Chapter 540: The strange ’Demigod’

The demigod woman saw what Kai had done and shook her head. She expected no less from a man, especially one so young and yet so powerful. She could feel the divine energy flowing off his body and knew that it was stronger than the level of a demigod.

She could feel the power of a Titan radiating off his being. It made her interested in him, curious about his being, and had her wonder why Aion would lie about Kai’s power.

So, when Kai was looking for more survivors, she appeared next to him, his senses not even picking her up until the last moment.

"S-So you are with them!" A survivor backed away, fear in her voice.

While Kai couldn’t sense this demigod until she was right next to him, he didn’t act surprised and continued to speak to the woman survivor, not acknowledging the demigod.

"No, I’m not with her. I’m with Torrigan. Don’t worry." Kai teleported the woman to the pocket dimension, then faced the woman.

"Who are you?" Kai asked, not holding back his power. He could sense that the woman was powerful, so he wasn’t holding back one bit. However, the woman was not affected at all.

"That’s what I want to know."

Kai raised an eyebrow. "You don’t know who you are?"

She had to admit that was a bit embarrassing to say, but she then understood that Kai was messing with her.

"I know who I am, but I want to know who you are. So, who are you?"

Kai frowned. "Why should I tell you? Aren’t you my enemy? I’ll just kill you and move on."

"Really? Do you think you can accomplish that?" The woman then showed off her power, and it completely overwhelmed him.

Kai knew what type of god this woman was, and he was certain that she was related to him in some degree.

"What’s your relationship with Leo?" Kai asked, a bit of sweat dripping down his neck.

"Leo? Who’s that?"

"Nemean."

"Oh, he’s my father."

Kai stared at the woman in shock. He honestly couldn’t see the resemblance, but he did see his mother in this woman.

"Leo’s your dad? Is Cassie your mom?"

"Yes." The woman responded as if that were normal.

"Pwahahahahahahahaha! Wow! The universe is vast, yet I see my sister, whom I never expected to meet for a long while."

The woman raised an eyebrow. "Brother? What are you talking about?"

"I’m Nemean’s son. Your youngest brother."

"What?!" Without even asking any more questions, she grabbed Kai by the throat and soared into the air.

"Oh god!" Kai broke out of her grasp and flew away, but she was already in front of him and knocked him down to the ground.

Kai broke his fall since he didn’t wish to cause more damage to the continent, so he quickly repositioned himself toward the ocean.

"You can’t run away!" She shoulder-charged Kai in the back, grabbed his hair, dunked him into the water, then blew up the entire ocean, all of the water evaporating.

The heat caused a lot of rain to fall, and instantly, as if it were magic, the ocean was restored just as quickly as it was gone.

"Jeez, you bitch! Torrigan said that having a sister would be better than a brother, but this is the SECOND time my sibling attacked me on sight! Do you want me to kill you like Aion as well?" Not that he assumed he could kill her.

The woman froze, taking in Kai’s words. "Wait, you’re here to kill Aion?"

"Yes, fucking bastard. The fuck do you think I’m here for?" Kai felt as if his neck was broken, so he cracked it to the left, and it was back to being good.

"I thought you were with him, like the rest of my brother, our brothers."

"No! I’m not! I didn’t even know who all of you were until two years ago. I’m not even a cosmic grandma like you either!"

Now that pissed her off. "What do you mean by that?"

"Old bitch."

Kai was punched in the belly, rightly so.

"You’re calling me old when you’re a child of Nemean as well? Do you want to die?"

"First of all, I’m immortal. Second, I’m like 21 years old. You can check if you don’t believe me." He held out his arm for her to check.

She did, wanting to see if he was telling the truth, and to her shock, Kai was actually twenty-one years old.

"N-No way! Y-You’re a baby!" In an instant, she went from a crazy, murderous bitch to a loving older sister who looked at Kai with baby eyes, wanting to hold him.

"D-Do you want to sit on your big sister’s lap?"

"No."

"C-Come on, I know you—"

"No, fuck. Why would I want to sit on the lap of the bitch who tried to kill me without even confirming who I was?"

Her aura shifted, becoming cold and deadly. She looked Kai in the face and mouthed two words.

"Lap. Now!"

He valued his immortal life, so Kai happily nodded his head.

"Fufu! I’ve always wanted a cute little brother! Too bad I couldn’t see you as a baby. But it’s okay because you’re still a baby in divine years!"

Kai didn’t know if he should be happy or embarrassed. Maybe both? He was too out of it to understand how he was currently feeling.

"Oh, by the way, what’s your name?" He asked

"Call me big sis!"

"Big sis."

"Kyaaaaa! I’m Andromeda, and your other sister is Medea. It’s so great to meet you! Come, I’m going to take you back to Divinity City."

"I can’t. I’m on a mission right now. I have to beat Aion."

"Pfft, that’s not even the REAL Aion, just a powerful clone. Don’t worry about it. This planet is lame anyway, let him have it."

"I can’t do that. My family lives here. I have wives and children."

"CHILDREN?! I have nieces and nephews?!"

Kai felt a punch to his stomach upon hearing the word nephew. He had no son, only many daughters. He explained this to her, and she laughed extremely hard in his face.

"Well, I guess the planet is fine to live on, but just come with me for a year, no, two years, no ten years. Yeah, ten years, that’s a very short amount of time!"

’Bitch! Ten years? All of my daughters will be pushing 13 years old! I’m not leaving for that long!’

"Ahem. Father wont allow it."

"Oh, please. Father won’t care if you’re gone for—"

"That’s enough, Andromeda." Leo’s voice rang out in her ears.

"F-Father!" She pushed Kai off and got on her knees, kowtowing in his presence.

Kai looked down at his sister, then at Leo. "The fuck is she doing?"

"I dunno. I didn’t even tell her to do that. Maybe her butt was hurting, and she wanted to stretch her back?"

’W-What’s going on? Is Father casually speaking with Kai as if they are friends? Even though he shows us a lot of leniency, we still have to show our respect to him!’

"Anyway, stand up, I have to speak with you."

Andromeda stood up and faced her father.
