Chapter 1054: Common Sense About 4-D.

When he entered the River of Time and the channel he came through closed behind him, he sighed in relief. But then his heart fell again when he looked within him and saw the two-headed cyclops.

The two-headed cyclops wasn’t doing anything noteworthy that he could see. It was completely still, and its eyes were closed. But just the fact that the cyclops could follow him through the River of Time put him in a bad mood.

"So there is no losing it. This can only end with one of us dead."

Loki, with a scoff, said, "I bet it is waiting for me to advance so that it can use my power to bully. Think again, buddy."

"Bite me once, and you’re bullying me. But biting me a second time in the same way means I deserve it."

His eyes ignited with madness again as he said, "Even if I lose, I’ll make sure that I don’t deserve it. It will be the last thing I do if I have anything to do with it."

Shaking his head, he put the thought of the cyclops out of his mind and focused on his future Supreme Metac. As his eyes roamed over it, a look of appreciation appeared in his eyes.

"It will be a Supreme Metac capable of infinite growth. But first, I must make some sacrifices."

As for what that sacrifice would have to be, his mind was clear about it. The only thing that was clear was what the final product would be.

The first step in making a Supreme Metac was to have an image of the final product in the mind. He was lacking in this part because what he was trying to create should be impossible, and he couldn’t visualize the impossible.

Fortunately, he didn’t need to visualize the final product because he already had a template to follow from that incomprehensible material.

One thing he did have set without issues was the rules of operation. In fact, it can be said that this rule of operation is his main goal in creating this Supreme Metac, and that is the second law of thermodynamics.

Aside from the image of the final product and the rule of operation that will determine how it works, there was also the needed structure, the anchoring of the structure with the unit of commonality, and the final solidification with lifespan.

So far, he has already outlined the structure of the final product. What remains is the anchoring of the structure and its solidification.

He can do these things anytime, but he was waiting to return to an optimal time to execute the next steps. In the meantime, he can only wait and think about various things.

"How did Astral of Stars find me again? Is this all of him or just a clone? I won’t be surprised if it is just a clone or an avatar."

He was thinking about his future plans when he reached his destination. Then the Divine Crystal fell out of the River of Time into the physical world.

In the physical world, Loki was in the process of opening his Energy Well and becoming a cultivator. His Energy Well had just opened when a version of himself from the future dropped into his existence like a stone tossed into a stagnant pool.

Like that pool, the resulting waves shook its surface. The stone was also too big for the pool, so the pool was overwhelmed and all of the water in it was pushed out by the stone. Like so, his body cracked under pressure and began to collapse.

When Loki saw this, he said, "It is time. All of nothing."

As soon as he said this, he pulled the top of the second box up, raising its height from 1 unit to 2 units.

The dimensions of the second box were initially 2,2,1(x,y,z), so by raising its height to 2 units, it turned into a cube and its dimensions became 2,2,2. This also increased its size from 4 units to 8 units.

Immediately he did this, a problem appeared. By raising the height of the second box, he also had to raise the height of every box that encapsulated the second box so that they could continue to encapsulate the second box.

He didn’t mind this and allowed it to happen. In fact, he wanted the height of every box to rise and was willing to see it happen at any cost.

So the dimensions of the third box became 3,3,3, not 3,3,1. The dimensions of the fourth box also increased from 4,4,1 to 4,4,4. This continued until the final box was raised to 31,31,31.

The Supreme Metacs were also affected by these changes. Because the boxes became cubes and their volume had increased, the boxes needed to hold the Supreme Metacs also began to change.

The layer needed to hold the Devouring Supreme Metac with a size of 81 units changed from the tenth layer of dimensions 10,10,1 to the fifth layer with the dimensions of 5,5,5. So Fenrir was stuffed into the fifth cube.

This development forced the other Supreme Metacs to squeeze into the cubes closer to the center. Finally, the last Supreme Metac in the 31st box with a dimension of 31,31,1 was squeezed into the 10th cube with a dimension of 10,10,10. This left the remaining 21 cubes empty.

When Loki saw this, he grinned and said, "The structure has been set. Now for the anchoring."

Anchoring the structure of a Supreme Metac needed commonality. This was common sense.

Since he was trying to create a 4-dimensional Metac, he had to use 3-dimensional Metacs to build it. That too was common sense.

He wasn’t sure everyone else knew that it was necessary to build 4-dimensional structures with 3-dimensional structures, but he knew this much. And since he was using the Supreme Metacs as his sources of commonality, then the commonality must come from them.
