Chapter 512 - Jia Li Visits The Huang Family

To Fu Hua's surprise, Jia Li's reaction was not extreme, she was an emotional person and he thought she would cry when she learned of her mother's past but she didn't.

Jia Li was furious that her mother suffered in a family that was supposed to love and protect her. Since the rest of the Huang family suffered because of the rules of the head of their family, Jia Li didn't blame them, instead, she blamed Mr. Huang. And to think that he refused to accept her as a member of the Huang family.

"Who told him I would want to be a member of the family my mum ran away from?" Jia Li said with gritted teeth.

Fu Hua could tell that Jia Li was angry but if this was not a serious situation, he would have laughed at her because she looked funny when she pouted her lips in complaint.

At least, Fu Hua was grateful and relaxed that Jia Li's reaction was extreme.

"Darling, your grandfather is the kindest old man I've met after my dad's father. He is so good to me. Without him, I'm not sure I would have all of these today." Jia Li said and heaved a sigh of relief.

Fu Hua cuddled her in bed and said, "My grandfather is your grandfather and even if he didn't take a quick action in the past, fate would have still brought us together, since I had my eyes on you back then."

"Grandfather is the best!" Jia Li said with a smile. Anytime she remembered the past and all of Grandfather Fu's help, she would feel indebted and want to do things for him because of his great help.

"What about me?" Fu Hua asked with a tint of jealousy in his tone.

"You're also the best!!!" Jia Li said to him.

Fu Hua wanted to ask between him and his grandfather, who came first in her heart but he didn't want to hear her response, so he didn't ask.

"Your grand... I mean, your mum's mother said she kept all of her things from childhood till the time she left. So if you want to see them, she will show them all to you and let you take the items you would want to keep." Fu Hua revealed.

Jia Li who was quiet for a while asked, "Since the old man from the Huang family won't let me step foot into that house, how am I supposed to see my mother's things? Surely, I wouldn't see them through pictures right?"

"Leave that to grandfather to settle." Fu Hua said with a confident smile after thinking about a scene.

Jia Li sat up immediately Fu Hua mentioned the old man. "Are you saying that grandfather will tackle Mum's dad?"

"Yes. We will go with him and when Mr. Hang sees my grandfather, he won't have the guts to drive him away. I can still settle this matter without involving grandfather but I'm avoiding being disrespectful to an elderly man, who is also related to you." Fu Hua said.

Since with Grandfather Fu's presence, she could step into the Huang villa to take a look at her mother's belongings, then there was no need to delay the matter. She immediately asked Fu Hua to talk to grandfather Fu about it, before speaking with the Huang family in preparation for their visit.

When Fu Hua met his grandfather and told him about this matter, Grandfather Fu said, "The Patriarch of the Huang family is stubborn and hot-headed and it will be good if I went with you. When do you want to go?"

"As soon as possible." Fu Hua replied.

After speaking with his grandfather, Fu Hua contacted the Huang family and talked about Jia Li's agreement to see them and when they would come.

"I thought we would pick a date when my husband will not be around for her to visit but since you said you will settle it, I can rest assured." Old Mrs. Huang said through the phone.

She was glad that her granddaughter accepted to see them after a short while. She since been preparing her mind for the worst but this good news came, so she was happy.

After the call with Fu Hua, old Mrs. Huang told her children about Jia Li's planned visit and they felt relieved but she also told them not to let the old stubborn statue in their house know about the visit, so he wouldn't ruin their plans.

A few days later, Jia Li, Fu Hua, Grandfather Fu and Butler Lu left for the Huang family in **** city in their private jet.

A day before these four embarked on their journey, Grandfather Fu revealed to the family about Jia Li's mother's real identity which came as a shock to them.

Fu Hee and Fu ChunHua who knew the story of how Huang Li left the Huang family, were surprised that she was Jia Li's mother.

Jia Li felt the love from the whole family as they comforted her after learning of her mother's story. It felt great to be surrounded by the people that love you.

From the Airport, the cars Old Mrs. Huang sent to pick them up, drove them straight to the Huang Villa which was situated in a private area.

Currently, at the Huang house, Old Mr. Huang just realized that his wife invited some people over without his permission and he was furious about it.

In the sitting room downstairs, Old Mr. Huang was throwing a fit. His authority has been challenged over and over again and he couldn't accept that.

"Since when do you do things without telling me?" Old Mr. Huang asked in a raised tone. Old Mrs. Huang was unmoved by his anger.

"My guests will be here any moment from now, so you better tune down the tone of your voice to save you from embarrassment." Old Mrs. Huang said and looked away from him.

Right when Old Mr. Huang was about to flare up, Two unfamiliar faces, walked in with a servant of his house.

Old Mrs. Huang smiled immediately she saw them and went to welcome them. After greeting Fu Hua amicably with a handshake, she turned to Jia Li and took her palms in hers while saying.

"Jia Li, right? I am Mrs. Huang, your mother's mother!"
