As the colossal clash of energies intensified, the blinding black-blue light illuminated the entire battlefield, rendering onlookers helpless and disoriented. The sheer force of the impact reverberated through the air, causing a shockwave that shook the very foundation of the fighters below.

Mary, a skilled cultivator in the late stage of the Dantian Formation Realm, strained to withstand the immense pressure bearing down on her. She shielded her face with her hand and enveloped herself in her Qi, fortifying her body against the overwhelming Qi pressure that threatened to crush her.

But the Qi pressure was not the only challenge she faced. The scorching heat emanating from the demonic fire and lightning surged through the air, creating an oppressive atmosphere that seemed almost unbearable. Sweat poured down her brow as she struggled to maintain her composure amidst the onslaught.

She glanced around at her fellow companions and soldiers, witnessing the toll that the immense power had taken on them. Some struggled to remain standing, their bodies buckling under the weight of the Qi pressure. Others gasped for breath, their lungs unable to expand fully in the suffocating environment.

But then, in a sudden turn of events, the oppressive Qi pressure vanished, as if whisked away by an invisible force. The clashes of lightning and black fire in the air above dispersed, revealing the young man astride the Black Feathered Lightning Eagle to both armies. Simultaneously, the enemy riding a powerful flying Demon Beast, a black crow the size of an elephant, also became visible.

The human army erupted into a chorus of astonishment and relief. Mary's eyes widened as she witnessed the transformation in the soldiers' expressions.

"The pressure... it's gone!" someone exclaimed, their voice filled with disbelief.

A wave of murmurs and excited whispers spread through the ranks of the both the human and the Barbarian army.

"My god, what the hell is that!" a soldier shouted, pointing at the sky where a monstrous black crow Demon beast was hovering.

"Kakkakakakaka! Interesting, I find you very interesting, young man!"

As the eery laughter echoed through the battlefield again, a hush fell over the chaotic scene. All eyes turned towards the source of the commanding words. Emerging from the shadows of the crows black feathers, a figure cloaked in darkness stepped forward, his presence exuding an aura of ominous power.

A being of immense malevolence. His eyes gleamed with a wicked intelligence, and a twisted smile played upon his lips. He raised his hand, and tendrils of dark energy snaked around his fingers, pulsating with a sinister energy.

Danny, his countenance unshaken, locked eyes with this formidable adversary. The clash of their opposing auras created an intense palpable tension in the air. The fate of the battlefield hung in the balance, as if awaiting the next move with bated breath.

The old man eyes were set on the young man atop the majestic Black Feathered Lightning Eagle, a formidable Rank 4 Demon Beast. The realization that this young cultivator possessed such a powerful mount had sent a ripple of uncertainty through the old man's mind. He couldn't help but marvel at the potential strength hidden within this enigmatic adversary and be curious about his background.

A cunning smile tugged at the corners of the old man's lips as he assessed the situation. Though he couldn't ascertain the exact cultivation level of the young man, the power he had displayed moments ago hinted at a formidable presence.

The old man's experienced instincts led him to believe that this young warrior might have reached the pinnacle of the Elemental Gathering Realm, or perhaps even surpassed it to match the level of his mount.

"I must admit, young man, your power at such a tender age is truly remarkable," the sinister old man sneered, his voice oozing with malice. "Very impressive indeed. It is commendable that you have achieved such prowess in this backwater region."

Danny remained cautious, his gaze fixed on the old man. The aura of corruption surrounding him sent shivers down his spine, and as for the allure of greater power, he scoffed at that in his mind. The Heavenly tome alone held the power and knowledge to elevate him to the very apex of this cultivation world.

The old man seemed to think that the young man was having a inner conflict and thus continued his seductive offer.

"Join my side, young man," he whispered, his voice laced with temptation. "I can teach you the true depths of cultivation, unlocking boundless potential within you. I can make you the ruler of this backwater land, and you can reshape the world as you see fit. Become my disciple, and I will bestow upon you knowledge that surpasses your wildest dreams."

The old man thought that Danny was his hesitation, pressed further.

With a defiant glint in his eyes, Danny retorted, "Your offer may be tempting, but I refuse to be swayed by empty promises and twisted ambitions of an unknown person I have just met. I believe in carving my own path, and I possess the capability to acquire the necessary resources for my cultivation without relying on your influence."

The old man's face twisted into a sinister grin. "You underestimate the power I possess," he hissed. "But mark my words, young one, you will regret this decision. I will break you."

Danny's grip on his sword tightened, his knuckles turning white. He stood tall, unwavering in the face of the imminent confrontation. On the ground, his comrades gathered, their gazes fixed upon the impending clash.

The eery figure raised his hand higher, gathering dark energy around him, forming a swirling vortex of corruption. The air grew heavy, tainted by the malevolence emanating from the entity. As the vortex grew in size and intensity, it seemed to devour the surrounding light, casting an ominous shadow over the battlefield.
