed with joy and euphoria, because she had finally found her Spirit Form!
She did it! She became one of the few in Junonia who managed to achieve what many had only dreamed of but could not achieve.
Lucinda knew that if she could return and reconnect with the Valkyrie Bloodline Domain, she would easily reach the sixth rank and even gain a special status. After all, it was impossible to hide the acquisition of Spirit Form from the Bloodline Domain.
And while she was enjoying her moment of triumph, Lucinda felt a new and unusual connection connecting her to this place. Following this, new, incredible knowledge appeared in her mind.
At that moment, the Kingdom gained its second Guardian, the Guardian of Light.
Lucinda's shining eyes trembled as she realized the full extent of the information she had received. She was amazed by all the new possibilities that opened up to her, becoming the so-called Guardian of the Light.
"That's how it is," she whispered, now realizing the advantage Sierra had gained by becoming the Guardian of Darkness.
Lucinda remembered her first meeting with Idan and Arabel in the first city of Limbo. Their acquaintance did not begin in the most pleasant way, mainly because of her past connections with the Staff Hero.
Although Lucinda wasn't as close to the couple as Milica, who became their Master, or Sierra, who was the first to meet them and provide help, she never forgot about what she gained after that meeting.
Lucinda's initial opinion that her time in Limbo was the biggest blunder of her life began to change after meeting Idan and Arabel.
Lucinda, like many others, had the opportunity to be one of the first to master a completely new path of cultivation — the "Path of the Beast Tamer". This path not only allowed for multiple contracts to be made with creatures at once, but also, most importantly, enhanced the Soul Force.
Even one of these two advantages of the new cultivation path, which was absent in Junonia, could have caused wars and conflicts.
Moreover, thanks to these two people, Lucinda was able to fully compensate for the "flaw" of her Valkyrie bloodline. Having established a symbiotic relationship with a Creature of Light, which opened up great prospects for her smooth and rapid improvement. Now she wasn't afraid that her "flaw" would become an obstacle on the way to the top.
And right now, it was only thanks to them that she was able to regain her Spirit Form. If it wasn't for them, neither she, Sierra, nor the others would have been able to find the clue so quickly and regain their Spirit Forms.
Without exaggeration, all this credit belonged to them, especially her younger sister Arabel.
And now, having become the Guardian of the Light and having received all the necessary knowledge, Lucinda did not see anything wrong with this position. On the contrary, she was happy to accept this role and was ready to become the Guardian of this place and prove herself worthy of this title.
Downstairs, everyone was looking at Lucinda in awe. Her presence caused awe, as if there was a real divine being nearby, as in the books.
After seeing that Lucinda had successfully regained her Spirit Form, Idan and Arabel simultaneously revealed information about the Kingdom. And both, realizing that Lucinda, like Sierra, had become the Guardian of the Kingdom, could not help but smile and looked at each other.

"There are still two empty seats," — Arabel said, and Idan nodded in agreement.
However, both of them did not have suitable candidates for these places, because applicants must have a Spirit Form.
Among those who witnessed Lucinda's success was a little Valkyrie with sea-green hair. She was clenching her fists with a serious expression.
"The Dark Witch succeeded first, and now the Light Bitch has succeeded," Esma whispered. "It's just me... but I..."
Esma's eyes were confused. She had already witnessed two phenomena, but for some reason she could not find any clue, or even a hint of how to find her Spirit Form.
She was missing something that everyone else had.
This realization almost made her give up, but she didn't give up and was determined to prove that she could succeed no matter what.
She was willing to do anything to succeed.
Esma didn't even rule out the possibility of returning to Junonia and meeting her real body.
