Chapter 3035: Chaos Prism

[All allies and the user inside the Cosmic Prism World will have their skills copied by a prism copy that deals 80% of the original damage.]

[All enemies inside the Cosmic Prism World will have a 40% chance of creating a prism copy of themselves that attacks them.]

[All enemy attacks that bounce off the prism boundary created by the Cosmic Prism World will have an 80% chance of ricocheting back to them.]

[Any enemy attack that bounces off the Cosmic Prism World will have their damage stored and create a Void Prism Crystal.]

[The user can use Chaotic Dispersion without any cooldown when the Cosmic Prism World is active.]

[If Chaotic Dispersion is activated, the entire Cosmic Prism World will be affected and all damage multipliers from the skill will be applied to the area.]

The entire area shivered as the energy in the surroundings shifted as another more powerful one was added. The area suddenly felt like a domain where everything is in a cosmic mirror dimension but the fourth layer energy is still present. One could see that the Cosmic Prism World is like an overlapped domain which means Adrian could actually use another domain on top of it in order to make him more powerful but he needs to use that as a last resort.

Adrian already felt the strain of the Cosmic Prism World because he could see everything in the area that it is affecting. He might not have eyes but the entire Cosmic Prism World is his eyes and information is pouring inside his head. He already thinks three dimensionally but the Cosmic Prism World actually makes him think and adapt in the fourth dimension. If not for Paradox, Adrian would have lots of mental strain as Paradox is actually the one that calculates in the fourth dimension and gives the information to its master.

"Are you ready?" Adrian asked Frey as she also used one of her most powerful skills.

"Ready." Frey stated as she now has wolf armored attire as she activated the blessing that she was given by the divine wolf Lupa.

The Impundulu Ventus felt something in its bloodline and it was actually fear. The energy that wrapped around it and warped the space is actually higher in tier compared to the energy that it has in the body. Even though the Impundulu Ventus is frightened, it also noticed the chance for it to climb and become a higher being. It was afraid of the Wind Elementum that was fused in its body before but not it could use 30% of its power which made it the sole ruler of the fourth layer of the Storm Cloud Ravine.

The Impundulu Ventus should not have been the only monster in the fourth layer. It was a normal Impundulu before but it mutated in a weird way when it learned that it could control part of the Wind Elementum. In order to mutate, the Impundulu devoured all of its subordinates in the fourth layer and absorbed all of the elemental energy inside of the area as well. Upon doing so, the boss monster mutated into the Impundulu Ventus.

The Wind Elementum is not just something that could make a monster mutate but it is actually the core of the Storm Cloud Ravine. If the Wind Elementum is gone then the entirety of Storm Cloud Ravine will be gone along with it. This means that if the Impundulu Ventus succeeds in managing to use or control all of the Wind Elementum then it could leave the Storm Cloud Ravine. If the Impundulu Ventus leaves Storm Cloud Ravine then everything will fall apart.

The reason why the Impundulu Ventus could not control more than 30% of the Wind Elementum is due to it being unable to have the proper requirements to do so. It lacks the nourishment and energy level to brin out the power of a fragment from a creation relic. As long as nothing could trigger the evolution of the Impundulu Ventus, it would remain in the Storm Cloud Ravine for a thousand more years.

The energy in the Storm Cloud Ravine is mostly concentrated towards the cloud walls that make it. The monsters inside of the Storm Cloud Ravine could not touch it or else they will die. Even the Impundulu Ventus could only absorb small amounts at a time which is why it can only escape after a thousand years of cultivating this energy. Now, the Impundulu Ventus has found an alternative and that is pure energy that defies the laws of the world and that is coming from Adrian.

The Impundulu Ventus plans to devour Adrian in order to tame the wild energy of the Wind Elementum inside of its body. If it succeeds then the Impundulu Ventus would evolve into something like a living Wind Elementum. Even though the Impundulu Ventus is not sure if something will happen, it is now betting its life because its instincts are telling it that the being before it is either a blessing or its doom.

The Impundulu Ventus shouted as its body materialized fully to show the black and gray feathers covering it body. The red eye that could see blood inside any human being and the proud regal air of a powerful boss monster. The Impundulu Ventus flapped its wings and flew up high as it is now exerting its maximum effort in order to get its prize. The Impundulu Ventus flew high but everything is still inside the Cosmic Prism World.

The Impundulu Ventus then dove in a speed that surpassed supersonic with its talons coating lightning. A large and sharp shadow sliced towards Adrian as his body got sliced into two. The Impundulu Ventus thought that it had won but there was something wrong with the sound when it sliced its prey. The sound of glass being cut echoed before the slashed in two Adrian shattered.

The cosmic glass exploded and blasted the Impundulu Ventus right into its face. The sudden shock of its prey being fake did not rattle the Impundulu Ventus as Frey suddenly caught its attention. Frey suddenly materialized from somewhere and slammed her war spear down and the wolf flag on it made a howl. The howl exerted the divine authority of the Divine Beast Lupa which actually damaged the Impundulu Ventus greatly.

The Impundulu Ventus screeched as it unfolded its wings to strike randomly using lightning to those around it. The Impundulu Ventus thought that Frey would die but she suddenly shattered into cosmic glass when she got struck.

[The Impundulu Ventus has activated Chaotic Dispersion.]

The cosmic glass that mimicked the shape of Frey exploded and dealt damage to the Impundulu Ventus once again. Some cosmic glass shards even got stuck onto the eye of the Impundulu Ventus which made it squint and then turn its body into electric currents once again. Unlike before when Adrian could not see the Impundulu Ventus, he can now perfectly look at it since he has omnipotent vision inside the Cosmic Prism World.

He could not see what the effects of the ability that the Impundulu Ventus used are. The body did not totally become electric currents but it perfectly melted inside this other layer dimension. The trick of the Impundulu Ventus to actually become immune to physical damage is actually hiding in another layer dimension which Adrian dubs as the Electric Current Dimension.

The only way to damage the Impundulu Ventus is to use magic damage which could pierce through this layer dimension as it is just like the shadow dimension. If the shadow dimension could be pierced by light elemental magic, then the electric current dimension should be pierced by lightning elemental damage or earth elemental damage.

Even Adrian’s Chaotic Dispersions would not be able to lure the Impundulu Ventus out but Adrian has the perfect soulbound for this. Wisteria was summoned and she instantly released numerous leaves made of crystal which is actually condensed nature energy. Wisteria then directed all of those razor-sharp leaves to strike at the electric current form that Adrian could perfectly see.

The Impundulu Ventus thought that it could have a moment of respite as the other party could not attack it in this form but it miscalculated. Before Adrian did not know how to counter the electric current form of the Impundulu Ventus but now he can as he saw everything with the omnipotent vision he currently has. If Adrian did not have this form, then the chance to defeat the Impundulu Ventus would be 10% or less but it now jumped to 25%.

The Impundulu Ventus was confident in its skill but that came at a cost of arrogance. The leaves that Wisteria released would not have dealt much damage to it but a reverse element is more effective against beings that are in pure energy form. The horrible shriek of the Impundulu Ventus echoed as its body suddenly found itself in a storm of crystal leaves that heavily damaged it.
