The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 1848: Ready to kill

Chapter 1848: Ready to kill

Cain’s eyes narrowed as he took a deep breath, locking his gaze onto the colossal figure summoned by the Godslayer Human. Towering and faceless, the construct radiated an oppressive aura of celestial judgment, bringing a pressure that would break any normal Prima Deity. Each movement it made seemed to echo with ancient Law.

"According to Michael’s memories, his name is Aurelius," Cain thought, his heartbeat quickening. "His cultivation is focused on the Law of Divine Justice—a force that erases anything it deems impure. Its power is terrifying... capable of unraveling corruption, toxins, even the very essence of rot."

Cain’s breath steadied as golden light flickered within his irises. Then, he spoke just two words.

"Third Gear."

The instant the words left his mouth, he vanished.

A sharp crack split the air as Cain shot forward at blinding speed, his body becoming a streak of energy. His first strike landed squarely in the chest of the summoned giant, the sheer impact sending it flying across the battlefield like a falling star.

He didn’t stop.

Pivoting mid-air, Cain twisted to evade a massive blade that cleaved through space beside him. With fluid precision, he launched his second punch—this one empowered by the full might of his Star of Origin. The blow not only hurled the summon away but left deep, glowing fractures spiderwebbing across its torso.

Cain moved with unstoppable rhythm.

Targeting the third construct, he clenched his fist and slammed it forward. This time, the energy behind the strike was so immense that the summoned avatar didn’t just collapse—it exploded, its divine body reduced to splinters of radiant debris.𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞

"BOOM!"

"BOOOM!"

"BOOOOM!"

"BOOOOOM!"

"BOOOOOOM!"

Each thunderous blast echoed across the battlefield as Cain destroyed the remaining summons with surgical ferocity. In mere moments, all of them had been annihilated.

From his vantage, Aurelius stared in disbelief. His eyes widened.

He had infused those divine avatars with the full might of his Law. They were not illusions—they were weapons forged from righteous divinity. And yet Cain had shattered them as if they were made of glass.

But Cain could enjoy the victory, a greater threat emerged.

The space around Cain darkened as a sea of darkness surged from all directions. It twisted like a living void, surrounding him with the promise of absolute erasure. This was the power of Anima Machinarium, and her Law of Death and End. Her energy didn’t simply destroy—it erased.

"Amelia. Her Laws... absolute corrosion. She can erase anything with life," Cain observed as the golden glow in his eyes intensified.

The third eye on his forehead opened, radiating pure light. Yet, instead of activating The Flow, Cain inhaled deeply. The Star of Origin pulsed, syncing with the cosmos. His very existence aligned with the fibers of space itself.

Cain raised his fist.

And struck.

But not at the darkness—he struck the very fabric of reality.

The blow fractured spacetime.

Cracks spread in every direction, rending the structure of the battlefield. The ocean of death was pulled apart, unable to maintain its cohesion under such cosmic strain.

Cain’s lips curled slightly.

The synergy between his Infinite Cosmos Ascendant Body and his Singularity Supernova Primordial Bloodline had reached sublime harmony.

But there was no time to celebrate.

From above, the remaining Prima Deities unleashed their combined assault—beams of annihilation, spears of divine will, and spells of immense destructive power screamed toward him like the judgment of gods.

Cain simply smiled.

"BOOOOOOOOOOM!"

The space above the fortress erupted. A violent explosion shook the heavens and blotted out the sky.

But when the light faded—Cain was no longer there.

"You all have terrible aim."𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞

The voice echoed calmly.

The Prima Deities turned in shock to see Cain standing behind them, untouched. The white star on his forehead pulsed with a spatial force so refined it escaped their understanding. He had bypassed their combined attacks with ease, slipping through the lattice of their spells like smoke through fingers.

"Damn it!" Aurelius growled. He slammed his hand down, and the entire stronghold glowed.

No longer relying on weapons, he redirected the fortress’s full power into a gravitational bind. An invisible force lashed onto Cain, pressing down with overwhelming pressure. The air became molasses, each breath like lifting a mountain.

Cain’s eyes narrowed.

Then the Godslayer Human shouted.

"Liberation Total!"

An explosion of psychic energy erupted from his core as his body expanded into a Gargantuan Entity, formed of divine essence and spiritual force. His power spiked, rippling across the battlefield.

He wasn’t alone.

Amelia, along with half a dozen Prima Deities, followed suit—unleashing their Liberation Total forms. Giants cloaked in divine might descended, each step fracturing the land.

The attacks came, each one enough to rip open worlds.

Cain didn’t flinch.

He opened his palms and whispered.

"Black Hole Push."

The air warped.

His Inner World trembled as he poured half his energy into the spell. Gravity did not pull—it rejected. A cataclysmic force expanded outward like the death rattle of a collapsing galaxy.

The Gargantuan Avatars froze, then were hurled backward.

Towers crumbled. Earth shattered. Gargantuan beings crashed into mountains, fortifications, and each other—defenseless under Cain’s gravitational dominance.

The stronghold was in ruins.

Cain hovered in silence, surveying the destruction. Below, the Prima Deities lay broken—coughing blood, stunned, their bodies shattered.

A flicker of pain crossed Cain’s face. His meridians had barely endured the energy output. A sharp sting surged through his chest.

But it didn’t last.

His Pseudo-Immortal Body, bolstered by regenerative vitality, responded immediately. His meridians mended. His internal energy stabilized.

Still, he frowned.

His sharp eyes scanned the battlefield, searching for someone—something. When he found no trace, a cold light gleamed in his gaze.

"Hmph." Cain raised his hand. Gravitational energy coiled into a spiraling lance of annihilation. It crackled with dark light, humming with power that could pierce even the mightiest Prima Deity’s shield.

He aimed it directly at Aurelius, ready to end the man’s life.

But just as he released the strike—a palm landed on his chest.
