"Why did they do it?" she asked.

Rong Qinyu nodded and replied, "He said that he used the Elixir of Immortality. This thing is very expensive, and I had to remember this debt."
When Feng Xiu heard this, her eyes flickered as shock flashed through them. "You said that he used the Elixir of Immortality on me?"

Feng Xiu nodded and smiled. "I will listen to you."
While she didn’t know what heavy price her boyfriend had paid to save her life, Feng Xiu no longer held any suspicion toward him.
Even though he was a year younger than her, he always stood in front of her and protected her. She should never have doubted his feelings in the first place.
While the 2 of them were chatting, Chen Qianxiao was eavesdropping from his house. He had planted a device on the ventilation pipe above Feng Xiu and Rong Mo’er’s room just in case. He never expected to discover this secret.

With this thought, he left his house and went to the central ring area.

Seeing him coming, one of the secretaries stood up and greeted him. "Captain Chen, what can I help you with?"
"I came to visit Commander Xun. Is he in his office?" Chen Qianxiao asked.
The secretary nodded and said, "Please wait for a moment, Captain Chen. I have to inform the Commander first."
Hearing this, Chen Qianxiao nodded at him and waited. A few minutes later, the secretary hung up the call and said, "Captain Chen, please come with me."
With more solar panels, they were now able to use more elevators. Using the Commander’s private elevator, the secretary led him to the top floor.
5 minutes later, the secretary knocked on the door before opening it. He took a step aside and said, "Commander, Captain Chen is here."
After Chen Qianxiao entered the office, the secretary left and closed the door. At this moment, Xun Che was busy signing documents while a young woman was setting up the coffee table. She brought out several dishes from 2 layered lunch boxes.
