Chapter 1452 1452: True Immortal
Chapter 1452 1452: True Immortal
"Well, I will be damned,"
A smile appeared on Klaus's face. It transformed into a grin, and before long, a resounding laughter tore through his mouth, spreading and echoing all over the broken world.
Everyone present was stunned, their eyes widened not with fear but with astonishment and disbelief.
Klaus was laughing because the unknown energy that had been forming inside his soul after drinking Lady Danika's blood turned out to be this useful.
He never expected that.
In his mind, it wouldn't be for several other sessions with Lady Danika before he would be able to see the use of this new energy.
However, who would have expected that merely a day and a half after this energy started to form, it could already refine supreme essence?
Klaus was blown away by this discovery.
He never expected it to come in handy this early. But it did, and this also finally told him the strange energy isn't one he should fear.
It aided him when he needed help the most, so it can be trusted. Too bad it had only partially awakened and was unknown at this point. But with the refinement of the Supreme Qi, his cultivation started to skyrocket.
That was where the onlookers' stunned expressions came in.
Aside from Klaus, who is only at the High Level Real Immortal stage, three of his bodies are at the Peak Real Immortal stage, with one already at the True Immortal stage.
Five minutes later.
<Congratulations, your P2 body is now a True Immortal.>
<Congratulations, your P3 body is now a True Immortal.>
<Congratulations, your P4 body is now a True Immortal.>
Klaus blinked a few times and smirked.
'Looks like the naming I gave them wasn't recognised by the system,' he thought for a moment and decided to come up with different names for them.
Before that, however, he knew he had to factor in some things that would likely occur in the future. Already, the universe is aware that the Paragon is back.
They had yet to see him in person, but he is back, and so he is bound to make waves. This time, however, he wouldn't be the only one making waves.
In fact, there will be at least five people swimming in the thrill with him. One of them is, of course, the Renegade Hunter who had already been suspected of being the Paragon.
While that accusation had been resolved, the mere fact that his nature was linked to the Paragon is bound to stay with him for years to come.
The second is the criminal body, which had also been linked to both the Renegade Hunter and the Paragon. He, too, is off the leash now, but he would surely be on the radar.
The other three he had plans for were the one joining the Warrior Tower, the one he planned to send to the Demon Universe, and the Bounty Hunter Persona he had yet to create.
Once all these bodies of his start to make waves, the Heavens Court will start making connections between them and the Paragon.
This is something Klaus wanted, but he doesn't want them to have it easy; he also wants them to make some connections.
The day he becomes a god, the entire universe will know he is the Paragon. So he wants them to at least suspect all the bodies he will be putting out there.
This way, when the news comes out, many wouldn't be too surprised.
To achieve this, he first had to use names from his past lives. However, instead of making it obvious, he planned to change things up a bit.
The criminal body was created from the Primordial Vampire Monarch's bloodline. Calling him Magnus would make this more obvious, so he chose a different name instead. Thus, the Heavens Court would have no choice but to suspect, make speculation, but cannot draw conclusions.
'Icon, give P1 the name Rhazor. It fits perfectly with him being a vampire and all. Then give P2 the name Orion.'
[Acknowledged, Master.]
Klaus nodded inwardly and thought of a better name for the body he planned to send into the void. After a few moments of thinking, he named him Kaden, and the one being sent to Earth was named Efad.
This way, when they appeared in the universe, people could relate to them using their names. It would be shocking to see an elemental user, one as deadly as the 8th Paragon, called Efad, a common name in the universe, but also the name of the 9th Paragon.
The Heavens are bound to have a hard time making sense of anything.
That out of the way, Klaus continued to absorb and refine the essence he was being fed.
30 minutes later, he himself had finally reached the True Immortal stage.
While that was happening, out there in the universe, news started to spread about the Renegade Hunter's sudden level-up.
Considering he alone had amassed trillions of followers, over 90% of them monitored his profile every day to see what he had accomplished.
Today, they all received the shock of their lives when his cultivation base suddenly began to rise.
This news shattered everyone's minds, some wondering just how any of it was possible.
"I mean, even if he has a solid foundation, which I know he does, considering he is from the Zorvian family, that doesn't explain why he was leveling up this fast when he had to take the tribulation after every rank-up."
"Indeed. Is he exempted from taking on the Heavenly Tribulation?"
These questions soon spread everywhere, causing many to wonder the same thing.
They could all see his level rise in real time.
Every few minutes, Klaus levels up, and the fact that he jumped from the Early Immortal stage to Real Immortal and now True Immortal left them with more questions than answers.
Many began to wonder whether he was indeed the Paragon they said he was. After all, it was only that freak of nature who could pull off something this shocking.
Thankfully, and perhaps unexpectedly, they received their answer when the Burning Angel used the Mission Hall channels to send out a warning.
His words were simple... "I have taken in the Renegade Hunter as my disciple, so he is under my care. Anyone who dares label him as anything other than the Renegade Hunter will face my wrath."
His words sent a chilling message throughout the universe. All who tried to ignite the assumption that the Renegade Hunter was the Paragon retracted their words, many deactivating their profiles.
It is a known fact that, in the universe, among the Celestials, the Burning Angel ranks among the top 10 strongest.
Not even the Heavens Court would dare mess with him. In fact, even the Supreme Celestial, who many claim is the strongest Celestial, is wary of the Burning Angel.
So his declaration made everyone fearful of calling the Renegade Hunter the Paragon.
However, while on the surface everything appeared calm, beneath the surface, the Burning Angel had stirred the pot. Declaring the Renegade Hunter as his disciple caused other powerhouses—the Heavens Court, to be precise—to become hostile.
Already, it was in the plan to groom the Renegade Hunter into a poster boy. However, now that he has found a teacher, their plans are bound to face some hiccups.
If it were just any Celestial, perhaps mitigating it would have been simple. But considering who was involved, there is bound to be chaos soon.
