Chapter 3027: Towards the Wind Elementum

The regression of level was not bad as only half was reverted which means the power that the Aurora Sleipnir is stable enough to be used eve now. This meant that at its current state is more powerful than the Aurora Pegasus than before. The power behind this Rebirth Evolution is already the same as that of a Legendary Tier Level 300 Aurora Pegasus. This means that the Aurora Sleipnir would gain two times more power once it reaches it former level.

"I have to rename her again." Frey stated as her previous name is no longer applicable since this is now a new being.

"This is what Rebirth Evolution does. It changes the being entirely as every fiber of their being has been rewritten into a more powerful form that would suit its constitution. It is basically the best case of evolution for a being that has been locked out of evolution paths. This also means that your mount could also evolve once more as long as you have the needed prerequisites." Adrian stated.

"I see. I guess luck is on my side and it seems stronger when you are around." Frey stated with a smile which made Adrian’s ears red.

"So, what are you going to name it?" Adrian asked.

"I am going to name her Zorya." Frey stated and her mount released a pleased neigh which meant that she also liked the name that was given to her.

If a mount or beast does not like the name given to them, they would usually ignore the words of the master. This meant that the most basic way for respect and affection to be formed is to find a good name for their beasts. This is true for beasts that are mature as juvenile beasts tend to just like any name given to them as it shows affection.

"She likes it." Adrian stated as Zorya glistened her mane even more and light trailed with each of her movement.

"I am glad that she does. So, is it time for us to go?" Frey asked as she now looked more determined than ever to walk through fire for Adrian after being helped immensely.

"Fine. Zorya is already stable anyways which means she does not need to rest at all. In fact, she is bursting with energy that I can feel it just standing next to her." Adrian stated as he summoned Kanlaon and created a rift in the sky above the guild house.

Frey rode Zorya and felt that it has become more comfortable than before. She did not even need the saddle anymore but she will have Aurgelmir craft her an armor for Zorya. Even if a saddle is not needed, she still installed the former one that she used and it fit nicely and did not need any modification. Zorya’s currently body is still the same size as it was when it was an Aurora Pegasus.

Zorya galloped in the air and each stride created a small gust along with scattered light. Frey looked even more enchanting aboard her rebirthed mount. Adrian suddenly felt that her fans would definitely become more enchanted by her as she is usually praised for her elegance and noble demeanor.

"Come on! We need to go or else someone might go and steal that thing that you need." Frey stated with a smile as she and Zorya charged towards the rift Adrian created.

"Who would need the Wind Elementum? Also, no one would be able to get it unless they are great with runes." Adrian muttered but he would soon eat his words.

"Are you really sure that the thing that you need is in this Forbidden Zone, Mera?" Causian asked as he is currently in his real form which is that of a Caucasian Eagle and carried two more passengers on his back.

"I am certain because we need the Storm Eye Grass which is only created in this Forbidden Zone. The Storm Cloud Ravine is the only place where that particular herb can be collected. It is unique because it is an herb that grows floating in the air and not on the ground. You can even say that it is the best test case for a mutated herb." Mera stated.

"Are you sure that you did not lead us here because you want to study that herb since it is a mutant?" Kholki asked with a serious face as he would have stayed behind if it was just a collection mission.

"I already got a sample that we luckily got from one of the auctions vaults we raided but that one was dried and lost its power. A fresh one should be better as it would be one of the key components in destroying the last seal. It has the same elemental signature as Zeus’ lightning bolts and getting it is a deadly mission as well." Mera explained which made the two narrow their eyes as the last seal on their master, Typhon, is the most difficult one to destroy.

The last seal on the Primordial Calamity Typhon is the Seal of Lightning which the God King Zeus has personally crafted. It is not something that could be solved by sacrificing a few relics. They need relics that could overpower the power of Zeus or items that have the same resonance as Zeus. The problem is that Zeus might have lots of demigod bastards but he was very conservative about his things and anything that has his energy signature.

In fact, there is no relic that could be handed to a mortal that is personally made by Zeus. All the divine artifacts that he has bestowed to his chosen mortals were all forged by his son, the God Haephaesto. He avoided creating any relic that has his energy signature because he knew that it could be used against him.

The God King Zeus might be a wreck when it comes to everything else but he is very sharp minded about keeping all the power to himself and never exposing his weaknesses. This is also the reason why the Titans and Giants have a difficult time taking him down back then. He was so meticulous and wary that everyone is out to get him which is why he never gave any relic that contained his divine essence.

"If we get that then it means our master would definitely rise and destroy Olympus. We would become the rules of the world." Causian stated as he flapped his wings harder and entered the main area of the Storm Cloud Ravine.

[You have entered the Forbidden Zone: Storm Cloud Ravine.]

"We are here." Adrian stated as they have arrived at the outskirts of Storm Cloud Ravine.

Just as its name suggests, Storm Cloud Ravine is a large wall of dark clouds circling one another. It is also incredibly high up that the air in this place is thin. Any being will be afflicted with Asphyxiation if they do not regulate their breathing. Oxygen is so thin that one would die if they are not regulated by an item.

"I can see why you said that we need mounts to regulate wind here. You would be fine on your own but I needed it." Frey commented and she was correct.

Adrian did not need it since the Daemos basically breathe mana in their skin but Frey needs it even if her race is Valkyrie. The Valkyrie are still an offshoot of the human race but only female with resilient bodies. They have the same body functions as that of a human which is why they also need oxygen to breathe.

"I already read about this place but even our records are not complete. It is basically a sealed Forbidden Zone as those dark swirling clouds are also a barrier. The monsters inside could never get out once caught in. Entering this Forbidden Zone is basically a death trap if you do not have means of teleportation or a special way of going out." Adrian explained.

"Then we have no problem because we have you." Frey stated.

"Ehem. Yes... you have me. Anyways, let us go inside then. The entrance is basically the bottom part of the Storm Cloud Ravine. The area we are going to is the top most part of it where the Wind Elementum should be." Adrian replied as he slightly blushed.

"Okay." Frey nodded as she followed Adrian’s lead in entering as he knows the way.

Kanlaon was Adrian’s chosen mount for this one as he could easily control the wind elemental energy. A golden streak could be seen entering through the bottom of the Storm Cloud Ravine. A fierce resistance happened at first but it was of no blocker to Kanlaon.

Kanlaon easily coated his entire body with wind elemental energy that deflected any wind currents. Zorya copied what Kanlaon did and also protected Frey in the process. Adrian was correct as the Aurora Pegasus would not be able to enter this place as this is basically the standard for the entire zone. If the coating of wind elemental energy disperses then both Adrian and Frey would be subjected to wind slashes.
