Chapter 558: Who doesn’t love a good fight

Kai watched as the guy flew into multiple tables and finally stopped when he slammed into the wall. He cracked his knuckles, tore off his sleeves, and started marching toward the dumbass who dared to talk to his women in such a way right in his face.

"Damn, that was so hot!" Gwen gushed

"I’m literally wet right now," Vanira said while looking at Kai with dreamy eyes.

"Not in front of the kids!" Martha reprimanded them.

"Go, Daddy!"

"Beat him up, Daddy!"

"Daddy is the strongest!"

After getting that moral boost from his children, Kai knew he had to beat the everliving shit out of that primordial, maybe even kill him.

"He just knocked out Zander as if he were nothing." People cried out from the side

"Okay, I admit that made me sober." Zander got down from being inside the wall and cracked his neck.

"That was a good punch. Never in my 300 years of existence have I been punched like that by someone. You’re good. I’d expect nothing less from the son of the progenitor. But if that’s all you got, then you’re out of luck if you think you can beat me."

Kai chuckled. "I just became a primordial today, yet that wasn’t even half of what I can do. You wanna see how powerful I am? Then don’t chicken out when I beat you to death."

"Pwahaha! Please. The only thing special about you is the fact that your parents are the most important deities in existence."

"And what’s so important about you?" Kai asked with a smirk. "That micro penis you have?"

"HEY! I CAN MAKE IT GROW!"

"Sure." Kai stepped forward and lunged at Zander, and he was doing the same as well.

A royal knight tried to step in to stop the two of them, but Leo intervened.

"At ease! Don’t interfere with their battle. I wish to see this."

"But my lord."

"Don’t make me repeat myself." Leo’s power started to rise.

"I-I understand."

The fists of Zander and Kai clashed, causing a shockwave to blast everything around them into the walls.

Kai could feel how powerful Zander was, and if he were a Titan, he definitely would have lost to the guy. But as he was now, Kai wasn’t even worried about getting hurt.

As their fists still touched each other, Kai opened his hand and grabbed Zander’s wrist, pulling him close and kneeing him in the gut. He followed this up with an elbow strike to the back of his head, causing Zander to face plant on the ground, then he stomped on the guy’s head before picking him up and blasting him out of the building.

"Yeahhhh! Daddy is winning!"

"Beat his ass, Kai!" Amaya cheered.

"Hahaha! Amazing! I never felt like this before!" Stopping his momentum, Zander punched the air, a magic circle appearing around his wrist, and a blast in the form of a dragon flew directly at Kai.

"Get the WEAK SHIT out of my face!" Kai slapped the spell to the ground, then flew after Zander.

"Oh shit!" He blocked Kai’s devastating punch, feeling his arm crack. He swung at Kai’s head, but was countered with an uppercut that sent him flying into the air.

Kai flew above him, then double-handed slammed Zander to the ground, followed up with a barrage of energy beams that bombarded his body.

"Nnghhh! Why is he so strong?"

Kai slammed down onto Zander’s belly, causing the guy to puke up the divine wine he drank.

"You don’t even talk to my girl that way, you piece of shit." Kai put everything into his hand, all his power, and slammed it into Zander’s chest. The sheer force of the punch cracked the land all around them.

He did it again, and again, and again. Messing with other men’s women was Kai’s thing; anyone else who tried it on him deserved nothing but death, and death was what Zander was going to get.

"STOP! YOU’RE KILLING HIM!" A woman yelled, rushing toward Kai.

"Yeah, that’s the point." Kai kept punching Zander’s chest until he heard it crack and cave in.

As a primordial, he wasn’t dead, but he was hurt badly.

"GET OFF HIM!" The woman lunged at Kai, but he fired a beam directly into her heart, then clenched his fists, causing her body to explode. He then held her essence in a divine bubble, preventing her from forming a new body.

When he looked at Zander, he saw the guy crying.

"I’m sorry! I’m sorry! Please forgive me!"

"Forgive you? Really? And what if I wasn’t strong enough to beat you, huh? Wouldn’t you spare me?"

Zander didn’t answer

"Didn’t think so, bitch." Grabbing the sides of Zander’s head, Kai unloaded so much energy into him that his head exploded.

After that, He took Zander’s essence, the essence of the woman, and absorbed them, strengthening his own primordial essence.

Once he was done, he waved his hand, restoring all of the damage and cleaning up any and all blood, and returned to the party.

"Let this be a lesson to everyone here. If you fuck with me, then I kill you, simple as that. He’s lucky that I only ended it with his life, because if I cared to go any further, I would have exterminated his entire family tree." Kai took a seat.

It was only natural that everyone was in shock and didn’t say anything. Even though they were all deities, there were still rules, social expectations, and power dynamics.

However, Kai went against all of those. No, it was more like he never needed to abide by them in the first place.

As the son of the Progenitor, there were a lot of things Kai could get away with, this event being one of them. No one would dare to challenge him and say that what he did was wrong for fear of his father retaliating. So, everyone said nothing, acted as if nothing happened, and simply forgot that such an event had even taken place.

"Yeah! That’s what I’m talking about! Hahaha! I hated that guy!" One god shouted.

"Honestly, I’m happy he’s gone."

"Maybe we should have people talk to Sir Kai’s women like that more often so he can kill the people we don’t like."

Everyone backed away from the idiot who said that as a beam of light pierced right through his face, killing the guy in an instant.

Kai didn’t even bother absorbing his essence since he was only a god.

"What an idiot."

"Honestly."

"I can’t believe this. Father doesn’t even care about Kai’s actions." Andromeda was sitting at a table with Medea, watching the whole thing go down.

"Kai is father’s favorite child," Medea concluded

"That’s obvious. He didn’t get punished one bit after breaking the rules the other day."

"Mark and Leeland did act first."

"Yeah, but only with words. Kai delivered the first punch. And look at him, bouncing his daughter on his lap like a proud and happy father without any consequences."

"His children are cute." Medea smiled

"Way too cute. I want to hold one of them!" Andromeda ran over to Kai’s table with Medea following her.

"Hello! I’m Andromeda, Kai’s older sister. This means I’m your auntie! Can I hold you?"

Kai looked at his sister with a weird gaze, then handed his daughter to her.

"Daddy, she’s pretty."

"That’s those progenitor genes," Kai said proudly. "When you and your sisters grow up, all of you will be the prettiest women in all of existence!"

"Really?"

"Absolutely."

For the next few hours, the party continued, people dancing, laughing, and telling stories. The vibe changed back from being the scared crowd to the happy and excited crowd as it was before the Zander fiasco went down.

More and more people went over to Kai to speak to him as they liked him even more, and significant officials were eager to marry off their daughters to him, seeing as Kai had a plethora of women.

Although Kai did find a lot of the women attractive, he declined them as he didn’t want to have a marriage arranged. He went after women on his own.

Once things were wrapping up, Leo gave a speech about how he plans on making the universe a better and greater place with the help of Kai and how he was preparing him to face off against his oldest brother.

Everyone rooted for Kai and was eager to see how the young primordial would face off against the third strongest being in existence.

Kai, on the other hand, didn’t listen to anything and was too busy playing with his children.

Finally, once the event was over, Leo pulled Kai aside and told him to prepare for a long trip through the universe to prepare him for his battle against Aion. He was to train with his life on the line if he even wanted to stand a chance against him.

And so, he said goodbye to his family, knowing he probably wasn’t going to see them for a good while, and set off with his father into deep space, Clarisse tagging along as his instructor.
