Chapter 3007: The Divine Realm of Oceanus

"What are you looking at guild leader?" Altum asked.

"I am looking at our way out, of course." Adrian replied as he looked intensely at the water mirror that is observing them.

Adrian’s form shifted slightly and a vast aura of unknown origin appeared for just a split second. In that split second, it looked like Adrian’s body was made of energy and numerous eyes are part of his body. It was like an entity born from the abyss which should be true as this is how Adrian can activate his ability.

A loud cracking sound suddenly echoed in the area as the water mirror suddenly cracked more. The cracks are now visible as it has spread throughout the surface area. It was so mystifying on how a mirror made of water was able to get cracked but the owners will not try and test the patience of a demon. As soon as the cracks started to become bigger, a voice finally entered the minds of the three.

"Stop! The gate will be opened." A voice full of dominance and power echoed in the ears of the three.

"I guess you finally got bored of observing us. Please excuse our visit as I did give you a heads-up already." Adrian stated with a smile.

"All of you have already passed the test that I have given. There is no longer any need to continue in fighting any more of these scraps." The voice stated as a large clam suddenly appeared before them and opened its mouth to reveal a torrent of divine energy.

When the torrent of divine energy washed over them, the weariness was gone from the bodies of Altum and Renyu. Adrian did not even feel it because he was already at full energy since he did not participate in the battles much. Not only did the torrent of divine energy got released, a gate stone also appeared before them.

The giant clam itself was the gate platform and the gate that delivers those that enter this ocean towards the divine realm of the titan. Adrian already has a vague idea of it as he can detect separate dimensions but his sensing abilities are difficult to focus in such an environment like the Forbidden Ocean. He urged the two to climb onto the giant clam as he has already stepped foot on it.

Altum and Renyu did not argue and also came onto the giant clam. The giant clam then suddenly shut its mouth and vanished without a trace. The areas that were around them that were destroyed were then slowly recovering again as if waiting for the next one that dares to challenge the trial.

By the time they regained their sight, the three were suddenly transported to a large stone slab. The giant clam that transported them suddenly turned to bubbles and vanished without a trace. When they all looked around, a trace of fear could be seen from Renyu and Altum’s faces as they felt a powerful pressure pressing down on them.

Adrian did not feel the pressure which is why he looked around without any care. He then saw two large humanoid beings with a silhouette of energy. They were deliberately hiding what they look like but Adrian already knew who they were. They were not the only ones though as several beins with divine energy were around them. Adrian then proceeded to give a polite and courteous bow as he gave his greetings.

"I greet, the Titan of the Ocean Oceanus and the esteemed lady of the Ocean Tethys." Adrian stated as he released some of his aura for Altum and Renyu to regain their control of their bodies.

"We greet the esteemed divine beings!" Altum and Renyu stated after letting out a gasp of relief.

The Titan Oceanus suddenly became interested in the demon before them as Adrian actually shrugged off their divine pressure. They made sure to manifest in their true forms but also veiled themselves with divine energy. This form should release incredibly pressure that could easily make even demigods pass out.

The Titan Oceanus is suddenly interested in Adrian’s ability to shrug it off but he also became interested on Altum and Renyu as well. The Titan Oceanus already assumed that the Champion of the Twin Gods will not be weak but he did not expect a Deep One and a Merfolk that has yet to become demigods to withstand their pressure as well. It was not just the Titan Oceanus that released pressure but also the Titaness Tethys along with their children.

The fact that Altum and Renyu did not pass out meant that their bodies are now ready to become demigods. They would also be demigods stronger than others as they easily withstood the pressure of a lot of divine beings. The Titan Oceanus already felt that the two were excellent as they basically survived every dangerous thing in the Forbidden Ocean: Realm of Oceanus.

"The Champion of the Twin Gods is an anomaly because of how strange he is but these two are also exceptional. Even if the Champion of the Twin Gods helped them somewhat, it was through their ability alone that made them survive the trials. They defeated the monsters that they could defeat and survived those that were created to kill them." The Titan Oceanus stated as his gaze locked onto the two.

"Is it just me or does it feel like the Titan Oceanus is fixing his gaze at us." Altum whispered to Renyu as his ear fins started twitch which means he is very nervus.

"I have no idea as well. I am already frozen in fear here. The only reason I am standing is because I float automatically when in deep water." Renyu replied as she has also become frozen in terror.

"Dear, I think that you should not stare at the prospective demigods. There are very few that have souls as pure as them after all." A feminine but motherly voice stated. Just listening to the tone of the voice makes one feel like hey are being hugged by a warm spring.

"Greetings, travelers. You have reached my sanctum. I am the Titan that represents the oceans, Oceanus! Tell me, why have you come to seek an audience with me?!" A loud thundering voice filled with the essence of a powerful storm and a still ocean reverberated.

"Thank you for the hospitality, Titan Oceanus. I am Equinox, the Champion of the Twin Gods. My visit is simple as you have already known. I have come for the Aqua Elementum that is hidden in this place." Adrian stated with a bow.

Adrian already declared what he wanted and he thought that either Altum or Renyu would speak next but they were still dazed. He had to nudge Altum in order to wake up from his daze and it also made him yelp from the sudden surprise. Only when he finally realized the situation did he dared to speak.

"I am Altum, Champion of the Deep. My patron god has told me that you have something that can help me ascend fully to become a demigod. This humble one requests the item in question." Altum stated.

Renyu looked at the two of them in a daze because they were speaking to powerful divine beings without batting an eye. They were even asking for items from them which shattered her world view. She has never been told that they would meet the divine beings in person. The former merfolk king told her that it will be the attendants that will welcome them if she reaches the sanctum.

"Should I just say what I need as well? They easily said what they wanted but this is very new to me! Still, I am calm! I can do this! Just declare your name and what you want." Renyu thought as she finally opened her mouth.

"I am Renyu, a princess of the Merfolk Kingdom. I have come to gain a blessing that will help me transform into a demigod as well. This humble one would feel immense joy and gratitude for it." Renyu stated as her statement actually shocked the two titans.

The two titans were shocked by Renyu’s words because merfolk practically bow their heads endlessly towards them and does not even dare make eye contact. This was the first time that they have seen a mermaid actually be bold and look at their figured directly. It was not something normal since those of the Merfolk Kingdom revere the two titans to the point of zealots.

"I have heard what you want. Seeing as all of you have successfully completed the trials, all three of you are to be given compensation." The Titan of the Ocean Oceanus stated as he still looked enormous despite only having a dark silhouette.

"We thank the divine beings for their generosity." Adrian, Altum, and Renyu stated simultaneously as the system took over their response. Two lights suddenly appeared in front of Altum and Renyu and these resonated with their bodies.
