Chapter 26 - Meeting again

After Luo Fei figured it out, he felt enlightened.

That night, he sent a text message to Mo Han, saying: “Mo Han, can I treat you to a meal at noon tomorrow?”

There was no response to the message, so Luo Fei waited anxiously.

It was not until half an hour later that he received a reply: “I was taking a shower just now. Iman asked me to visit his house as a guest at noon, and I have already agreed.”

Luo Fei: “!!!!”

Iman, that little bastard, moved so fast!

As an omega, you’re really straightforward enough, Iman, taking the initiative to invite an alpha of the same age to visit your house!

Luo Fei’s headache intensified, and he immediately called Chongming, “I remember that Iman seems to be a student of Hermann University. Check and see whether there is any alpha chasing him at school.”

Calculating carefully, because Uncle Brian married earlier than his father, Iman was born two years earlier than Luo Fei, and is the same age as Mo Han. He also happened to be admitted to the Mech Manufacturing Department of Hermann University.

Judging from the information Chongming obtained, because Iman’s style is too unrestrained, while he has many alpha, beta, and omega friends at school, no alpha has ever chased him. Instead, he’s treated as a good buddy. He is also a top student at school, and takes first place in every exam despite sleeping and playing in class. His father is a well-known mech design genius, and with his talent in manufacturing, these university courses are too easy for him.

On this point, he is very similar to Mo Han. Both of them are academic masters and fellow students. In addition, both of them are interested in intelligent systems and mech manufacturing. Once he and Mo Han get acquainted, their shared interests and common topics are simply too numerous to count.

Luo Fei’s head hurt just thinking about it. “Could it be that no one has taken a fancy to him? Iman is also quite cute. Are all the alphas in their school blind?”

Chongming said: “It’s probably because Iman is too enthusiastic, teasing alphas every day, so they were scared away by him.”

Luo Fei: “…”

It seems that his strategy to redirect Iman’s attention and find another alpha will not work/

Chongming immediately defended itself. “My system is not broken!”

Luo Fei said: “In order to help your master find an excuse, can’t you pretend to be broken once?”

Chongming: “Ah…”

It paused, thought of one thing, and immediately said excitedly: “By the way, I can ask Mr. Brian to add two more layers of defense to prevent being hacked into by Mo Han. Let’s go visit Mr. Brian tomorrow!”

Luo Fei nodded: “Then it’s set.”

At noon the next day, Iman personally went to the hotel to pick up Mo Han as a guest.

It is estimated that he’s the only omega who can pick an alpha. Mo Han looked at the way he smiled and curved his eyes, and felt that this guy’s character is really straightforward and cute.

The two soon arrived at Mr. Brian’s villa in Capital Star.

Brian’s house is very large containing three villas and a five-story building, almost comparable to a school building in the middle.

Iman introduced: “The villa on the left is where my fathers resides. The one on the right is where my younger siblings and I live, and the other one is a guest villa reserved for my grandparents. The middle building is my father’s mech workshop, and contains many mech parts and manufacturing maps. He usually doesn’t bother to go to the Mech Association, and just works from home.”

Mo Han has no interest in the villa; his eyes were glued to the mech workshop.

Iman held his hand with a smile and said, “Let’s go, I’ll take you around!”

As soon as the two of them reached the door of the villa, they saw a young man standing there with a cold face. His eyes glanced sharply at Iman holding Mo Han’s hand.

Iman smiled and introduced, “This is my younger brother. His name is Ethan, and he’s still in middle school.”

Ethan frowned at his brother’s hand which was wrapped around Mo Han’s arm, and said, “Brother, who is he?”

Iman said: “He is Mo Han, my alumnus. I invited him here as a guest.”

Ethan said coldly: “You just casually bring alphas home like this?”

Iman said: “Mo Han is my friend. Why do you care so much? Mo Han, just ignore him, let’s go in and have a look.”

Mo Han was a little amused, this alpha was probably the rumored guy who inherited his father’s aloof character. The two brothers have completely opposite personalities. The older omega brother’s skin is as thick as a palace wall, while the alpha is indifferent and serious. It can be seen that this younger brother is very protective of his elder brother, fearing his energetic elder brother will be deceived by some villainous alpha. His tense little face is quite amusing. 

Mo Han followed Iman into the mech workshop. Many mech parts were placed all around the first floor, exciting Mo Han, who had never seen so many parts before..

Iman introduced as he walked: “These are just low-level parts. The precious parts for S-class mechs are all on the fourth floor. But those parts are too expensive, and locked up by my father. He’s afraid we will mess around and ruin them.” He said and turned back to ask his younger brother, “Is father at home?”

“He’s on the fourth floor.” Ethan raised his eyebrows in displeasure. 

Iman said, “I’ll take you to visit my father.”

Just as he was talking, a man came down from the elevator. His blond hair was almost blinding. His blue eyes were as deep as the sea, and his appearance was very handsome. Iman’s smile is quite similar to the man’s.

Mo Han immediately guessed Mr. Brian’s identity, and immediately bowed politely: “Mr. Brian, hello.”

Brian looked at him with a smile. “Are you the Mo Han that our little Ange talked about before?”

Iman said, “Father, don’t call me that!”

Ange means an angel. When Iman was born, his father liked his omega son so much that he named him Ange, which meant father’s little angel. Iman was formally renamed after he started school, but the family was used to calling him Ange. After growing up, Iman couldn’t bear being called a little angel, and didn’t like being called such a cute name by his father all day.

As a doting father, Brian immediately changed his words the moment he heard his son’s objection. “Okay, Iman. Did you bring your friend to tour the mech workshop?”

Iman said: “That’s right, Mo Han also understands intelligent programs, and also participated in the R&D of the new spaceships. He is very interested in the intelligent mechs you made, so I brought him here for a tour.”

At this moment, the mechanical housekeeper suddenly sounded: “Sir, the First Prince is requesting an audience outside.”

Brian raised his eyebrows in surprise. “Luo Fei? What is he doing here? Let him in.”

After a while, Luo Fei hurried in and said, “Uncle Brian.”

Brian said with a smile, “Luo Fei, why did you come see me all of sudden?”

Luo Fei said: “Chongming’s system malfunctioned, please help me check what’s going on, uncle.”

Hearing this, Mo Han asked with a half-smile, “Is Chongming’s system really broken?”

Luo Fei looked back at him, and said bravely, “Yes, it bugged up last night…”

Mo Han said flatly, “I didn’t do anything.”

Luo Fei laughed dryly. Of course he knew it wasn’t Mo Han; it was Chongming itself who messed up its own system in order for him to find an excuse to prevent Mo Han from getting close to Iman.

It really worked hard for its master this time, and should be awarded a medal for ‘most loyal’ mech.

Brian looked at Luo Fei, then at Mo Han, and then at his son Iman. The corner of his mouth could not help but raise up, and he said, “My house is really lively today!”

What the hell are you all young people doing?
