Chapter 4085: Miracle Fruit

"I can't believe it," I said in deep shock in my heart.

A miracle fruit.

It is a few miles away, but without a doubt, it is a miracle fruit. The energies of it are so unique that I can't mistake it.

It had been years since I last saw the miracle fruit.

They are the rarest things in the world, and it is really hard to discover them.

When Ashlyn was with me; I used to get some now and then, but since she left, it is the first miracle fruit I had come across.

I walked toward it, with every step, I took. I would become more excited. Why wouldn't I be? Its freaking miracle fruit.

I had reached halfway when a frown appeared on my face, and I slowed down. Moving carefully toward the fruit, as there is a powerful, monster guarding it.

Soon, I stopped a few hundred meters away from the miracle fruit.

The blue fruits, with swirls of green and black swirls moving around it.

This is an unripe miracle fruit and seeing it. My expression couldn't help but turn worse. 'Fuck!' I cursed in my heart.

I cursed not because the fruit was unripe. The unripe fruit is more useful to me than the ripe one because of the chaotic energies inside it.

I cursed because it's at a stage where the chaotic energies inside it are at their peak.

Means if I plucked it. I will need to make use of this fruit within an hour, or those energies will make it explode.

It is because of peak chaotic energies. I was able to discover the fruit.

If it wasn't for that, it would have been difficult despite the forbidden power in my soul sense.

This phase will last for a few weeks before the energies calmed down enough. I will be able to pick it up safely, but I can't wait for that long.

Even for the miracle fruit.

Miracle fruits, everybody wants it. People, monsters and they are willing to kill for it. It was the same in my world and the same here.

Soon, I got out of the range of the monster.

One part of me wanted to fight that monster, but I controlled that urge. Since I am in the realm, I will get many chances to fight monsters like this one.

Another two hours passed, and still moving. Collecting resources and avoiding the monsters.

Even now, I wasn't able to find it despite having one of the most detailed maps and information with clone-looking data, I am providing.

Till now, it should have been by visible and invisible markers on maps and information, but it wasn't.

I didn't think too much about it. I know if I kept walking, eventually, I would find out where I am and then move toward the destination closest to me.

Time passed, and with it, the pile of resources is also increasing fast.

I am gathering thousands of them by hour, and my speed is so fast. That most resources didn't have more than a second for me to harvest.

Most of them are easy to harvest, but for some, a specific procedure needs to be followed.

I am doing that, but not perfectly.

There is a 14% failure rate among the trickiest. Which an extremely good. Seeing how fast I am harvesting the resources.

I could reduce the failure rate if I slowed down.

I am confident that it could be reduced to 1%. If I begin to move at the speed of a normal person, I am not going to do that.

I need to move at least this fast in this realm.

I have already got data from the monster, and I could move faster, without them discovering me, but I am not because of these resources.

Time passed, and I kept moving forward. When I sensed something.

'A person is fighting,' I thought.

I moved fast, and within a minute, I saw the battle, and pity couldn't help, but appear on my

There is a haggard-looking man, being attacked by a pride of lion monsters. He is heavily injured and one of his arms has already been chewed away.

He is barely surviving against the monster.

I don't know, which organization he belongs to, but I couldn't help but feel pity for him.

I am not going to risk helping him. The battle had attacked attention; there were monsters watching. It would be foolish to join the battle.

Still, I moved toward it, and after a few minutes, reached closer to the battle.

Until then, the condition of the man had worsened even further.

I watched for another minute and sighed. A moment later, a tiny, earthy brown disk appeared

in my hand.

I released it and it fell to the ground before going inside.

A minute and a half later, I sent the man a message. A surprise appeared in his desperate eyes,

but also hope.

He begins to act according to my instructions and two minutes and eleven seconds later. He burst with the power he had saved and ran.

The monster followed, but the man was faster.

He ran for thirty-seven seconds, before suddenly stopping by the tall tree and disappearing. One moment he was there, the next moment. He disappeared without leaving a single trace.
