Should he approach the Divine Emperor of Death and suggest his little sister’s hand in marriage? Or should he keep them off?

It was a difficult choice to make. Other than being a gamble, he didn’t want his little sister’s life to be ruined.

Unaware of Ralaza Heavenshade’s outburst, Davis walked along with Fairy Xiu Juili, his focus fully on her.

He could see that she was extremely nervous as her hand was a bit wet with perspiration.

Davis asked, causing Fairy Xiu Juili to nod, "Being born as the third daughter, I saw so many of my siblings being born year after year, like they’re being sold at a local store. My father married twenty wives each decade and impregnated them all, but because of that, some siblings who had already grown up did not acknowledge the mothers who came later, especially since there were hierarchies among the wives. I’m also the same. I fear I might be on the same receiving end since I came late, even if you treat your wives as equals."

She wryly smiled, "I do hope your children could accept me as their mother. They seem to have grown into adults so fast..."

"The used time chambers..." Davis wryly smiled, "We have no choice but to hasten their growth since we’re being hunted down. Moreover, the children were also not interested in playing once they became teenagers. Each of them wants to earn and eat by themselves and has a strong inclination to become stronger... maybe even stronger than me. Hence, they used the time chambers more than necessary."

Davis smiled as he saw them head inside with the thirty-first wife.

For a moment, he couldn’t believe he had gone ahead and brought a Celestial Fairy to their base. It was quite exhilarating and manly, making him feel like he stood at the peak of the summit. Regardless, he knew this relationship was too fast for Fairy Xiu Juili, who wanted to take it slow. He respected her boundaries, and he also wanted to take Aila before touching Juili.

Otherwise, Aila might cry. He also didn’t know if she approved of Fairy Xiu Juili or not, but if she didn’t, then he was of the mind to beg her.

Surely, she would change her mind and relent?
