Chapter 1215: Three Stages

Chapter 1215: Three Stages

Aurora continued explaining, her voice calm as she laid out the path ahead of me.

"Once your Authority is formed, you will officially enter the first stage of the Demi-God realm. But that is only the beginning. There are still three major stages you will have to cross before you reach the limit of the realm."

"How are those stages divided?"

"They are determined by two things: your Origin integration and the quality of your Soul Force."

She raised two fingers as she continued. "When you first awaken an Origin, you only possess an initial understanding of it. As that understanding deepens, you gradually integrate more of the Origin into your Divine Core and, eventually, into your existence itself. We measure your progress by the percentage of the Origin you have successfully comprehended and integrated."

"So the amount of Origin I can integrate determines my stage?"

"Partially," Aurora replied. "For example, to enter the Low Demi-God stage, your Origin integration must reach at least ten percent. Anything below that is insufficient to properly stabilize your Authority and Divine Core."

I nodded slowly, and Aurora continued without pause.

"Reaching ten percent also marks the beginning of the first transformation of your Soul Force. The Silver Soul Force of a Saint will gradually begin transforming into Golden Soul Force. At this stage, it is known as Pale Golden Soul Force. It is the weakest form of Golden Soul Force, but the difference between it and Silver Soul Force is already fundamental. Its density is higher, its ability to carry Origin is greater, and it provides the foundation necessary for a Demi-God to continue integrating with their Origin."

"So entering Low Demi-God requires both ten percent Origin integration and the beginning of Golden Soul Force."

"Exactly. Neither can be ignored. Your Origin determines how much of the fundamental principle you can integrate, while your Soul Force determines how much of that integration your existence can actually withstand."

I considered her words for a moment before asking, "Then what changes when I reach Middle Demi-God?"

"To reach Middle Demi-God, your Origin integration must increase from ten percent to twenty-five percent. At the same time, your Pale Golden Soul Force must complete its next transformation and become Deep Golden Soul Force."

"Deep Golden?"

Aurora nodded. "The change is not merely in color. The deeper the Golden Soul Force becomes, the greater its density and purity. Deep Golden Soul Force can contain and transmit a much greater amount of Origin and Authority than Pale Golden Soul Force, allowing your Divine Core to withstand the significantly greater integration required at the Middle Demi-God stage."

"So the two progress together."

"They do," Aurora said, "but they are not the same thing. You cannot simply strengthen your Soul Force and expect your Origin integration to increase with it. Your understanding of the Origin is what determines how much you can integrate. Your Soul Force only determines whether your existence is strong enough to contain that integration."

Her explanation made the progression much clearer. The stages were not arbitrary increases in strength. They were points where my understanding and my existence had both reached the necessary thresholds.

I looked at her again.

"Then what about High Demi-God?"

Aurora’s expression became slightly more serious.

"To enter the High Demi-God stage, your Origin integration must reach at least fifty percent. At the same time, your Soul Force must complete its third transformation."

"And that transformation is?"

"Pure Golden Soul Force."

The name was simple, but I could somehow feel the weight behind it.

"By that point, your Soul Force will have almost completely shed the characteristics of Silver Soul Force. Its density and purity will be on an entirely different level, allowing it to carry far more Origin and Authority without placing the same strain on your Divine Core."

I thought about everything she had explained so far.

"So the three stages are ten, twenty-five, and fifty percent."

"Correct. Those are the minimum thresholds."

She paused briefly before adding, "But reaching fifty percent does not mean you have reached the limit of the High Demi-God stage. It only means you have entered it."

"Then what happens after that?"

"Your Origin integration continues."

Aurora looked at me as she explained, "There is no fourth stage within the Demi-God realm. Once you cross fifty percent, you remain a High Demi-God and continue strengthening yourself by integrating more of your Origin. The closer you move toward complete integration, the stronger your Authority becomes, and the more powerful your entire existence becomes with it."

"So what does one hundred percent represent?"

Aurora smiled faintly.

"One hundred percent means you have completely understood and integrated that Origin. At that point, your Authority will also have reached its fundamental limit."

I remained silent for a moment, considering the implications.

"So a High Demi-God can continue growing from fifty to one hundred percent without entering another stage."

"Exactly. The difference between a newly advanced High Demi-God and one who has reached the absolute pinnacle can be enormous, even though both belong to the same stage."

"And after one hundred percent?"

Aurora’s smile faded slightly.

"That is where things become complicated."

She let the silence linger for a moment before continuing.

"Once your Origin is completely integrated and your Authority has reached its fundamental limit, there is nothing more you can gain by simply improving what you already possess. You cannot continue increasing your Authority forever. You have reached the highest point of that particular path."

I understood what she meant.

"That is when I need to create something beyond it."

"A Path," Aurora said.

I nodded, but she did not elaborate further.

Instead, her eyes settled on me with a faintly amused expression.

"That is also why your current condition is so unusual."

I immediately knew what she was referring to.

My Soul Force had already begun its transformation into Golden Soul Force, and after absorbing the vast amount of Soul Force left behind by Verilux, that golden portion had increased considerably.

Aurora continued, "Your foundation is already far beyond what an ordinary Saint should possess. You have seven perfected Major Laws, an exceptionally powerful Soul Force, a True Domain, and a foundation that has already begun touching the boundary of the Demi-God realm."

She paused.

"But none of that can replace the most important step."

"Awakening an Origin."

"Exactly."

I nodded.

Raw strength could help me survive the breakthrough, but it could not give me the understanding required to make it.

Aurora was silent for a few moments before her expression changed.

"There is something else you should know before you begin."

"What?"

"The current situation of the Prime Universe."

She turned her gaze toward the endless darkness surrounding us.

"There are currently only nine Demi-Gods in the entire Prime Universe."

My eyes narrowed slightly.

"Only nine?"

"Yes. Six are Low Demi-Gods, while three are Middle Demi-Gods."

She paused for a moment.

"I am one of those three."

"And Amun?"
