Chapter 528: Who?

Immediately, unleashing all of their energy, a strong pressure descended upon Virus before the two charged at him while focusing all of their energy either on their leg or fist.

Before they could get to him, however, Virus once again used the third and fourth forms as lightning and wind augmented his movement.

While the electricity boosted the overall movement and reaction speed of the internal side of his physique, the wind affected the external environment, canceling the air resistance and even taking advantage of it in order to propel him forward at a faster pace!

Once again, Virus' shadow materialized by the side of both Chen and Inin as he kicked them one after another.

Wham!

Kick!

Promptly, with a trail of their feet left on the floor, both Chen and Inin were pushed back.

Wide-eyed, they could only look in astonishment at Virus' mind-boggling speed that did not make any sense to them both.

"This is simply too far-fetched! It's not possible to achieve such speed in the Liberation stage even if you have the best Human clan technique!" Extremely frustrated, venting through coming up with excuses was the only course of action they were capable of taking right now.

"So, how do you think he's doing it?"

"I-I don't know… but I know for a fact that he must be using some kind of underhanded means of boosting himself… maybe he's using a pill?"

"Shameless! How can he even have the face to do that?" Furrowing his brows, Chen glared at Virus. "If you're a man, fight us using your true power!"

On the other side, listening to their audacious conversation and accusations, Virus felt speechless. "Wow, previously, I sincerely respected your team-effort strategy, that surprise attack of yours I mean.

Most people would have considered it a dirty move, but not me." With a brief pause, pursing his lips together, Virus expressed his disappointment, "Now, however, only because you two aren't capable of defeating me, you're accusing me of doing something dishonest?"

"Damn, I renounce the respect I held in my heart for you two, you guys are simply trash!" Staring with half-lidded eyes, Virus was now adamant about teaching the two a lesson.

'Unnamed Virus Technique, Third Form – Reinforced Impulse.'

'Unnamed Virus Technique, Fourth Form – Reinforced Friction.'

Triggering both forms, Virus dashed at them before bombarding them with his punches!

Bam! Thud! Pffft!

Wham! Poof~ Bam!

Thud~…

The difference this time, however, was the fact that he did not halt between his assaults and proceeded to reactivate his third and fourth forms as he kept punching and kicking his opponents around!

For around five minutes, Virus' strikes hit the various parts of Chen and Inin. Moreover, slowly but surely, all sorts of black and blue bruises began forming all over their physiques to the point of eventually retreating backward helplessly.

"Y-you will regret this!" Gritting his teeth, Inin mouthed in hate while pulling back.

Hatred was visible within the withdrawing Chen's pupils as well.

"Huh? Guess we will see about that… go now. Go tell the bastard behind you that Blaze is not going to be leaving Inner Ricando even if he gets killed! Tell him the least he can do is to stop being such a pussy and at least show his ugly ass face in front of me." Proclaiming that, Virus was just about to let the two go when he remembered something.

Immediately, lightning and wind covered him again as he started another barrage of attacks on their physiques.

"Ah!"

Bam! Wham! Thud!

Wham~…

"W-why are you hitting us again?!" Chen said, feeling wronged. "Didn't you just tell us to leave?!"

"I just recalled, you two fucking ruined my door, pay up if you wanna leave." Smirking evilly, Virus proceeded to rough them up.

Bam! Bam! Wham!...

"I-isn't it j-just a shitty door, h-here. S-stop hitting us already… W-why won't y-you s-s-stop?!!" Even after they paid for the door, Virus continued smashing their profiles for a while until felt tired.

"Phew… that was fun. Begone now." Taking a deep breath, facing the sky, Virus felt great.

"You will regret- hic!" Before Inin could even end his threat which was his last attempt at preserving the final vestiges of his dignity, Virus glared and activated his third and fourth form. Watching wind and lightning surrounding him, however, Inin instantly shut his mouth and even let out a yelp of fear while scurrying away.

After sending the two off, left alone in front of his hut that no longer had a door attached to its entrance, Virus decided to go buy a new door.

While he was going through the guidebook of facilities, other than the Clan Storage, Virus had come to be aware of the existence of a bazaar called the Inner Market on the north side of the river of Inner Ricando.

Hence, now that he needed a door for his cottage, Virus felt it was the perfect opportunity to visit.

According to the information written inside the guidebook, unlike the clan storage, everything in the Inner Market could be purchased using Qi Ingots alone as Clan Credits held no value there.

Thus, having decided on his next destination, Virus sauntered toward the market.

Subsequently, on the path over there, as usual, Virus could easily perceive the gazes of others full of contempt thrown his way.

'What a shitty clan, not talking about these strangers, not even Blaze's father bothers checking what's up with him. I even killed the dude in some shitty alley and not a single guard was put on his tail to keep him safe just in case something unexpected happened…'

While such notions were randomly shooting through his head, Virus noticed someone approaching him.

"Young master Blaze! Young master Blaze!"

'Hmm, who is this?' Wondering that internally, Virus observed the young newcomer's features. He was a thirteen- or fourteen-year-old boy with dark hair and dark irises.

However, what garnered most of Virus' focus about his profile was the fact that there were many bruises painted all over the teenage boy's body.

Continuing observing this strange boy for a while, alas, Virus couldn't really ask who he was since doing so would endanger the secrecy of his identity.

Therefore, after brief consideration, Virus opened his mouth and queried something else, "What is it?"

He decided to get to know the kid's identity through some basic questions that wouldn't really put his disguise under suspicion.

"Eh, why didn't you tell me you're hanging out in Inner Ricando again? You're the talk of the region right now!" The kid said, supposedly feeling hurt.

"Huh? Why would I need to notify you?" Raising an eyebrow, Virus was lost.

"Ah, but you dismissed me saying you don't need me since you're not going to be staying in Inner Ricando except for sleeping at nights, wasn't that why you told me to leave you alone, young master?" Furrowing his brows, the boy continued with a downcast tone, "I wished to follow you to Outer Ricando so much, but no matter how much I begged, you wouldn't take me with you stubbornly insisting that the place you're going to isn't suitable for a kid like me."

'Hmm, was he Blaze's servant, perhaps?' Analyzing all the replies he had received so far, somewhat doubtful, Virus concluded.
