Chapter 1238: Battle For Domains.

The 23 slots that were just opened were quickly filled up by Gemini younglings who added an average of 0.1 billion square kilometers each. So the 332 Gemini younglings in the Divine Court were now supplying 0.1 billion square kilometers * 332, which is 33.2 billion square kilometers.

With the combined Domain Power of 33.2 billion square kilometers from the 332 Gemini younglings plus the 28.2 billion square kilometers from Heavenly Eye and the 40.5 billion square kilometers from him, the total Domain Power became 101.9 billion square kilometers.

The only cost he paid for these benefits was adding a very powerful member of his Divine Court who is interested in usurping him and has a good chance of doing so.

He had to take her seriously, at least because his contribution rate had fallen from 89.61% to 72.93%. As for her, her contribution rate was now 25.39%. It is a significant upgrade from the previous 8.32%.

’The gap is still wide, but I doubt she will give up so easily,’ he thought as he evaluated his situation.

Just as he expected, she wasn’t willing to let up on the pressure. He hadn’t found the other two large worlds she hid yet, but she didn’t wait for him to come knocking. She sent instructions to the Will of the two worlds, urging them to advance as soon as possible.

She didn’t stop hiding the two super worlds, though. She kept them hidden as they ascended.

Unfortunately, it didn’t work. The power of her avatar in the lower realm wasn’t strong enough to hide a super world from Dao Lords.

If the super world was in the upper realm, she would be able to hide it even though it was 10 billion square kilometers across. It wouldn’t be difficult for her to do because she was larger than 10 billion square kilometers.

So hiding a super world of that size would be as easy as hiding someone a lot smaller than her. Unfortunately, this was the lower realm.

Her power could only be produced through an avatar in the lower realm. Since the Domain Power of the avatar was limited to her control of pathways in the super world, and since the attributes of the avatar were limited, there was no way it could hide a super world.

Just as the two large worlds succeeded and became super worlds, most Dao Lords with decent perception could spot them from the upper realm without opening the barrier between worlds. And if Dao Lords were to open the barrier between rifts, nearly everyone would notice the super worlds.

Only the Gemini younglings didn’t spot the two new super worlds. This was because they were still weak, and their Domain Power was poor. Once they started having super worlds, their Domain Power would become acceptable, and their power would soar.

From Loki’s position atop the Divine Mountain, he could see the two super worlds.

This sight brought a smile to his face as he said, "It seems she is in a hurry."

"Anyway, it doesn’t change my plan. I must establish a Domain on the two of them, or I will destroy them and feed their essence to another large world I control."

"I have some World Pumps on hand anyway. If they don’t know what’s good for them, I will destroy them."

His avatar had just left the first super world he exposed. It helped to increase his base Domain Power from 40.5 billion square kilometers to 48.6 billion square kilometers.

Once the two super worlds succumbed, his base Domain Power would increase by a total of 24.3 billion square kilometers, bringing it to 64.8 billion square kilometers. Even if he got dethroned as Mountain Lord now, this would be how much Domain Power he would have.

But since he was still a Mountain Lord, he would continue to use the total Domain Power from the Divine Mountain, which would be 129.1 billion square kilometers. It was something worth anticipating, and he looked forward to it.

The only eyesore in all of these was that the Heavenly Eye’s Domain Power was also increasing. So far, her Domain Power would double from 28.2 to 56.4 billion square kilometers thanks to the two super worlds.

If she managed to establish a Domain on the third new super world, her Domain Power would increase to 70.5 billion square kilometers. This amount is already greater than his base Domain Power. If she managed to get Celestial Gold from somewhere, she could beat his contribution rate.

Even if she didn’t get a lot more Celestial Gold and couldn’t match the 10,000 units that he contributed earlier, as long as she could establish her Domain on every available super world, she would surely be able to dethrone him.

After all, each of his Domains could only provide 8.1 billion square kilometers, while her individual Domains provided 14.1 billion square kilometers. So she has an advantage in base Domain Power that she can use to overcome his advantage in Celestial Gold contributions.

When he made these calculations and came to this conclusion, his eyes glinted sharply, and he thought, ’This can’t be allowed to go on. Something has to be done to stop her.’

Since he already knew about the threat, he had to take action to eliminate it before it was too late. The alternative was to act the fool like he did with Black Chain’s ambush for his avatar in the Blessed Heaven World.

He knew that Black Chain was likely to ambush him, but he sent his avatar anyway to the Blessed Heaven World to destroy the Life Value Meters. He did that because he had everything under control and didn’t have anything to lose if the plan to turn the trap on Black Chain failed.

But this time, there was too much to lose, and he didn’t dare to take risks. So he took action immediately.
