Chapter 895: External Body.

A few centimeters away from his skin, the world had become an extension of his body. He felt that he could control it however he wished. Or to be precise, he felt that he could control the law fragments in this space of ten centimeters away from his body.

Since law fragments are the tiny bits of one-dimensional instructions that the world runs, being able to control them meant he could inject his own code and instructions into the world around him.

When he felt this newfound power, his eyes lit up, and he said, "So that’s how it is. That’s how to convert law fragments from one pathway into another. It is how to make the law fragments of the world enhance my power, not just the law fragments of my Cave Heaven."

If he didn’t have a Supreme Metac, the best he could do is let the law fragments in the world enhance his power. This would be suboptimal for most divine beings since only the law fragments of a single pathway can enhance their power.

The world is full of law fragments and instructions of various paths and daos, so divine beings without a Supreme Metac would not be able to fully enjoy this power. At most, they would now be able to use their law fragments to enhance their existence, not only the power of their Divine Metacs.

But he never had the problem of law fragment suppression that other divine beings had. So every law fragment within this external body of his can amplify his power.

This has made it so that he doesn’t need a Supreme Metac to enjoy this benefit. The only thing he can do with his Supreme Metac is to suppress people in other pathways.

This made him smile and say, "So I can now suppress people with my law fragments. It has been a long time coming."

In the past, he didn’t suffer law fragment suppression, but he couldn’t inflict it on others either. However, now that he could control external law fragments, he could use the law fragments in the world to suppress his enemies.

He would only be taking advantage of a natural phenomenon. After all, the law fragments of the world normally suppress divine beings. But thanks to his help, this suppression could be taken to an absurd level. All the while, he would be immune to the suppression of law fragments himself.

Within him, his Cave Heaven was shrinking and compressing on itself. It looked like his Cave Heaven was collapsing under the force of its own gravity.

This made him shake his head and say, "It is no wonder it is collapsing. It is nearly 20 times the size of Earth and over 100 times the mass."

The material that made up his Cave Heaven is much denser than the average density of the Earth, which is why the disparity in their mass is so large. But that impressive density was slowly increasing as the Cave Heaven collapsed onto itself.

However, it didn’t seem like it was the immense gravity of his Cave Heaven that was the root cause of the collapse. From what he could tell, the mass and size of his Cave Heaven were only half of the story.

His Insight Stat picked up the activity of the law fragments in his Cave Heaven and noticed that they were the main perpetrators of this development.

He saw that the law fragments were trying to bind together to become a single entity. In their bid to fuse into one, they were attracting each other and forcing the Cave Heaven to compress so that they could meet.

The size of the Cave Heaven had been the thing to kick off this development, but it was the force of attraction of the law fragments that was sustaining the compression. And this force of attraction was getting stronger over time.

As the Cave Heaven shrank, the area of his external body expanded. But from time to time, the Cave Heaven reached a boundary in its compression. Whenever it reached this boundary, it would consume some of his lifespan.

After it consumed lifespan, it would resume the compression. The changes between compression, stagnation, and the resumption of compression were what caused the tremor in the Cave Heaven.

The tremors happened many more times after the first one. He counted a total of eight times. Each time this happened, his Cave Heaven shrank to twice its size.

The first round of compression had turned his Cave Heaven into a ball. The subsequent compression applied force that pressed the ball into cylinder shape.

The first pressing created a uniform cylinder. But each subsequent cycle of compression made the force pressing the cylinder stronger, so the cylinder became narrower in the direction of the application of force.

By the time the cycles of compression ended, his Cave Heaven had become a cone. The surface of the cone was rugged and jagged, so it looked like a mountain. Or even a pyramid.

The core of his Cave Heaven remained the phantom star. But the star was now levitating at the highest level of the mountain.

As for the law fragments in the Cave Heaven, they had become one large network of roots. They could also be veins. Loki couldn’t tell which it was.

The veins were pure black. They were also throughout the mountain like threads in a cloth. Then they extended from the top of the mountain into the phantom star.

After the black vein entered the core of his Cave Heaven, it reached up to his Divine Spark. Once the two connected, the black veins spread throughout the divine spark like tiny blood vessels.

What happened next made him blink in confusion and say, "What’s going on?"
