Chapter 1766: 4th Star Light Awakening
Chapter 1766: 4th Star Light Awakening
Efad was already halfway through the mission he was on. He had cleared the 9th Void Vortex, leaving him three more to go.
Naturally, he had become so strong and so experienced in using the void that, if he became a god, Klaus and his other incarnations could confidently challenge even Primordials.
Klaus wanted that because even if he somehow could take on a Primordial with help from his friends, it would be a difficult battle, one that Klaus was not ready for.
The gap between a Pseudo-Primordial and a Primordial was vast, and so he could not stand and say he could easily challenge and take on a Primordial.
He may have killed two Pseudo-Primordials with ease, but Primordials were a different story.
Aside from that, if Efad became a god, the Star Monarch bloodline would see a huge leap. He was guaranteed to awaken his own Dao, which, when he did, would allow him to easily awaken the Primordial Grade bloodline for his Beasts and everyone he gave his blood to.
Even better, for the first time ever, he would awaken new abilities that he wasn’t aware were hidden in the Star Monarch’s blood.
Just like how Kaden had awakened the ability to turn just about anyone into an elemental, the Star Monarch bloodline would also experience something like that.
So, making Tasha a Star Light was a top priority.
“Before we can awaken your nature as the Star Light, we first have to awaken your bloodline,” Klaus said, summoning a drop of his blood.
“Take this and swallow it. After that, allow your mind, soul and body to become one with it. The rest will handle itself.”
Tasha nodded and swallowed the blood as she was told.
A few seconds later, her body released a wave of power that spread for several kilometres. Klaus knew he had to take precautions, so he created a dome around them to contain whatever energy Tasha would be releasing.
Inside, Love was asleep, unaware that a transformation that defied the heavens was happening on her roof.
Klaus remained on the side, watching, allowing the process to continue for a few hours, with every passing minute increasing the pressure of the energy she kept releasing.
Luckily, Klaus anticipated this and ensured the containment he created was robust enough to handle anything.
Eight hours later, a cocoon formed around her, and the pressure vanished.
“Finally.” Klaus sighed. “Now I just have to prepare for when the cocoon cracks and—”
Klaus wasn’t even done when a crack formed in the cocoon and waves of energy poured out. His expression changed, and without even thinking twice, he opened the entrance to the Inheritance Tower and took the cocoon inside just fast enough for a powerful pressure to descend on the place.
‘Damn, if I were a second later, Love’s mansion would have turned to rubble,’ Klaus sighed and looked toward the cocoon that now had dozens of cracks in it.
The pressure increased, and Klaus was forced to tap into the Dao his other incarnations had awakened just to stay on his feet.
The pressure was so great that he knew if he hadn’t used the Dao, he would have been forced to his knees.
“The pressure…” His brow furrowed. “She is already at the peak of the Celestial stage and about to step into the rank of a Pseudo-Primordial.”
His eyes widened further.
But then a smile formed on his face… “Judging by the density of her aura, if she steps into the rank of a Pseudo-Primordial, then she can indeed go for revenge.”
He grinned, knowing the danger about to befall some people would leave them screaming for their lives to be spared… “Oh, I can’t wait to see the looks on their faces when they meet the angry hybrid who hasn’t forgotten the debt they owe her.”
A few seconds later, the cocoon exploded, and the aura of a Pseudo-Primordial filled the place. From the rubble, a Green Qilin stood proud, radiating the aura of royalty.
She stood 5 meters tall, her horns shining golden, her eyes radiating a green aura, and her majestic gold-plated talons ready to tear bodies and metal alike into pieces.
‘She is even more beautiful now.’
Looking at Tasha’s Qilin form, Klaus couldn’t contain his happiness. She had, in the past, mesmerized many with her majestic green hue, which was rare in the world of Qilin.
Qilins were mostly silver, white or gold. A green Qilin—perhaps she was the only one.
But Klaus knew she was like that simply because she was also an elf.
Perhaps reading his mind, she transformed into her elf form, appearing as beautiful as Klaus remembered and expected her to be now that she was even stronger.
She had a tall body, which Klaus knew most elves had. However, unlike some elves, she was a bit thick, her hips and butt much bigger. Aside from that, her boobs were also bigger, one of her finest features… at least in Klaus’s shameless opinion.
Before her awakening, she had short hair, but now, she had long green hair that fell all the way down her ass. Her green eyes looked clean and clear.
She wore a green lace gown accentuated with golden ornaments.
And since she was a hybrid, her Qilin horns were visible on her head. That was what made her unique among the ranks of elves and the reason why she was bullied in the past.
‘Well, Tasha, you were a harmless one in the past, but now, even I am afraid of you,’ Klaus said inwardly, admiring Tasha’s beauty.
When their gazes met, Klaus felt an unrelenting killing intent, the kind that would not rest until she got it out of her system.
“It appears both the bloodline and Star Light Awakening happened at the same time,” Klaus said, walking toward Tasha.
“It appears so,” she replied, closing her eyes for a moment, almost as if she wanted to feel her power.
“Congratulations then. You are now half a step away from becoming a Universe Lord,” Klaus laughed, knowing Primordials were indeed Universe Lords. They held the power to destroy the entire universe if they wanted to.
“It is all thanks to you.”
Klaus smiled and was about to say something when he felt an unrecognised yet familiar power surge within his body…
