Chapter 3037: Raging Impundulu Ventus

As soon as the health of the boss monster reached 30%, a shift in the air suddenly occured. Even with the suppression of the Cosmic Prism World, the aura of the Impundulu Ventus exploded to a degree that even Adrian did not expect. The Wind Elementum Sigil on the Impundulu Ventus flared up as it actually got pushed out from the back of the boss monster.

The sigil of the Wind Elementum could now be seen floating behind the Impundulu Ventus but that is not the only thing that happened. The black feathered body of the Impundulu Ventus suddenly started to glow into a green light which is also the same color of the Wind Elementum. The entire body of the Impundulu Ventus suddenly looked like it became a divine bird.

The entire body of the Impundulu Ventus looked like it was ignited with green fire but all of it is actually pure wind elemental energy clinging to its body. The Impundulu Ventus has been swallowed by the Wind Elementum. The soul in its eyes have vanished as if the being that was there is snuffed out.

[The Impundulu Ventus has one fully berserk and its energy have pushed through the critical thresholds.]

[The Impundulu Ventus will now become pure wind element and all of its attacks have piercing capabilities.]

"This suddenly became trickier than I actually thought. The sudden form change has even purified the cosmic dust that clung to its body." Adrian stated as the Impundulu Ventus suddenly looked towards him with hunger as if it wanted to devour him at this very moment.

The Impundulu Ventus released a fierce screech as wind elemental energy became erratic and destroyed the deployed cosmic prisms that Adrian has hidden inside the Cosmic Prism World. It seems that the Wind Elementum itself is smarter than the actual Impundulu Ventus. It dealt with Adrian’s tricks in just one attack but that also made him notice something.

The Impundulu Ventus lost 1% of its health when it released that powerful blast of erratic wind elemental energy. The Impundulu Ventus is in a state that is volatile because the Wind Elementum has taken over its body. The Wind Elementum does not know how to restrain itself or how to use a living body even if it is incredibly durable. The battle that Adrian thought has become impossible suddenly had a ray of light.

"It is losing health with each strain on its body. We do not need to kill it outright because it is doing it for us. The Impundulu Ventus will kill itself eventually and we only need to stay alive long enough to cash in." Adrian whispered and Frey nodded.

The Impundulu Ventus did not hear this nor did it know human words as it is not immersed in the language of humans. This is also a very good thing for Adrian and Frey as the Impundulu Ventus was raised in the Storm Cloud Ravine since it was young. It did not have the same power it had that it has now. It was literally born just to become a seal for the Wind Elementum as hiding it inside a monument would make it crumble after a hundred or so years.

"My spear is still embedded on its body. This means that it can no longer become a form that turns incorporeal. I will use that very thing to my advantage which is why I need your timely support." Frey stated.

"Of course. I will make sure that you stay alive as I was the one that invited you here." Adrian replied.

Adrian then proceeded to take full control of the Cosmic Prism World as the face that had no features looked as if numerous eyes opened for a split moment. Frey vanished but the Enraged Impundulu Ventus already knows her patterns. The Enraged Impundulu Ventus flapped its wings and eight twisters suddenly scattered around it.

The sound of glass shattering could be heard from the surroundings of the Enraged Impundulu Ventus as all of the entry points that Adrian created using cosmic prisms shattered. This also means that Frey could not get close to the Enraged Impundulu Ventus as well. Adrian finally felt that this battle even became more taxing as his energy usage practically tripled as soon as the boss monster got enraged.

"Thankfully, I already stored all of the cosmic prisms that I need for the first spell." Adrian muttered.

"Activate all of the Void Devouring Prism to use Chaotic Dispersion." Adrian added as all of the Void Devouring Prism suddenly manifested from the hidden dimension of the Cosmic Prism World.

The Void Devouring Prism were different from other cosmic prisms as they were darker in color but the energy inside of them could be detected. The energy inside of all these Void Devouring Prism are mainly lightning with a mix of wind elemental energy. All of these crystals then proceeded to change the energy into that of chaos energy.

With a gentle wave of Adrian’s hands, all of the prisms in the area suddenly fired off a beam of energy that bounced with each prism that he created. The Enraged Impundulu Ventus tried to escape from the net that Adrian casted but it was already impossible to do. The Enraged Impundulu Ventus could not calculate trajectory and is suddenly imprisoned in a cage of chaos energy.

The Enraged Impundulu Ventus slammed its body towards the cage that Adrian specifically created for it and it shrieked in pain. When its body was slammed towards the chaos energy cage, the Enraged Impundulu Ventus felt its body burning. Chaos energy actually devoured part of its pure wind elemental energy surrounding the body of the Enraged Impundulu Ventus.

Frey immediately took this chance to try and grab for her spear that is still embedded on the Enraged Impundulu Ventus. She was about to grab the spear when the Enraged Impundulu Ventus suddenly released a powerful blast of energy from its body which sent her flying back. Frey would have slammed onto the chaos energy that Adrian created but he stopped one of the cosmic prisms.

The cosmic prism changed in color and Frey’s body got absorbed inside of it. The Enraged Impundulu Ventus then used that chance to force its way out of the energy cage that Adrian created just for it. The Enraged Impundulu Ventus might be controlled by the Wind Elementum and is not used to its body but it was starting to quickly gain intelligence at a frightening pace.

Before Adrian could use another move, the Enraged Impundulu Ventus suddenly changed its direction of flight to clash towards Adrian. The speed of the Enraged Impundulu Ventus nearly doubled and it was enough to make even Adrian with powerful omnipotent vision in the area to miss it. The Enraged Impundulu Ventus came face to face with Adrian and actually bit his head.

The Enraged Impundulu Ventus thought that it has already won but the body that was bitten suddenly shattered into glass which split into numerous cosmic prisms. Each of the cosmic prisms that split from Adrian’s fake body then connected to the energy beams that the cage was created for. All of the cosmic prism that became useless earlier suddenly moved to trap the Enraged Impundulu Ventus once again.

"That was incredibly close!" Adrian stated as his body materialized a few meters away from the Enraged Impundulu Ventus.

The Enraged Impundulu Ventus could not believe that it was trapped once again. It has no other choice but to do it the hard way. The Enraged Impundulu Ventus suddenly curled itself as a ball and numerous wind blades were emitted from its body. All of the cosmic prisms that he created got destroyed in an instant and scattered into cosmic dust.

All of the cosmic prisms that could release chaos energy were destroyed but a large-scale attack like that inside of the Cosmic Prism World meant generating more cosmic prisms. Adrian suddenly had excess cosmic prisms than he could count but his energy resource is on the red. He cannot use all of this at all.

"Whatever! I need to seize this chance." Adrian stated as all six of his regenerated arms grasped at the Cosmic Prism World itself.

All six large cosmic prism hands were folding the domain unto the Enraged Impundulu Ventus. The greatest thing is that the Enraged Impundulu Ventus cannot see what is happening. All it could do at the moment was release numerous wind blades that destroyed cosmic prisms around it.

Adrian decided to gamble his last bit of energy and crumpled the dimension onto the Enraged Impundulu Ventus. A powerful explosion that destroyed all of his limbs and the shriek of pain from the Enraged Impundulu Ventus could be heard. The entire area also got blown away as a shockwave of energy coming from the Wind Elementum is released as well.
