The Alpha's Unwanted Bride

Chapter 784: FOREVER ENEMY

Chapter 784: FOREVER ENEMY

The moment I saw AIden, it was like a dream come true.

I was too dumbfounded to even utter a word.

My lips just hung there quivering, the blood still hung at the corner of my mouth.

He was the last person I had expected would come to my rescue.

“Why do you always like tog get yourself into trouble?” He asked me.

I looked down at the ground.

For the first time ever, I had nothing to say to him.

He was right.

I had recently become a magnet for trouble.

Aiden gently tilted my chin up for him to look at me.

“Ouch.” I said aloud involuntarily in pain.

He frowned and then he turned to see my neck.

I stiffened but when our eyes locked, I saw a level of anger I had never seen in him.

A depth of rage that I didn’t know anyone was capable in experiencing.

“You bastard!” Came Aston screaming as he rushed at Aiden.

“Aiden.” I screamed in warning.

But Aston never got the chance to attack Aiden.

Aiden turned around and in a split second, he already had Aston hanging by the neck.

He rose up to his feet with such grace as Aston hung in between the grip of his hands.

“Is that what you like?” Aden asked him.

Aston choked the exact same was I had.

He was kicking and fighting for air, trying to free himself from Aiden.

But Aiden didn’t seem to be relenting, in fact Aiden seemed to tighten his grip further

I watched in horror as Aston’s face turned a bright purple.

“To strangle a defenceless woman?” Aiden asked.

I frowned at being called defenceless.

And Aston attempted to howl.

“If you are thinking of calling your comrades, forget about it.” Aiden chipped in. “If your hair can turn and not be disconnected from the rest of your miserable body, you would see their blood. I don’t like people who are disloyal to me.” Aiden warned.

Aston then attempted to shift.

I watched as his legs began to shift into dark limbs.

His arms going dark with hair and his fingers turning into claws.

But Aiden had his weight agasinst his throat so Aston couldn’t full shift.

Aston’s head remained the same.

He began slashing and trying to get at Aiden.

But Aiden dodged every move.

Frustrated, Aston’s body started to go weak.

“You should die a more shameful death.” Aiden informed him. “There is nothing that I would have loved more than rippling your soul apart from your body. Nothing.” Aston’s eyes began to go white.

Then from nowhere none other than Gamma Lionel rush din with some other wolves.

“No!” Gamma Lionel screamed at the sight.

But he was too late.

There was nothing that could be done.

He proceeded to run after Aiden, but the wolves held him back.

With Aiden’s free hand he pulled at Aston’s waist.

Aston screamed so loudly I had to lose my ears at the mix of screams, whimpering and howling.

And in two seconds, Aston’s body was shredded into half, his guts spilling unto the floor with a downpour of blood raining all over.

“NOOOOOO!” Gamma Lionel screamed as he dropped to his knees.

It was then the wolves finally let him go.

But by then Gamma Lionel had zero intentions of moving inch.

Aiden tossed one piece after the other of Aston’s body at his father’s feet.

I myself was shocked at what I had witnessed.

Gamma Lionel looked down at his son’s body and wept.

I looked over at Aston’s body, his eyes were widen open and it felt like he was staring at me.

I instantly shivered all over.

I had no idea when Aiden had walked over to me until his shadow hovered over.

I looked up and saw that he had his hand extended out to me.

I was terrified of him.

Usually I regarded Aiden as annoying, but with what I had seen him do now.

I was scared.

My bones and soul was terrified.

First I had seen him Kill the mad man without a flinch and now how he had ripped Aston Apart.

Aston deserved it, but seeing Aiden do it that way was beyond me.

I had seen Aiden as a monster all the time, but with what I had seen, I truly wondered what sort of monster he was.

Half reluctantly, I gave him my hand and he helped me up.

“Are you fine?” He asked me.

Still reeling from the shock, I nodded slightly as I touched my bruised neck.

He reached put as if in an attempt to scoop me in his arms.

I took a step back quickly. “I can walk.

He looked me over and I quickly added. “Thank you.”

He said nothing but refused to let my hand go.

He led me out of the room.

As I got to Aston’s body, I turned my face away not to see the half wolf half man disformed body of his.

Aiden stopped short.

“I have been aware of your son’s plans to take over this pack.” Aiden said to Gamma Lionel. “I am also aware of the funds you have been stealing from this pack. Be lucky that I have let you live. I will not take betrayers.”

And Aiden proceeded to lead me out of the room.

I turned behind me to see and I made eye contact with Gamma Lionel.

His eyes were hollow and soulless.

It was as though the spark in him had died.

And there was something else in those eyes.

Hate.

Hate that seemed too much for one person.

The Hate was directed to me.

Everyone in the pack was going to hate me more now.

Aiden had killed the Gamma’s son because of me.

It was at that moment that I was certain I had made an enemy for life and this would not be the last of Gamma Lionel I would be seeing.

Ruby, what had you done?
