Chapter 2994: The Lord of the Watery Abyss II

Adrian can now get the gist of the situation based on the statements of other beings. The Lord of the Watery Abyss must be a distorted god that is actually locked in the main world. There are other dark and distorted gods locked in the main world but their general locations have been lost through time. It could also be that the entrance to the divine realm of the Lord of the Watery Abyss is also connected to the main world but is sealed.

Either way, Adrian now know that the people trying to awaken the Lord of the Watery Abyss have started to move. The reason for their movement is simple and that is the sudden seclusion of the Titan of the Ocean Oceanus. The followers of the Lord of the Watery Abyss thought this was a good chance to finally make their god descend.

They heard whispers that the Titan of the Ocean Oceanus is injured because of a confrontation with the God of the Seas Poseidon. Some say that he had to be forced in seclusion because the Olympian Gods were monitoring him since there were signs of the revival of the other titans. Nevertheless, the threat that made them wait has suddenly decided to seclude themselves and not bother with anything happening in the other parts of the ocean.

All of the Followers of the Lord of the Watery Abyss finally started their rebellion. They have already become important beings in other kingdoms that are around the oceans. The Scylla Kingdom is not unique in this regard as all of the kingdoms were all hit. The entire ocean is now in chaos because the Titan of the Ocean has decided to go into seclusion.

"They must have pushed the Scylla Kingdom and the Merfolk Kingdom to war because they know that they cannot destroy them even with a rebellion." Adrian’s voice stated which General Seatus noticed.

"It seems that the mouth breather has somewhat having of a brain. They should have that at the very least since they are the weaker race." General Seatus stated.

General Seatus then proceeded to reveal his mutation as four tentacles appeared on his back while his body is covered in scales. His stats surged to at least double his current one and it made his aura imposing. The other Scylla guards could only feel the oppression from something like a bloodline. The soldiers that protected the wounded crown princess tried to stand up but the pressure that General Seatus exuded is not something they can repel.

"Let us just finish this. We need to move and get the thing that I need. If we need to stop the war between the two kingdoms to enter the Forbidden Ocean: Realm of Oceanus then we need to move it." Adrian stated as he released his aura that destroyed the oppressive aura that General Seatus is exuding.

"How!" General Seatus exclaimed as he could not believe that there is another being that could easily destroy his aura that could make even an enemy general be weakened.

"Since the guild leader has spoken, I shall make the move. You made me come for this anyways." Altum stated which made General Seatus laugh.

"A Deep One trying to make himself feel strong when your kind are all bottom feeders." General Seatus stated as his confidence shot up when Altum presented himself as the one dealing with all of thm.

Altum’s eyes could be seen bulging in anger as that term was often used to look down on the Deep Ones when they know that they are not weak. The Deep Ones are united but they did lack direction before. The lack of direction vanished when Altum showed up and the God of the Deep Dagon fully woke up. They always called the Deep Ones bottom feeders because they are a race that attack in a group but the harsh waters of the deep cannot be conquered with just one being.

Before General Seatus could even utter another word, a large anchor has already met his body. The large anchor collided with General Seatus and knocked him back. The sudden attack on their general made the traitor soldiers lose attention for a moment. This made Renyu move as she casted a protective dome made of bubbles to defend them against the attacks from earlier.

"Will Altum be fine on his own?" Renyu asked Adrian.

"If it comes to underwater battles, you best believe that Altum is our best bet. He is not someone that will lose when it comes to the deep waters. I might even lose against him if the battlefield is here." Adrian stated as he then looked at the direction of the wounded soldiers and the poisoned crown princess.

"Princess Renyu, please save my sister." Princess Drona stated as she knew that Renyu could cast healing magic.

"Let me try. Healing Bubble Wave!" Renyu stated as a wave of warm bubbles surrounded all of them and healed the injured soldiers that tried protecting the crown princess.

The injured soldiers were healed but the problem is that Crown Princess Aisla was still severely poisoned. The crown princess even looked paler when she was hit by healing magic. The only thing that they can hang onto is that the poison is only making her body unable to move. The poison is not deadly but if she cannot move then she will not be able to stop the war council.

"My sister is still poisoned!" Princess Drona stated as Renyu even tried purification magic but she cannot cleanse the poison.

"She is not poisoned through normal means. Look at the wound on her body." Adrian stated as they all looked at the injury that the dagger made.

The injury on the crown princess could be seen enflamed and even secreting pus but no blood. This meant that the poison is potent enough to go against natural healing. It is as if it is a poison that is specifically concocted to use against a Scylla.
