Chapter 921 - A good father
Chapter 921 - A good father
"Lingxi, have you already gotten the dress Meilin made for you all dirty?" Rouxi asked with a soft laugh.
Her eyes fell on her daughter.
The little one was clutching a piece of roasted beef, her tiny teeth greedily tearing off one chunk after another. Grease dripped down her chin and onto her dress, which no longer had a single clean spot left on it.
At the sound of her mother's voice, she let go of the meat for a moment, waved a greasy little hand, and babbled something adorable in reply, as if that explained everything.
The next second, she was biting into it again.
"Ah… luckily she's got a stomach as bottomless as her father's. She couldn't fill up on meat before dinner even if she tried," Ruxue joked, leaning over from the chair beside her to stroke Lingxi's black, green-streaked hair, her fingers gliding through the soft strands.
Lingxi only let out a small grunt, not even bothering to look up, completely focused on her delicious meat.
Rouxi shook her head, a fond smile on her lips.
She had already sensed her husband's arrival in her mind's eye, and the thought alone filled her with joy. Her gaze kept drifting toward the door every few seconds; she couldn't help it.
After a few moments, she glanced over once more and finally saw the man she'd been waiting so long for walk through the door, Yuehan at his side.
All of Qingyi's wives—about fifty of them by now—were there, from Feiyan, his first wife, all the way to Huoyue, whose virginity he hadn't even taken yet.
The dining room, as vast as it needed to be to hold them all, buzzed with conversation, the warm aroma of meat and spices wafting from Elize's cauldron.
The moment they saw him, the buzz died down for an instant, and warm smiles spread across each of those beautiful faces.
"Dadda!" Lingxi shouted, finally letting go of the meat and stretching her hands, still greasy from the roast, toward her father.
Her tiny fingers clenched and unclenched nonstop, begging to be picked up.
Qingyi chuckled and crossed the room to her. With a simple flick of his hand, he cast a cleaning spell over her and her dress.
Lingxi looked down at her fingers, still smeared with the juices of the prey she'd just torn apart.
Then, right in front of her, the mess began dissolving into shards of light. Her eyes sparkled and she burst out laughing, waving her hands at her father as if asking him to do it again.
"You messy little thing." Qingyi grabbed her under the arms and tossed her high into the air.
Lingxi flew a few meters up, her hair fluttering and her head nearly brushing the ceiling, before plummeting back down toward her father's chest, squealing with joy the whole way.
He caught her delicate little body effortlessly and wrapped her in a tight, loving embrace, planting a loud, smacking kiss on her cheek.
She hugged him back just as tightly, her little arms clinging to his neck, her whole face lit up with pure childlike happiness.
While Lingxi's laughter warmed the hearts of everyone present, Qingyi took the chair at the head of the dining table, settled his daughter on his lap, and motioned for Yuehan to take a seat as well.
His eyes then drifted to Elize, who had her back to him.
She was stirring the steaming cauldron with a large wooden spoon.
Her wide hips swayed with each stir, a slow, heavy back-and-forth that set her round butt rolling from side to side beneath her dress.
And with both hands clenched around the handle, her forearms pressed right up against those soft, succulent, enormous tits. The ample flesh bulged out around her arms, spilling over the top and squeezing out the sides, quivering with every push of the spoon.
Elize brought the spoon to her lips and tasted what was inside—a kind of thick stew made of meat and vegetables.
Her eyes lit up with satisfaction.
"This is the last dish, hubby. I'm almost done," she said with a smile, glancing at him over her shoulder before waving her hands.
Obeying the gesture, the stew lifted out of the cauldron, rising into the air like a thick ribbon of meat and vegetables and pouring into a large serving pot without spilling a single drop.
With the pot full of that delicious, fragrant stew, Elize finally declared dinner ready.
She walked over to the table, her chest bouncing heavily with each step, those huge tits lifting and dropping with every stride and pulling the front of her dress taut each time they came down.
She leaned down to set the pot right in the center.
Steam rose from the pot in spirals, drawing more than a few hungry sighs from those around her.
After all, she had to feed a lot of people, each with very different tastes. So she had gone all out.
Various kinds of rice, meats, salads, and many, many kinds of dessert stretched from one end of the long table to the other.
Lingxi, naturally, got straight to the point. Her eyes skipped over everything else and locked onto a container of strawberry ice cream.
"Dadda! Is-cweam!" she pronounced awkwardly, pointing her little finger with all the determination in the world.
"Only after you eat your rice and beans," Qingyi said calmly, stroking her soft little cheek with his thumb.
She pouted at first, her lower lip trembling in a very dramatic way. But when she saw Elize approaching with her plate, the pout vanished. She just couldn't resist.
She reached out, grabbed a spoon from the table, and without any ceremony threw it straight at her father's face.
Without even checking whether he'd caught it, she faced forward again and opened her mouth as wide as she could, demanding to be fed.
Qingyi could only laugh, his face full of amusement.
The spoon hovered a handspan from his nose, held in place by a thread of Qi. He plucked it out of the air just as Elize leaned in to set a plate in front of him, one large enough for both him and Lingxi.
Qingyi scooped up a spoonful of rice, wet and glistening with meat broth.
He blew on it a few times, then brought the spoon to Lingxi's lips. She gulped the whole thing down in one go, without even using her teeth.
"Chew before you swallow, silly girl," Qingyi said, and Lingxi nodded very seriously, her mouth already open for the next spoonful.
Like a good father, he fed his dear Lingxi one spoonful after another, while all around them the clinking of cutlery mingled with the laughter and chatter of his wives.
One would fill his glass. Another would steal a piece of meat from his plate just to tease him. And all of them, at one point or another, would let their affectionate gaze rest on him and his daughter.
It was a wonderful evening.
Honestly, Qingyi couldn't have been happier.
His enemies were growing ever more powerful, and the path ahead only seemed to grow bloodier.
He would kill them all in the name of his little Lingxi's eternal happiness.
May the heavens have mercy on all those who dared to declare themselves his enemies.
