Ivy then used the key card to unlock the cells belonging to Silas, Jade, Bella, and Alana.
Once all of them were finally outside their cells, Ivy turned her gaze toward the remaining prisoners.
A strange smile slowly appeared on her face. She closed her eyes.
The next second, another clone appeared beside her.
This time, however, the clone took the form of Princess Rayaami.
Ivy then looked at Silas, Alana, Bella, and Jade before speaking.
“Let’s go.”
Silas frowned and glanced toward the corridor. “If we leave like this, everyone will see us.”
Ivy simply shook her head.
The next second, a hovercar appeared in front of them.
It looked almost exactly like the hovercars they travelled on. The moment everyone saw it, their mouths fell open in disbelief.
Ivy’s creation ability was truly astonishing.
The creation was so realistic that they could actually sit inside the vehicle and use it as though it were real.
However, the moment everyone climbed inside, Ivy’s face had already turned deathly pale. Her breathing became slightly heavier, and a thin layer of sweat appeared along her forehead.
Seeing her condition, Silas immediately became worried. “Ivy, stop it.”
Ivy shook her head firmly. “This is our only chance. Leave now.”
Silas gritted his teeth. He clearly wanted to argue with her, but he knew there was no time to waste.
He quickly took control of the hovercar.
Soon, the strange-looking vehicle began moving away from the prison.
Although it technically looked like a hovercar, its movements were far from smooth.
Bella, meanwhile, kept looking through the window and gradually noticed something strange.
Although the vehicle looked almost identical to the one they had previously traveled in, there were several obvious cracks along its corners.
Even the seats looked somewhat unnatural, as though they had been created from an imperfect memory rather than an actual object.
As for the floor, it was even more ridiculous.
There was a huge fish pattern spread across it.
Bella stared at it for several seconds before slowly raising her gaze toward the ceiling.
The moment she looked up, she became completely stunned.
There was a large image of Silas displayed across the ceiling.
Bella slowly turned her head toward Ivy and gave her a deeply meaningful look.
Ivy, however, was far too exhausted to care about the teasing expression in Bella’s eyes.
The hover car suddenly swerved.
Everyone was thrown toward the left side of the vehicle before being violently tossed toward the right when Silas tried to correct its direction.
The entire vehicle shook so badly that the seats seemed as though they might fall apart at any moment.
“This thing is going to kill us before the guards do,” Bella muttered as she grabbed the edge of her seat.
Meanwhile, the clone of Princess Rayaami that Ivy had created began walking toward the controller room.
The moment the guards saw Princess Rayaami approaching, they immediately straightened before kneeling respectfully.
“Princess Rayaami, may we ask why you are here? Please tell us what you need, and we will help you.”
Rayaami’s clone casually waved her hand.
“Do not disturb me. Leave.”
The guards immediately nodded.
“Yes, Princess.”
They quickly stood up and left the room without daring to question her further.
Once the guards had disappeared, the clone calmly walked toward the control panel.
She began deleting the surveillance footage, carefully erasing every recording that could reveal what had happened inside the prison.
After she finished, she walked out of the controller room and paused beneath one of the surveillance cameras.
She looked directly into the lens for a moment before raising the key card in her hand.
Then she began pressing it against the control system, unlocking the prison cells one after another.
Once everything was done, the clone calmly walked away.
Only after the escape had been completed did Ivy finally dismiss the clone of Princess Rayaami.
The reason Ivy had been able to create such a convincing clone was because the letter she had received contained several detailed images of Rayaami.
Those images had given Ivy enough information to reproduce her appearance with remarkable accuracy.
There was not only an image of Princess Rayaami, but also an image of the legendary warden’s girlfriend. Even Ivy did not understand what was happening until she noticed a letter attached to the image.
The letter explained that the woman had been the warden’s girlfriend and that she had been killed by her boyfriend on the orders of Princess Rayaami, even though she herself had never actually seen Princess Rayaami.
‘This is what she looked like when I saw her while dying.’
With that information, the woman had drawn a picture of Princess Rayaami.
There was also an image of herself.
When Ivy saw that, she could not shake the feeling that this single letter was merely a small part of a much larger plan created for someone else.
‘It feels as though everything was arranged beforehand.’
However, by arriving there, she had completely disrupted whatever rhythm or plan had originally been established.
Ivy did not care about it anymore. She simply focused on escaping and focused on moving the hover car away from the prison area.
However, she had thought far too naively. The moment they reached the entrance, the hover car was stopped.
The guard stationed there immediately stepped forward and blocked their path.
“You cannot leave without showing your identification.”
The man sitting at the entrance was exceptionally handsome, but his sharp eyes were filled with alertness as he examined the strange hover car in front of him.
The vehicle looked so cheap and poorly made that it seemed as though someone had purchased it from a second-hand dealer.
He could not help wondering who among the workers in the mining facility could possibly own such a third-class hover car.
‘I will definitely report whoever owns this ridiculous thing.’
Inside the hover car, Ivy quietly closed her eyes. She tried to conjure an illusion.
She attempted to recreate Alex’s appearance, but her body was already reaching its limit. Creating so many illusions one after another had consumed far too much of her energy.
‘Come on. I only need to do this one more time.’
When everyone noticed the strain on Ivy’s face, they immediately took out several light zombie crystals and dropped them onto her lap.
Ivy quickly grabbed all of them.
The moment the crystals touched her palms, she absorbed their energy at an astonishing speed. Warm energy surged through her exhausted body, and little by little, the outline of Alex began forming in front of her.
Meanwhile, the guard sitting at the entrance began to feel that something was wrong. He stared at the hover car suspiciously before walking closer and knocking on its window.
“Hey, are there truly officials inside and not some prisoner?”
Ivy gritted her teeth and continued concentrating. Finally, Alex’s illusion was completed.
At almost the exact same moment, the guard suddenly punched the window. The surface cracked open.
However, instead of producing the sound of breaking glass, it made a strange noise that resembled someone punching through a thick sheet of paper.
The guard became even more alert. He immediately looked inside.
The moment he saw Alex sitting there with a grim expression and sharp eyes glaring directly at him, the guard almost stumbled backward.
“I’m sorry! I’m truly sorry, Major. I did not know that you were inside.”
Alex merely waved his hand dismissively.
Seeing his expression, the guard immediately stepped aside and opened the barricade.
The hover car quickly passed through the entrance and disappeared from sight.
Only after it was gone did the guard place a hand against his chest and release a long breath.
“Major is truly strange. If he was actually inside the hover car, why did he remain silent for such a long time? He almost made me believe that no one was inside.”
After finishing his words, he suddenly paused.
“Strange. Why do I keep feeling that something is wrong with the Major? He also looks slightly different from how he usually does.”
He frowned for a few seconds before eventually shaking his head.
“Anyway, I will look into it later.”
He then dropped back into his chair.
Meanwhile, the hover car quickly sailed away from the prison.
They did not know the map of the area, and that was their biggest disadvantage.
Therefore, they randomly chose an alley and continued moving through the unfamiliar streets until they eventually reached the vicinity of a mountain.
